First of all the view was beautiful. We had a great view of the lake right in the front. It was small but cozy and perfect for what my partner and i were looking for. The check in/ check out prices was effortless.

Nice and cozy place great weekend and weather for fall weather love it

Our stay in Cedar Glen (neighbor to Lake Arrowhead) was just perfect. Brigitte’s property is perfect for a couple and met all of our needs. We spent our time at Lake Arrowhead Village and SkyPark, both just a short drive from the residence. On the holiday when most things were closed we spent our time on the deck, enjoying the view of the lake. It was a very nice getaway.

I stayed at this studio for three nights. I had two handicapped dogs with me. Brigitte was very welcoming of us. Flexible with check in and check out time. She provided very detailed directions and all the pertinent info. This cozy studio is quite secluded, has an expansive deck and a great view of the lake from the room as well as the deck. It is well appointed. Cedar Glen is perfectly located. Close enough to the Arrowhead Village, but sufficiently secluded. I'll definitely go back.

Nicely furnished studio nestled in the trees with a fantastic view of the lake. Finding the property is a bit challenging, but locals were friendly and helped find the way. Everything listed on the website was exactly as described. Perfect get-away for two.

We had a very nice visit. The weather was great, a little hot but our studio stayed very cool. Not used to cooking on all electric but it worked out well. Host was upstairs in main house and very gracious. Bed was comfortable and towels were thick

Nice quiet place with a lovely outdoor patio. Inside the home was comfortable, decorated nicely, and had everything needed including a heater. One small concern there were no wash cloths. So you may have to take your own. I liked that this place was just outside of Lake Arrowhead but it is just a short 3 min. drive. As this also gave us the option of heading the other direction, another short 3 min drive, to the dog park. The recreational park was across the street with a great view of the lake.Then we took a short drive to Big Bear to walk the trails around that lake. Finally, the owner lets you get a day pass to walk the trails at the lake. Which is very lucky. As it is a members only lake. Overall I recommend this dog friendly get away place. We had a great time.

The property is a really cute little suite with a great view. It’s easy to find if you follow the instructions. It is walking distance to a few restaurants and a grocery store, but about a 10 minute drive to the lake arrowhead village. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Would recommend!

We were disappointed in the place. I was notified by the owner that the place was ready and we could check In early. We were so excited when we got there at 2:30 pm we opened the door and noticed that it had not been cleaned. I notified the owner and it turns out she never had the cleaning lady clean the place. The owner notified me that it was. a misunderstanding and that the cleaning lady would have the cabin cleaned by 5 pm. When I asked the owner if I could get. a discount she replied that check in was not until 4 and to that I responded well you messaged me it was ready by 1 pm if you had not messaged me we would have waited till 4 but even then the place would not be ready till 5 pm radio silence. The cleaning lady arrived at 3:36 pm which meant we had to leave until 5 pm making it an inconvenience. It was such a bad experience that we checked out one whole day earlier. Will not be staying there again

This place was perfect! My sister and I had such a special time!

Nice getaway

We had a very peaceful and relaxing four nights. Everything we needed was there for us. The owner obviously put a lot of thought and care into the rental. The location was quite handy for our trips to explore the surrounding area. We had an amazing time.

We had a wonderful stay at the property just as described. It was very relaxing! The deck is so peaceful, bed was comfy and we lakeview was beautiful!

