24 hour check in was needed because my flight was delayed. plus going through customs…. not a big deal but still a hotel doesn’t care. It closes when it closes.

Nothing really. I’m pretty relaxed and not very demanding. Nothing stood out like it was an issue. Just a simple nice place to get off the street and rest and get ready for the next day.

The area is near to everything, mall, fastfood, grocery, etc. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and friendly.

No telephone in the room. cannot call the frontdesk directly for requests or even if there is an emergency.

Well it's clean and location it's near makati Ave.

The stuffs are unhelpful l.The guard didn't even help to open the door despite seeing me struggling with my luggage.He instead continue gossiping with his colleague. There is a nearby hotel that is better in terms of location in makati Ave and the price is almost the same. The stuff there are more helpful and care about the customer.

I like place it's clean ang super accessible.

but Aircon is not that cold

I had trouble with getting a SIM card on my phone and needed other service from reception and people help me a lot always with a smile.

- The internet connection is too slow, not recommended to those who travel for work. - You can easily distructed by the noise from the cars outside and the people walking and talking along the corridors

The staff and doorman were friendly and the beds were comfy and there was a nice city view. It’s in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

There were lots of small roaches around the room and bathroom. The traffic noise is loud and our corner room was right by the elevator so we can hear everyone talking through our doors.

Someone was constantly smoking in the corridor, staff could be more strict to enforcing no smoking rules. I extended my stay once, but didn't want to extend more because of that smoker.

Centrally located. There are lots to restaurants and convenience stores that are within walking distance. Close to Rockwell/Power Plant Mall. A short drive to Glorietta and Greenbelt Malls.

The place is clean and cozy. Love the bed comfort.

Air conditioning has water leaking issue.
