Прекрасный отель, хорошее расположение рядом с пляжем. Большие номера, всегда есть горячая вода. Очень красивая ухоженная территория, много зелени. Ежедневная уборка, девушки молодцы. Очень чистый уютный глубокий бассейн. Хорошие завтраки, свежие фрукты, прекрасное обслуживание. Рядом много кафе на любой вкус. Фруктовый рынок 8 минут хотьбы, рано утром всегда есть свежевыловленная рыба. Рекомендуем для спокойного отдыха.

Schöne Anlage , freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Strand ist nur 100 m entfernt. Über das Hotel können auch Ausflüge wie z.B eine Delfinbootstour gebucht werden.

A number of things listed were not in the room.

Lovley location and clean , they do need to provide towels for the pool though the loungers are super hot so need a normal towel for them

The rooms were spacious and so was bathroom. Each room had an outside seating area which is nice. The pool was nice and a simple breakfast to start the day. Location was great, 5 mins walk to beach and other restaurants. Organised lovina tour for us

Very big place. They cleaned the room every day. The pool is very big.

At night there was a dog barking every time I passed him. I am bad with dogs, maybe other people don't have that problem.

the biggest room we stayed in Indonesia, quiet and the garden is lovely. Just 1min. walk to the beach.

The location was just perfect with 100 meters distance from lovina beach. Enought warungs and supermarkets in the area. Lovina is such a nice place to stay. Calm, respectful and wonderful vibe. Next visit definetely coming here again.

The rooms are dated.. but that is what you already know before going there. Talked with the staff and had our fully understanding that the renovation is not done yet cause of covid etc. They are planned to do so.. I think if they will do that this place is absolutaly worth a 10!

Fantastic location and lovely gardens and pool. Super spacious rooms and very friendly staff

There were no cocktails! Also, some of the beds were super hard, but some were quite comfy. We stayed in 2 rooms during our visit and one of the beds in the first room was nice and comfy. All others were very hard.

Very relaxing hotel. The gardens are beautiful and the hotel is walking distance to restaurants shops and beach. Great value for your money.

We liked the location & the fact that we could leave after 3 nights of being eaten by mosquitoes. We could have certainly not stayed any longer!

We didn't like the dirt, dust & the disgusting way the place is kept & has been let run down. This place was so wonderful 4 years ago but is certainly not cared for any more 😔 very sad!! Things are broken, old & worn out, it seems that no money is being put in to maintenance. Our first room they put us in, the floor was broken & the toilet didn't work, the air con was on the blink & there was no soap & no drinking water as advertised. We were then moved but the next room also had many issues! There was a lot of damp & a lot of lights didn't work adding to the darkness of the room. The edges of the swimming pool are all broken & missing tiles make the dges sharp & quite dangerous. The mosquitoes are really bad & we had to buy coils & repellant but even then we were eaten alive whilst we slept. It's dark, damp & a haven for mosquito breeding.

The size of the room was really good, nice balcony and the room had a fridge which is always a bonus

Surprisingly television & towel were not available. Wifi signal was not coveraged inside the room.

Breakfast was Quite sufficent

We initially had a problem with miultiple occupants in room above us in the two level block when we were assigned 6A. After they ignored staff to respect others, we asked to be relocated to a single level room which was approved by res.owner with thanks. I have since suggested that more thought be placed on the allocation big familys with active kids.

The location is ideal for a staycation. It's peaceful, and they have everything on-site. The beach is only about a 5-minute walk away. There are also neighbouring restaurants and bars. Every day, they clean the room. The lawn outside the room is very well-kept. After sending a message on the chat, the staff responds immediately. The staff is nice and friendly.