We spent four nights in this cute little studio with our medium-size dog, and loved every minute of it! It's rustic and homey, with a cabin-in-the-woods feel. Knowing that the kitchenette is rudimentary, we brought a picnic basket with meats and cheeses, but brought food back from local restaurants to enjoy on the deck with the nice view of the lake. The bed was very comfortable, with pillows in a variety of sizes so we slept soundly. Speaking of sound, it was very quiet... with the exception of some early evening music interludes coming from the nearby neighborhood. We guessed it was a DJ preparing for Oktoberfest, as there were repeated snippets of the same songs. But that never lasted long, and we didn't mind it at all. We saw blue jays, hummingbirds, squirrels, and chipmunks in abundance. We spent a lot of time on the deck lounge chairs just enjoying the lake view and relaxing between excursions. The steep hillside provides privacy and kept our dog from wandering far (along with pet gates conveniently provided by the host). The host Brigitte was available quickly when we had an issue with the internet. (The provider had just done some work and download speeds were very slow.) She checked to see if it self-resolved, and had a plan in case it didn't. Turns out, we preferred being a bit off-the-grid! We love to hike and were looking forward to the trails around the lake, but the process for procuring bracelets ($10 each per person per day you wish to use them) was clunky at best. Then they wanted to affix bright yellow bracelets to us on Tuesday for a one-day walk on Thursday. It was all too much, so we bailed on that idea and did a hike elsewhere. (Not the host's fault; it's the Lake Association.)

We much enjoyed our stay

We had a great stay over the holiday weekend. The patio with lake view was amazing. Nice hot water and good wifi. Having access to the lake trails was a plus!

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. The outdoor space of the deck was so enjoyable overlooking the lake. We spent most of our time out there bird watching, lake viewing, & just enjoying the peace and quiet. Communication with the owner was always prompt & helpful. Check-in was smooth & easy. Thanks for a great little get away!

This was our second stay at this property. We enjoyed it even more than the first. We love the view of the lake from the deck. Since there isn’t really anyplace to hike near the property, we loved having special access to the lake.

Private and quiet and made for an enjoyable stay! We particularly liked the large deck for bbq dinner and sunset. Although the kitchen consisted of mini fridge and electrical appliances, it still seemed to work out as there were multiple options including hot plate, crockpot, toaster oven. BBQ was a plus. Getting back to the cabin from the lake is an uphill climb which was fine as we are in our mid fifties and are still capable. We appreciated the trail pass to walk along the private lake trails. Damage insurance seemed excessive as we haven’t had to purchase for other stays. Bed was comfortable, couch cushion could be updated. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

For us, our first priority was having a view of the lake and mountains. We enjoyed watching the sunset on the deck.

The studio is charming and well equipped. The view is lovely. The host (Brigitte) is great (both available and accommodating).

My fiance and I were looking to get out of LA for a couple of days and this place was perfect for the two of us and our pup. Bridgette's directions were incredibly clear and the apartment was exactly as advertised. The outdoor space was incredible with fantastic views and tons of seating. Easy access to the Lake Arrowhead private trails and a quick drive to local trails. It was perfect. We can't wait to come back!

Spent most of our time on the expansive deck among beautiful mature trees, a decent view of the lake and made some friends with resident blue jays. Rustic, eclectic and very comfortable.. Bridget was a very accommodating and friendly host.

Nice place to stay for the 4th of July weekend

As stated, the place is small. But, the deck makes up for that. Just make sure you are there in warm weather to take advantage of that space. The place could use a bit of decluttering. There was a huge dresser to put clothes, but the knick-knacks in the bathroom and elsewhere made the place feel cramped. Where do I put my toiletries? Be sure to check out the TV situation if that is important to you. There were good places to eat in town. I didn't see any swimming areas at the lake, maybe I just missed that. Lots of private boats too, but not many rental choices. One night I loved putting a sleeping bag on the deck and seeing the Big Dipper.

This was the perfect stay for the weekend! The bed was super comfortable, the lake view was even better in person, communication was perfect. The hammock and outdoor seating was a great touch. Kitchen and bathroom we're fully equipped. It was only a 7 min drive from the main little town and 7 min drive to SkyPark at Santa's Village. I will definitely stay here when I'm back!

The studio is as described. The view of the lake is amazing. Just wish we could have enjoyed it more in the evening, but mother nature preferred windy evenings for us. There was a power outage one of the days during our stay, but luckily was restored by the evening. Brigitte was easy to communicate with. The Duraflame heater gets the studio cozy very quickly.
