Wonderful location right on the beach. Great little private pool.

The location is amazing, just stepping on the beach when you walk out of the garden! The house itself is comfortabel, well equipped and in a lovely authentic Indonesian style. We really enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer!

It was quiet, private and in a great location.

There was terrible traffic coming from the airport, but someone was there to greet us and happily show us around our villa. I was very impressed. We were celebrating both my kid's birthdays and they decorated with a big birthday sign, balloons and animal towels with flowers on their beds. It was the icing on the cake of this beautiful villa! We loved the pool and how the villa was a short, 2 minute walk to the beach. We felt very safe. We had massages in our villa 2 nights in a row. They were the best! Lastly, we had some cute neighbors right behind our villa; chickens, cows, cranes, etc. Loved every minute here!
The bugs in the outdoor master bath bit me, but that is not the villa's fault. They do provide bug spray. I used my own, but apparently I need something stronger!

The house is very well built as a beach villa and very comfortable to live in! You hardly see the staff, but mobile number of the owner is available in the book and he sends a response on a question you have very quickly. The house is very spaceous and right on the beach.
It is located in Lovina, which is great for dolphin watching but not much more than that. But the villa in itself is great.

Very nice traditional house with a splendid view to a rice field from the huge living room. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Great kitchen where we prepare a ceviche of fresh tuna we bought at the market next door.
4.5
The villa was perfect! It is in a great location, right on the beach and walkable to town. It had everything we needed. Just wished we had booked for longer than 3 days. Will definitely be back.

The location is the very best in Lovina.

Close to the beach, although not as close as the pictures led us to believe.
Staff left us at the door without showing us anything or explaining anything to us. Very open villa so bring good mosquito protection. Air conditioning almost non existent. Only saving grace was the pool, until it went green so we had nothing for our last two days.

Had a lovely couple of days at this villa. Balinese style with beautiful woodwork this bedroom was perfect for naps. The air conditioner was fine with the assistance of fans. The pool was great for cooling off and doing short laps. Good shower and comfortable bed and pillows. Restaurants close by. Would recommend.
Online it was confusing distinguishing one bedroom Villa VS two bedroom villa next door.

We booked the one bedroom villa and didn’t realise until we arrived that we actually had our own pool! So that was a nice surprise. The property was exceptionally clean, there was a great kitchen, big fridge, filtered water, tea and coffee provided, garden was lovely and the daybed on the verandah was absolutely divine. It was really hot when we were there so used the fan to provide a nice breeze while we relaxed on the daybed. The room was enormous and the bathroom was outdoor but under cover with a huge shower. It was stunning.
The two bedroom villas had immediate beach access (one with a pool on the water side, the other with a pool at the rear so more private) and the one bedroom villa sat behind them, which was fine for us as we like the privacy. The villas were super close to some good restaurants on the beach (Lovina Bali resort which also has lovely live music in the evenings, and Mentari Lovina Bar & Kitchen). For breakfast we went to Coffeenosky on the main road in town which was an easy walk - just be careful on the pavement.
Frans, the manager, responded quickly to messages and came down in the afternoon to say hello and check in on things. He was awesome and when I said we had always wanted a place on the beach he kindly allowed us to use the pool and facilities of the two bedroom villa while it wasn’t booked so we could have that experience.
The one bedroom villa was very dark and the air con could be a bit stronger but you only sleep in there anyway. The large daybed on the verandah and fan easily accommodated us both during our lazy days.

closed to the beaches
tv doesn’t had any power point to plug-in
lot of power points but too far from tv cabinet.
fridge doesn’t work.

The property is in a nice location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The water in the shower last about 2 minutes then stops completely. You wait about 30 seconds and it starts again. We stayed three nights and the bins were not empty once. The power also kept tripping out and we had to reset the fuse. The cost of staying did not match the quality of services. Over all the place needs some work to bring it up to speed.

Location, beautiful villa, nice pool.
Lack of hot water made showering impossible. We asked to get it fixed a few times and were told there was only a 50 litre water tank. This is an unacceptable excuse for only getting one minute of hot water. There was a bathtub that we couldn't use as we couldn't fill it.
Aircon wasn't working properly.

location is amazing! staff are amazing. hard to find better value for money
it’s a little older, but can’t expect more for what you pay.

The Stuff was very friendly! The House is very very big, it is for 2 Couples, or a big Family :)
Beautiful Location with Oceanview Terrace, Pool and bath chairs.
I LOVED to swim with wild Dolphins - it was Amazing. You can book it their!

