Good central location, very easy 5 minute walk to central Pescara. The room was big with a large bathroom
Very hot westerly facing room with no air conditioning or a fan, so I would avoid booking in the summer months.
Also if you have allergies to pets, I would also avoid as there was a rabbit living in the apartment.

The location (at least on the Google Maps) isn't accurate. It was really hard to find the apartment. Besides that, the location is super central.
Bathroom was really clean. The room was a big one with a balcony. For short term (a few nights) stays, it's preferable.
It could've been a quieter environment. There was no sound insulation and therefore it was really easy to hear noise from the next room which the owner used in the night.
Since the bed was two single beds combined, it wasn't comfortable at all.
The towels the owner gave us were in a bad condition, therefore we weren't able to use them.

Really good location to centre. Spacious room and bathroom. Host was friendly and welcoming. Nice balcony area. Good value for money. Despite being in someone’s apartment it didn’t feel like it!
It was a shame the bathroom wasn’t attached to the room however it was still a private bathroom was never used by anyone else. Was very clean

Large room with balcony
Too expensive for a room that isn’t close to the city center. The bathroom is at the end of the hall and you need to cross the entire house in order to use it. You can’t use the kitchen (we agreed at the time of the booking), but we wanted to microwave some food (it was already cooked) really quickly and the owner denied… so it’s a lot of money for a place that doesn’t deserve it.

The room was warm and the bed was good. I also liked the balcony. Location is very good.
The bathroom was not attached to the room. It was end of the hallway. It was really small and the look was very 70’s. Also it is not nice to go to the shower if you have to walk via nail studio and the door of the bathroom doesnt work well.

The "object" is simply one room in the private flat of the owners, with a separate bathroom. It was difficult for us to find this place because: 1) only the owner's name was written on the intercom by the entrance gate but we did not know this name in advance, 2) the flats were not numbered. Although the owners were kind to us, they did not agree for us to connect our car fridge to their electric network. The "breakfast" consisted of a very small coffee and one small cookie.
