Great hosts and quite neighborhood. We had a great time with our family.

We were here for a wedding. It was great to have the games in basement to keep us entertained. Plenty of yard for dogs too.

If we ever get the chance to go back, we are definitely going to stay here again. Responsive hosts, basement full of fun (board games and pool table, arcade games, ping pong, air hockey and more). Just an enjoyable family trip.

I was in Beavercreek with my kids to visit my parents. This house was a great home away from home. The kids loved the game room and worked on their ping pong and air hockey skills. It was a quiet neighborhood and the beds were comfy so it was easy to sleep. The hosts were responsive and it could not have been easier to get in. The house is a great place to hang out and catch up or a resting pad for other adventures.

The house was perfect for us! The downstairs game room gave us so many options to connect and laugh as a family. The host lives near the rental, which was great to know if we ever needed anything….. which we did not. Kitchen had all we needed to cook….. neighborhood was quiet. Stores etc close by. Zero complaints and we’ll stay again if the host will have us! Thank you!

This is our second time staying and we enjoyed it just as much as before. Very comfortable home and neighborhood.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We had our dog with us and the neighborhood is small and low traffic so we were able to walk him when needed. Thank you!

I rented this home with my husband, our 3 month old baby, and my parents. We all had an amazing time. The house was under 25 minutes to Yellow Springs where we did some hiking and ate at Benito’s pizza which I highly recommend. We all really enjoyed the home. It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and was close to lots of restaurants. The home was very clean. The kitchen was so well stocked, the living room was cozy, and our bed was comfortable. The highlight of it all was of course the game room in the basement. We had so much fun together as a family playing pool, air hockey, ping pong, cards, and arcade games. We didn’t even have time for board games there was so much to do! We are already planning our next trip back!

We enjoyed the house. It was in a great/quiet location. 3 bedrooms with 1.5 baths. Basement was a great game room but it was too cold to really enjoy. Great kitchen space with a fairly well rounded and supplied kitchen. The kitchen table was a little small to host a dinner so we set up a buffet style on the counter. We had great communication with the hosts. We would stay here again!

This place was so much fun! We spent most of our time in the basement/game room. Lots of food choices nearby. Only downfall was that the basement was kind of cold and only one arcade game worked. But that didn’t stop our fun!! Highly recommend and will definitely return 😃

Home was nice, in good neighborhood and basement game room was amazing. Host was super nice and easy to work with. Would stay again or defend recommend. Had 3 nice bedrooms and pull out couch.

We stayed here when we came to town for University of Dayton family weekend. The location was an easy 18 mins from campus, and close to the restaurants that Beavercreek has to offer. Would definitely stay here again. The basement games were a unique and fun feature.

Place was perfect for the 7 of us. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. Full size refrigerator was a plus. Best part was the basement game room to keep everyone entertained. Adults and kids really enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and arcade games. Fire pit in back was great for making smores. All in a nice quite neighborhood.

Great 2 day getaway. Really enjoyed the location next to everything you needed. Also enjoyed more than several hours in the game room.

What a charming place! Very welcoming and comfortable! Great location, close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Most importantly to me safe neighborhood and close to family. The hosts take good care of the property and make sure you have everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would book again.

We had a nice stay in this Beavercreek home. We enjoyed playing ping pong, pool and video games in the basement.

Coming into town for a graduation. Was a great place to hang out with family and friends. The partially finished basement/game room with walkout topped it all off. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Property was convenient to family, friends and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet and nice for walking. Property was stocked fairly well but does need more hand towels, blankets, new pillows and light bulbs. Exterior and interior of the house needs a good scrubbing. We showed up to a house with an exterior covered in mold/mildew, a front porch that needed swept and outdoor furniture that needed cleaned. We couldn’t utilize the front or back patio because of that. The interior needs a deep clean. It had a strong odor of cat urine or spray. We purchased plug ins to offset it during our stay. The fridge, oven and cooktop needed a good scrubbing along with the basement bathroom. During a time when cleanliness and sanitization are so important, I was surprised that the pillows didn’t have protective covers and that the sheets and towels were washed in cold water. I know this because when we arrived, the sheets and towels were in the dryer and the washer was set on cold. There were several fleece blankets in the closets and I don’t believe those get cleaned between guests. They certainly did not smell fresh and one that was draped over a chair had as much dust on it as the ceiling fans did. After we checked out, I made the owner aware of the situation and she said she’d be going to the property and giving it a look and although I didn’t mention the exterior to her, she said they’d be power washing the house when the weather improved. She also said she doesn’t get over to the property very often so she appreciated the heads up on issues. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and typically the exterior of the house and throughout the interior is clean and welcoming. I did not find this property to have that level of care. It met our needs based on size and location and made the time with our daughter enjoyable which is what was most important.

Visiting with friends. Come in from out of town. It was the perfect home away from Home for a week. The kids enjoyed the game room very much. And the karaoke machine was a blast. There are no tvs in the bedrooms but that was fine. But over all perfect little home away from home.

They loved the game room in the basement and the fire pit outside.

This was our second year staying here. It's a great location to get to museums in dayton. Fun staying in and playing games with the kids as well. Quiet and close to restaurants. Thanks for another small "spring break" stay for our small girls!

Love the opportunity to hang out with our UD son and have fun playing games and making home made meals for him. Shelly is a great host who adds very nice personal touches to the home!

This place had everything we needed for our visit. Clean, lots of games and activities, nice yard and neighborhood. I can't say enough about the fun basement! Teens had a great time. Would stay again.

This was a great place to stay at and very convenient for visiting the USAF museum.

There were a few glitches like receptacles that didn't work, light out in the shower, and small supply of towels. However, I had my 10 year old grandson with me and my 3 adult children (kids at heart) and they all had a blast with the arcade games and game tables. I just love seeing them play like that to send me back to their younger days. Well worth the stay.
