We didn’t use the breakfast coupons but the location was excellent!
Everything was wonderful! Directions on how to work the stove and washing machine would have been helpful but we figured it out.

it was near rhe beach and railwaystation. The owner is very nice and friendly, he is also a mountain guide.

Great Central location on main pedestrianised street, which the balcony overlooked. Great comms with owner Fausto and easy to access as we arrived very late!
Property was clean and functional with aircon which was definitely a must as we stayed during a heatwave! Beds were comfortable and bathroom/ wetroom was good.
Nice little communal area with shared fridge/hob/microwave.
Very safe and secure, would highly recommend.

The location of Le Stanze Sul Corso was perfect. It was a very easy walk from the train station. Multiple restaurants and sites were also a short to medium walk away. I was coincidentally in Pescara for the tenth stage of the Giro d'Italia 2022. The city was in a very festive and celebratory mood. I loved the excitement. I would definitely stay here again.

The host of this family run business was very friendly and provided us with lots of useful information prior to and upon our arrival. We were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We were given very good restaurant suggestions. Breakfast was tasty and more than adequate. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It was nice to have a balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. The B&B is in a pedestrian area and shops, restaurants and the beach are at your doorstep. Extremely good value for money. We had a hire car and opted to park in the parking area just outside the pedestrian precinct and walk with our luggage to the B&B. It was flat and only a short walk and the cost of parking was very cheap.
