I liked the location and that they had things to do at the hotel. The rooms were clean! The food was decent for a continental breakfast.

Everything needs upgrading! Things are needing to be repaired so badly! The staff was amazing but clearly, they are under staffed and it weighs a lot of the shoulders of who they have right now. The pool was so dirty you couldn't even see through the water and the hot tub was GREEN!!! I neverrrrrr seen anything like it!

Hor tub was not what we were thinking, so a little disappointing... Everything felt a bit run down and dated

There was visible mold all over the curtains, there were long red hairs in our bed (my partner and I both have short hair), the water pressure was so intense it was almost painful, it smelled of mildew throughout the whole place

Location, convenient, staff was nice but totally understaffed. Had to wait 35 minutes before he came to office to check us in. Then had to wait 45 min for them to bring rc for the TV.

The mini golf was is bad shap. That was a feature we wanted to use.

Breakfast included was nice. The bath tubs were great.

We found bed bugs and wanted to talk to the front desk and no one was there. There was a sign that said call this number for assistance. But why? Because it rang to the phone at the front desk whtt where no one was. So we waited and waited in the lobby. No one was around. Called booking about it, even sent them a video with the bed bug. Never heard back. When we checked into the hotel the person at the front desk answered the phone, which is fine, but must of been her boyfriend or something because she was yelling at them ‘there’s a guest right here I can’t talk. ‘

The view was beautiful and the staff were very accommodating. The beds were comfortable

the layout is so strange. parking can be tricky. the hot tub and pool did not look good to swim in. heavily chlorinated