The location is the best. It is simply amazing. Maybe a little bit far from the center coz at night, you have to walk about 10 minutes in the dark along the beach with dogs barking at you. I would recommend to take the « city way » at night which is a little longer.
It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. If you’re looking for something authentic I believe it’s a very nice choice.
The mosquitos. We didn’t realize there were so many by reading the comments before our stay.
the inside is huge and very dark, so there are so many places for them to hide. Good news is the repellent we took worked really well, so once we realized there were so many mosquitos around we rubbed ourselves in repellent and didn’t get more problem.
Without the mosquitos, our stay would have been perfect (although be aware of the noise of the dogs and chicken at night, earplugs can be useful). Just for the mosquitos, we would not book it again

The Villa is right at the beach and besides you
have a quiet private pool with a lush garden.
It is a traditional house with a very good
atmosphere and the staff is very friendly and taking care
for good service.
Julio is managing all kind of requests, Ketut does very
good massages in the villa and Budu organizes every trip
you could think of.
One thing we would like to mention is, that you
have one Warung (restaurant) right in front of the villa
but to have more options you either walk about 10 minutes to left
at the beach - there you also have shopping options
or you walk to the right at the beach and after 5
minutes you have very nice beach front restaurants
with amazing sunsets :-)
For those who are light sleepers, yes you do hear
dogs bark at night and roosters and the
Muezzin in the morning -as it is a wooden house.
And if you are scared of animals, just be aware
we had Geckos (30 cm) visiting our bath room,
bats under the roof, cats from the neighbor
> all highlights and we loved to watch them.
4.5
The property was in perfect condition, with a larger than usual private pool.
All bedrooms had ‘outdoor’ ensuites that were huge and lovely.
Fairly quiet location, backed onto a farm so very private with nice outlook.
Just 2 minutes till you were literally on the beach.
Designed for relaxation….big day beds and comfy pillows, big pool, open kitchen dining.
Staff came each day to service pool and do cleaning.
Close to a couple of excellent restaurants right on the beach, and 5mins walk to The Lovina where you can buy a day pass to use spa, sea kayaks and more.
Not a dislike, just a little inconvenience, you need to arrange transport in advance. It is down a laneway, so no passing taxis.
4.5
we absolutely loved this villa. From the moment they opened the gate I was so impressed. The pool is huge. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge and stunningly beautiful. The living area is huge and there are a lot of places to lounge about. It was also just a few doors down to the beach where there were Warung as to eat at which was a relief as it’s quite a walk to the Main Street. We stayed in Dolphin Villa and it’s fabulous. there is also an undercover car parking space at the entrance to the villa which was great for our driver. I would not hesitate to stay here again, it set the bar pretty high for all of the other Villas we stayed in during our trip to Bali and this one was by far our favourite.
the only issue was the water kept going off while we were trying to shower. someone had to reset the power and pump each time. it is a long way from the main road down a long dark laneway. So it was lucky there were convenient places to eat along the beach. We were only there for one night as we were there to see the dolphins so this was not an issue for us but it might be if you were staying for a longer period.

Villa with a private pool right on the beach. Julio and Frans were there whenever I needed anything, from blenders to propane when I ran out. I was well taken care of. I was looking for a nice spot to relax after backpacking for a month. Somewhere quiet where I could cook a few of my own meals. And it was just that. There's a nice and well priced restaurant steps from the beach gate when I needed a break from dishes lol. A few volley ball games and sunsets. There's also I nice walking path down the beach where you'll see local shops for snacks and shopping.
More sun around the pool. Usually disappeared around 2pm but I just moved out front and hung out there until I needed another cool down dip.
4.5
Nice pool. Handy location to beach being 2 min walk. Good wrung close by. Spacious and quite private although villa across road can see in.
A lot of dogs congregated outside barking and howling of an evening and early morning. This is common in bali. I found rolling a rock towards them dispersed them and fixed the problem. Unfortunately worst culprit was behind the walls of the villa opposite.
4.0
Location was great, step out the gate onto the beach and able to walk to get meals. Julio was wonderful and extremely helpful, came to our rescue a couple of times. Loved sitting on the beach side balcony, enjoying the views with a cool drink and the backyard pool was very private and extremely refreshing, also lots of birdlife and butterflies. Watching the fishermen on their boats and also at night walking through low tide with their head torches on was fascinating. Saw the best sunsets here and the sea is incredibly calm.
We used the lower level bedroom as the upper level bedroom is up an outside staircase but then you have to go down an inside staircase to use the bathroom (this is a separate bathroom just for this room). Just too many stairs for us in the middle of the night, this would be fine for others. A ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom would have been good.

we had an amazing time here. the manager was incredible. the vila is traditional Balinese and a little bit old but the location is spectacular. you will never get better value for money.

Amazing location, right on the beach. Beautiful pool and garden area and great, friendly hosts.
A little dark and the downstairs room was super hot!
4.5
Amazing green territory, big pool and kitchen, beautiful bath and shower, almost on the beach. Attentive and friendly staff.
Soundproofing within a house is a bit lacking. Unfortunately, that's what you get in a wooden house.
4.0
Nice house literally on the beach with small pool in back yard.
Found it annoying that staff asked a couple of times about payment, people literally walked into the garden to sell you stuff / dolphin cruises.

It is our second stay in family. We love this beautiful place : quiet, comfortable, spacious, and in the same time, close to the city center. The staff is very nice and helpful.
We did not get hot water for the shower : it was only fixed the last day. Without this problem, our stay would be perfect.
