The bed was wobbly and a bit like a trampoline so that every time my partner turned over I nearly bounced out the bed. Road traffic was intrusive at times.

Nice clean and modern room. comfy beds, our room had a fridge and microwave which was nice. we had to self check in due to bank holiday but process was seamless.

The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and when I left in the morning I was greeted by a good morning from different lady on reception. The room was great. I liked the colour scheme, the bathroom was a great layout and all round very clean
The only thing was I couldn't open the window and it got very warm and stuffy during the night

The location is perfect with free parking and free WiFi.
The room was leaking . Was moved to a small room with no refund ..

The room was really well decorated, very clean and the tv was really big. We really liked the mood lighting and the bathroom was equally as good with a really nice large shower.
Personally, the pillows were a little too soft for me but that’s just a personal preference. My partner thought they were fine and had a great sleep.
