Nice and modern apartment in a quiet residential area

This was a very modern apartment with great amenities and furnishings. We were late arriving and our host was most gracious in waiting to greet us and give us a tour of the apartment. He was available to us throughout our stay. We enjoyed the view of the Fortress from our apt and in general it was convenient to Koblenz.

We would have preferred a first floor apt but we were happy overall with our stay.

We were greeted by the host on arrival and he gave us a complete tour of the apt. It was quite spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a small eating area plus a table for six in the dining room. The decor is very modern with lots of homey touches.

Lovely place. It was comfortable and really felt like a home away from home. The view was stunning. Wish we had been able to stay longer .

Everything was perfect! The location, the cleanness of the apartment, the facilities, the Host lives I believe in the same building in case you need him and he speaks English. There is a bus stop that takes you to downtown and its right at the entrance if you're not driving. Supermarket is 3 min away and also restaurants. The views from the apartment are amazing. You will see the fortress right outside the window.

Very good location for exploring Mosel and Rhine Valleys

Host sir is 10/10 welcoming and hospitable! from the moment the booking was confirmed, his communication with us is absolutely amazing: immediate response whenever we had a question/request. Besides the amazing location on the top hill overlooking the fortress and quiet residential neighborhood, this apartment is very well maintained: sparkling clean, well designed, homey and equipped with all essentials from kitchen appliances to clean towels. We truely loved our 2-nights stay here, which is also the only regret that we booked for only 2 nights which we wished we had booked for a week instead. So all in all, if you're looking for a vacation apartment feel like home with a great view and impeccable price, look no further!

Nothing at all, if i have to pick one, a kind reminder for ppl without a car, the property is on top of a hill, the only doable transportation is via bus

The apartment was very clean and confortable. It is close to the center, but you need a car (there is a bus stop in front of the house, but we did not use it). The owner responds fast to any questions via whats app, but the check in of the place was done by his wife, who does not speak English.

The garden is being renovated and at the moment it is not possible to use it.

Distance from centre of city. Although easy to get bus.
