The house is so nice. Very clean we felt right at home.

This was the first time as an adult that upon opening the door to the house I truly felt like I'd come home.The host had truly thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable.

The only problem was having to leave.

the housekeepers do a fantastic job, the beds were made SO perfect! Place is spotless, smelled great and it was nice and warm on arrival, I hate arriving to a cold place, so thank you!

this place is great, have made some upgrades to an already nice place. One might consider TV instructions and a guide, and in the future an updated couch/Footstool/kitchen chairs. The current ones are not for sitting for more than a very short time as they are wicker, hard and very uncomfortable as is the couch.

The property was very private and quiet. It had amazing hidden seashore inspired treasures in every room.

The washer/dryer was not working. Also we had to rewash the dishes because the dishwasher was ineffective. The property also had a place where the vinyl siding had been melted that should be replaced in the back by the patio. You could also use a nice set of pots and pans and some decent bakeware. Especially if you expect people to bake the cookie mixes that you leave (which we really enjoyed)!

Very friendly staff, the house was clean and had many utensils for cooking and eating well. The furniture was fairly new and kept up well, and we used the BBQ the two nights we were there. We loved the outdoor fire pit and the many folding chairs that were available to use around the fire.

It would be nice to stock firewood for the fire pit as we had to comb for downed trees in the nearby forest. It would also be nice if the trail to the beach (quite far away for older people as we had our 82 your old mother with us) was maintained better with clear signs on how to get back to the house.

it was such an awesome home, we throughly enjoyed our stay. There were games and everything we needed.

Everything was more than expected! The decor was beautiful and all the extra treats were unexpected. Something for everyone, the kids loved giant Jenga game while they snacked popcorn and made cookies. My Mom especially enjoyed roasting hot dogs and marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit. This was a family gathering in memory of my sister who loved the ocean. So nice to have a home base for family to stop in and pay their respects. I enjoyed showing the place off! I will definitely be back again!

The location was great, as close to the beach as you could get. There are so many restaurants that are near by, my wife has a gluten allergy and there were many options available. Umi Sushi and Pizza Factory did a great job with gluten free options. The hosts were very responsive and were kind beyond words, I would recommend this property to anyone. If you are considering a property to stay at while in Ocean Shores, this is it. I myself am more reserved, and was a little concerned with the bright colors of the walls and decor, but by the end of the week I appreciated the amount of effort that went into making this property flow and have a certain charm. They have updated many items not in the pictures, and so there are hanging chairs in both the front and back yard. There are 3 kurigs in the house one outside each bathroom and one in the kitchen, stocked with kcups and tea. There are chairs to take to the beach, and a nice fire pit in the front and grill for bbq.

The large shower that has a stone floor was not as comfortable as the other shower, but it was large and had two shower heads, and so was very nice to use regardless.

We were a party of 7. We had one dish towel for our three days. We ate all our meals in. Needed more dish towels. We could have used more tablets for the dishwasher. The bed in the bedroom by the stairs needs to be replaced, way to soft and low to the floor.

Location. Pet friendly. Fully equiped kitchen with dishware and ice maker/water dispensor. Games, lawn/beach chairs, indoor/outdoor gathering spaces and firepit. Responsive staff! Everything we brought was already there! What a pleasant surprise!

Beds very uncomfortable preventing restful sleep. Patio door incredibly difficult to open/close. Needs repair. Expired snacks. Not fully cleaned from previous guests.

This property has lot’s of charm. It is a fun little hike away from the beach and the kids loved the adventure. It has a great grass area for the kids and dog to play. The staff made our visit special but surprising us with balloons and flowers for our anniversary! Overall this is a great place for families.

They thought of everything

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The house is so clean and beautiful! You can bring your DOG , the driveway is HUGE so you can turn around with a trailer. There’s a washer and dryer combo in the master bedroom. There is a trail to the beach marked with flags. The house is amazing soooo much more than you think you would get from a rental. This is our send year staying and we will stay again next year.

Maybe it’s a positive maybe it’s a negative 🤷🏻‍♀️ I wish in the master bedroom had a TV. This was the only real downside the top of the master shower door is low my husband is 6’2” and hit his head twice…I’m short so I was fine 😆

Mosquito out back

Great location. Large for the price. Nicely equipped. Overall, very pleased.

Mosquitoes were horrible. The surrounding outdoor areas were thick with mosquitoes, and the trail to the beach was longer and more over grown with brush than expected. We ended up walking down to use the hotel’s route back instead, and it was much better. I love the tile work in the bathrooms, but the shower lacked water pressure.

Clean and roomy

The front door is solid glass which anyone can view inside the house from the outside. When using the bathroom from the bedroom you end up passing right in front of the glass door. Total loss of privacy.

Private, clean , and well supplied. Management checked to make sure our needs were met.
