Great communication with the host. Greeted on arrival. All questions were answered and the apartment exceeded my expectations.

It was lovely from start to finish beautiful home well equipped the welcome with bread milk tea and coffee was great. Brilliant location. Morrisons is literally a stone throw away with a lovely Chinese takeaway away another stone throw away. Just perfect thank you to you both. .

The apartment was fantastic, spotless clean! Very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Spa bath a bonus. The host was attentive and the communication with staff was excellent. No problems with parking. Highly recommended.

Fabulous find! There were unexpected but greatly appreciated tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, water, butter and condiments upon arrival, so no need to go shopping immediately and had a well-earned brew when we got there! The heating system was great, I have never been so warm! Lovely coffee pot and more than enough pots, cups etc. Location on a very quiet road with easy parking and short journey to the A590 for travel around the lakes. Host also aloud us to check-out later, which was very kind of him, thank you!

Lee was the greatest host with amazing hospitality. The apartment was fully stocked and even provided complimentary milk,bread, cereal etc. Bed was comfy and the jacuzzi spa was a plus. Tv was loaded with films and Netflix. The whole vibe of the flat was great very modern. Easy parking and close to many shops. And 15 min drive to Abbey furness and safari zoo. Definitely would stay here when coming to Barrow in Furness ♥️

The location was ideal for visiting the Lake District and well placed to walk locally. Accommodation was wonderful and very clean. Communication with Lee was faultless. Would highly recommend staying here.

Where do I start... if you are thinking of booking the Arches Apartments, DO IT!!! We had the most amazing holiday from start to finish. The apartment we stayed in was the black room and it was absolutely beautiful and so modern, the pictures do not do it justice. A huge flat-screen TV with all the extras such as Netflix, disney+, catch up apps ETC as well as the same in the bedroom! The kitchen has absolutely everything you could need and more - upon arrival Lee (host) kindly ensure we were sorted for the night/following morning by stocking us up with the essentials such as bread, butter, jams, cereal, milk, juice, cans of drink & to our pleasured surprise, a bottle of wine that was chilled and the perfect touch after a 9-hour car journey!!!! The bathroom has an amazing hot tub type of bath which was an additional treat, very clean & basic toiletries provided which again. is very thoughtful. The bedroom was divine with a huge wardrobe, lots of storage space, flat-screen TV a& the comfiest bed in which we struggled to pull ourselves out of some mornings! We went into the town a few nights & visited a bar called Tailors which was lovely for cocktails & your standard alcoholic drinks, another town we visited was Ulverston which is just a short drive away with lots of nice little pubs and shops to visit. The lakes were around a 30 min drive which feels like much less & anyway, the scenery on the drive is so beautiful it doesn't seem like any effort at all. Lake Coniston as recommended by Lee was our favourite Lake, the water is beautiful to swim in. On the way to this lake is a fish & chip shop called Crakeside - if you can, definitely stop for lunch as it was sensational. Earnse bay beach is just an 8 min drive from the apartment in which we visited a few times and I even had a swim in the sea - beautiful.
