Disponibilità e gentilezza dell' host , spazi grandi, molte camere, posizione centrale per gli spostamenti , letti comodissimi.
Pulizia molto superficiale, unto e polvere ovunque, sotto letti e divani ci sono cose di chissà quante altre persone. Lenzuola macchiate di sangue . 2 bagni di cui uno non utilizzabile per la puzza di scarico esagerata, L altro bagno ha sanitari del dopoguerra spaccati e incollati alla meno peggio. Sedie di tutta la casa instabili e rotte. Infissi vecchissimi tanto che non li ho toccati per evitare che si arrotolasse di botto la serranda. Mura sporche. Illuminazione troppo bassa, mi sono truccata con la torcia del cellulare. Peccato perché con qualche centinaio di euro si potrebbe sistemare e rinfrescare tutto. Dettaglio : Zona prostitute.

The flat was really great. Air con in every room, kitchen was fully furnished with professional coffee machine, rooms comfortable, 2 bathrooms but most of all a 10 goes to the host: Anna. Amazing in everything from check in to check out.

The location was convenient. The apartmanet cosy and clean. The housekeeper is really nice and helpful, we had fast check in, despite our late coming. I recommend with two hands 👐

This apartment is very spacious and clean. With many household appliances, such as microwave oven, washing machine and kettles. And the owner of this apartment is also very nice.

Size of the apartment is a big plus, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, close to the city centre and bus station. excellent pasticeria Da Dia nearby
neighbourhood is scary, lots of prostitutes, enormous amount of dirt, trash, smells. Big contrast to the comfort in the apartment

Very nice and clean apartment. Ideally located, within 10 minutes walking distance from all that you need - central bus station, pizzeria or pubs. 2 grocery stores right across the street. Great place to stay with a group of friends. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies. The host is very friendly and helpful.

A large, spacious apartment. The beds were very comfortable. Very close to via Etna. 10 mins walk to the train station. The only downside is the company gathering at the back of the building

The apartment is very nicely located. From this place you have walking distance to all interesting places in Katania. There is no problem with car parking. We easily fit in this apartment in two families with a couple of kids in different ages. The place was very clean. From balcony you have a nice view on nearby streets. The host was very nice and hospitable. We were given all necessary information. We highly recommend this place.

The location however was very good just a short walk to main street Via Etnea. Short walk to bars/restaurants, and a beautiful Market with handmade crafts. Also in another direction a very short walk to a very big market selling alsorts from clothes, to fresh fruit/veg and fish. Apartment itself was amazing, so secure once you get past the iron doors. 2 balconys one with a view of Etna. I would recommend Anna's place to anyone, communication was great via Whatsapp. Great value for money the apartment is huge and homely.

Very big apartment, very good equipped. The owner was very kind. The shower was very good.
The apartment was not clean, FULL OF COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. The neighborhood was very unsecured, not a good place to stay. One of the bed was bad, impossible to sleep there.

The apartment is really spacious, it has 3 bedrooms and a huge living room and kitchen. It was clean.
Location was near the city center (5 min by foot).
Air conditioner was available in very room, which is great for the heat of the summer.
One of the badrooms had really bad smell and full of cockroaches. Kitchen didnt have proper knifes for cooking.
At night, the street turns into a brothel, full of prostitutes and guys yelling and fighting really loud. We couldnt sleep one of the nights.... really uncomfortable.
