Garez votre voiture dans le parking sécurisé et marchez jusqu'à la plage, les restaurants et les magasins. Cet appartement est situé juste en face de la célèbre baie Horseshoe, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage.
Cuisine ouverte, salle à manger, salon avec un grand salon confortable. Le salon se prolonge sur le balcon. Beaucoup de livres et de jeux pour votre usage.
Cuisine moderne entièrement fonctionnelle avec un lave-vaisselle et tous vos équipements de cuisine essentiels, si confortable que c'est votre maison loin de chez vous.
La chambre principale déborde sur le balcon et comprend un lit queen-size, une télévision, un dressing et une salle de bains privative. La deuxième chambre a également un lit queen, la troisième chambre avec deux lits simples.
Asseyez-vous sur le balcon, profitez du cadre et profitez d'un barbecue tranquille sur le Weber avec votre famille et vos amis.
Prenez les enfants pour un après-midi au parc, ils adoreront le nouvel équipement de jeu ou vous pourrez vous promener le long de la piste cyclable / à pied jusqu'à la Trial Bay Gaol pour un aperçu de l'histoire australienne et explorer les ruines historiques. Assurez-vous de bien voir le point de vue du sentinelle. Arrêtez-vous au kiosque Trial Bay pour prendre un café avant votre retour.
Après une longue journée à la plage, détendez-vous dans le confort de cette unité joliment meublée sous le climatiseur.

We had a few nights in the unit during school term- so the town wasn’t busy with tourists. We found alll places we ate at were very accommodating and friendly (because we have kids) and the town is just so friendly overall.The unit had everything we needed (I ordered linen separately from Sam and it was a seamless process). We took all the essentials as listed in the information pack but didn’t actually need any of it- the apartment had dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, toilet paper etc already.Didn’t mind cleaning up at the end of a our stay, however the instructions asked us to sweep the floors and there wasn’t a broom anywhere we could find it so we had to make do with a cheap dustpan and brush.No ocean views- but the unit is in such a good location it didn’t matter. We walked everywhere and would happily stay again & recommend to friends.

We have been going to SWR for past 20 years saying at Jubilee units 12, 7 and the past 12years at Unit 10 . Jubilee apartments are close to the Beach and shops and although we will continue to stay at Jubilee there has been no changes or updates made to the unit for 10 years I would suggest a new bed in the main bedroom and internet connectivity for a start.

Whilst we loved the unit size/layout and location. We had very significant problems with EVERY bed in every room. One bed completely collapsing. The real estate was very helpful and sent handyman around, and he was good BUT, we had to eat our dinner with someone driLLIng and working on the beds. At 7pm on a fri we said we'd do last clean up... the vacuum cleaner was disgusting, so full of dust etc , with no bag, it couldn't be used. I did advise real estate who undertook to address and notify owners of our concerns. The blankets were musty and a bit small for queen bed. This was a special occasion holiday and I rented a more expensive unit in the area for this reason. The outdoor furniture needed wiping over as well. The unit is very spacious and bright/airy. There was no offer of any compensation, a nights credit etc. I'm not sure I would recommend, beds are important.

Jubilee 10 is a spacious apartment, kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable and it has a long balcony. Having the lockable garage in the basement adds to security, although manoeuvering is tight, particularly for larger vehicles, in part due to garage door #11 poking out into the driveway. The lift to reach the apartment on level 1 is very convenient. The location is excellent, close to all SWR amenities. There is no Wi-Fi.Overall, this is a great place to stay, however we note the following:The water pressure to the basin in the main bathroom is merely a dribble, so is impossible to use.The apartment had obviously been cleaned following previous occupants, but there is long established grime/mould around the shower recess frames in both bathrooms and in places on floor and wall tile grout. An in-depth clean is required, over and above the cleaning after each occupation.The microwave might need checking – the light flickered continuously when in use. The helpful staff at Elders warned us about the weird wiring of the exhaust fans such that when the ensuite fan+light runs, the fan in the toilet operates too. There is no exhaust fan in the main bathroom.

We have been coming to SWR for 10 years now for our annual family holiday. In that time we have always stayed at the jubilee complex. This is our 5th time staying in Jubilee 10. We also love coming back as we settle in so quick and everything is so close to the accomodation SWR is our little paradise!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, tidy & very spacious. The perfect holiday space. The location is perfect - easy underground parking, right in the cbd close to coffee shops and food, only a few steps to the beach. Check in/check out was easy & the staff at Elders were very helpful with advising services who provide linen/towels etc. Only downside is the apartment isn’t available for our next holiday dates!
