First of all, it was very easy to communicate with Mohamed, he was waiting for us when we arrived. The house or rather a villa is in an excellent location (2 minutes from a private beach) and the apartment was spacious and very clean. The amazing thing is that it also faces a beautiful garden that is very well-kept. Mohamed was a great host, and we ended up hanging out in the garden in the evening also with other guests, eating fruit and sweets (thank you Mohamed!).
If you are looking for great people when discovering Alexandria, I definitely recommend Modamed's house.

Nice to get further out of downtown Alexandria. Very close to the beach. Large unit with nice large balcony
Taxi ride is 45 minutes to downtown Alexandria.

First location not same website , no service,no wifi ,no privacy, there is some ant in the kitchen.
