Location, view, access, nearby attractions, dog friendly property (we manage a trained certified therapy dog that travels with us), deer on the property. Responsiveness of Vacasa, the management company, and the professional quality of the handyman service person sent to repair the problems. You are never sure how good a service company is until something goes wrong!
Improper installation and failure of the dishwasher and garbage disposal by the appliance company caused flooding of the cabinet under the kitchen sink, Poor plumbing connection of dishwasher and garbage disposal made them unusable for our stay. A full day of lost vacation time cleaning the mess, washing dishes and waiting on arrival and return of service to repair problems. The blinds on the deck door were damaged and should have been removed or replaced. The back deck was dirty with spider webs and should be washed occasionally. The deck furniture cushions were worn with holes in them. The carpet in the bedroom is stained and dirty and should be replaced with a laminate like the living room. The master bedroom bath needs painting/freshing up. The living room chairs and sofa are 30+ years old and sag when you sit in them. We know the age because we owned a property in this location from 1982 - 2005 and this is the same furniture we had in our unit.

The location was great! It was in the middle of town but a quite area. Large condo with full kitchen. Mountain views were spectacular! Access to large Community Rec Center. Comfortable king sized bed.
Old building (more than 40yrs old, but well maintained). Forced-air heater was noisy. Dishwasher was out-of-order for our entire 10day stay. Limited hot water at times (a couple of showers were lukewarm).

We loved the apartment and the location!! The views were breathtaking! Vacasa was a great host and followed up with us from check in to check out to make sure everything was satisfactory.
The hot water did not last long enough to take a shower. It could have been more clean.

Great location. Close to everything. Beautiful views. We got snowed in and had to extend our stay. Hosts were very accommodating, and let us extend very last minute with no problem.
Needs some updating. Beds weren’t the most comfortable. TV’s we’re tiny and super old, hard to get streaming working. All in all it worked but just about everything needed updating to be current.

Large one bedroom apartment with lots of space. It was clean and fairly affordable with great views of the mountains.
The hot water runs out fast sometimes. The apartment needs updating pretty badly but it was clean.

I don't like dealing with thieves
My wife & I booked an online reservation for family and our two dogs at Vacasa/Aspenwood 4229-30 who advertised a 'Pet Friendly' policy. When our confirmation arrived it confirmed reservations for 4 adults and no pets. I called the property and requested a change to allow 2 pets. They replied that only one was allowed. I asked that they cancel & refund the charge, they said they couldn't modify their refund policy. I asked that they reschedule to a later date so I could deal with care for my pets. Again the answer was no - they allowed the charge to stand, $530 for no services rendered. I'll never deal with Vacasa, Aspenwood or booking.com again. Suggest you don't either.

The view from this condo was amazing! Location to many restaurants and the town was very good as well.
There were just a few things that weren’t perfect such as the condo was a little dated and there were a few needed fixes here and there. Overall though, very functional and great price for a two bed, two bath unit.

Filthy furniture - hair again, stained and dirty carpet
Old worn out, dirty blankets and bead spread
Cabinets and all finishes are worn out
The entire interior needs a total upgrade
Coffee pot had old coffee in it upon arrival
Kitchen towels stunk and had old food on them
Corner bead and drywall tape separating from wall, wall texture and paint flawed in many places
Fan light in dining area is out. Lamp in living room is out
Patio/Deck chairs had mold and dirt. One had torn upholstery
