Everything about our two-week stay in this luxury property was perfect! Jose gave us a tour of the complex and apartment, and his communication and attention to detail was excellent. Quality appliances and attractive decor. The home looks exactly like the pictures except photos can not capture the stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea like seeing it through your own eyes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

From the moment we booked the process was professional, informative and straightforward. Jose was a joy and met us on arrival to introduce himself and to give us a thorough overview of the apartment.
The apartment is as stunning as the photos and the layout and attention to detail makes for a perfect stay. The views are spectacular and the location is perfect for enjoying the local bars and seafront restaurants.
Can’t think of a single negative and we will definitely be returning for a longer stay. 5 stars all round !!

By far the finest location in Torremolinos. The apartment overlooks the sea making the view seem as if it’s a suite on a cruise ship. It is within a two minute walk from restaurants and convenience stores. The facility is quiet. A large pool dominates the lush grounds which overlook the beach. Ownership was responsive and attentive to our needs. Overall: exceptional in every level.

We stayed at Jose's s beautiful deluxe apartment from June 4th to the 16th for our 25th anniversay vacation. The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us and was exactly as described in the listing. Communication with Jose prior to our stay was easy and he met us at set time the day of our check in. Gave us a thorough tour and explanation of the apartment, building and surrounding area. Provided us a card to access the underground parking as we rented a car for 3 days to travel to Gibratar, Malaga and Granda
Clean, bright, cozy and comfortable in a fantastic location with an incredible view from the terrace. Has all the amenities you would need including washer/dryer and the kitchen area and appliances allowed us to buy local foods and make some of our meals in the apartment. Clean linens and towels were brought to us halfway through our stay. The bed was a little on the small side as we are used to a king bed but it was comfortable and we made it work😁
We spent a lot of time at both the pool on the property and the Carihuela beach area through the elevator or stair access from the building to the promenade, and enjoyed walking everyday exploring the many shops, restaurants, and bars. Endless options for fantastic food in the areas away from the beach as well.
Highly recommend this apartment for anyone thinking of visiting Torremolinos and we will definitely return again to this amazing location!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo on the sea! Breathtaking views and a promenade to walk all day for miles along the beach. The floor to ceiling glass doors open to a beautiful balcony overlooking the water and you can fall asleep listening to the waves. It was surreal!
This updated studio is so well equipped and the generous hosts supply every amenity to simply cook at home or if going out they even have a hair dryer and flat iron to look your best! The smart TV was awesome and we were able to hook up our fire stick with no problem, feeling right at home. Our host was very attentive and was there from start to finish to answer any questions.
The property has a lot of history including our favorite artist Salvador Dali staying there in 1930 while painting his piece “ the invisible man”. Very cool!
We would definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful home to anyone traveling to Torremolinos!

We had a lovely month at this wonderful apartment. The views, location and grounds are amazing. The apartment is surprisingly spacious for a studio and very well equipped, what you see in the photos is exactly what you get. Jose is an exceptional host and couldn't have been more helpful. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year (and I promise to learn Spanish!).

I think that because we paid £2000 for 9 days we expected more .
Apart from toilet rolls chocolate n water there were no larder products like salt pepper oil sugar . Cupboards were clear out each time I expect
Sun beds not aloud around the grass area . Pool is surrounded by grass . Massive stains on chair .. sofa bed uncomfortable. E tea charge of £150 for pur grandson o top of the £2000 stay was absolutely disgusting.
Toaster was a fire hazard ..
If you like lifts and stairs and taky beach holiday this is for you .

My family and I had an unforgettable time and very much enjoyed this delightful home away from home in Torremolinos. Jose was a terrific host who answered all my questions, even weeks before our arrival. He made sure we were comfortable 100%. The apartment had all what we needed. And the view: Magnificent! It is located in an lovely and quiet area. And the building itself had some interesting history that made our stay even more captivating! Each evening we took great walks and there were shops, cafes, restaurants open until past midnight--couples, families walking--safe areas for sure. The train station is close by, which made it very convenient for us to visit other nearby places like beautiful Fuengirola and Malaga. I found the beach area closest to the apartment ideal to hang out--it felt like a private beach: quiet, with eating areas just a few feet away, where I had delicious smoothies every morning and fresh seafood in the evening. Everything was AMAZING! Muchas Gracias Jose!!! Unforgettable times in Torremolinos and Malaga! Costa del Sol--que bella eres!!

Beautiful property.
Overlooks the sea. Close to all amenities. You do not need a car, unless you intend to do day trips, but a parking space is included.
I had no intention of using the pool, given the beautiful beach right outside the apartment, but was delighted with the 2 days that we spent by the pool. Poolside restaurant is great for lunch. Make reservations if you want to be assured of a table, but they accommodated us without one. Great experience. I love Torremolinos!

WOW!
We stayed for 8 nights at this beautiful apartment. It has everything you could possibly need during your stay.
The standard of accommodation is excellent and the apartment is lovely and bright & airy.
It is just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach and plenty of restaurants and bars. The complex itself has a lovely swimming pool and cafe/bar which is open during the day.
The WOW factor though is the spectacular view from the apartment. It is simply stunning. It is so peaceful and relaxing to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and just watch people go by whilst taking in the beautiful view,
Jose and Carmen were perfect hosts.

Great stay at the apartment which had everything we could possibly need and more.mornings and night time on the balcony was beautiful.
Located practically on the beach so everything in walking distance, shops bars and restaurants. Overall a fantastic place. Will stay again if we get the chance 30euros taxi to the airport which the host supplied details.

The appartment is really great, it is very clean and a lot of luxury.
Like the nespresso machine, apple tv, sonos soundsystem, dishwasher. This is what you like if you are on vacation. The best view ever, Waking up in the morning and you can see the sea and the morning sunrise. Best place ever. The host is very helpfull and kind. We booked our next vacation already.

Santa Clara is a great location. From the apartment in the middle you can either take the lift to floor 0 and you are on the beautiful beachwalk, nice walks in both directions with all the restaurants and shops nearby. Or, you take the lift to floor 5 and the nice pool area with great views along yhe coast, you also have the nearby town center and railway station. The apartment itself is fully renowated and every squaremeter is used to best. Decoration is also very tasteful. You will find all utelities you will need in the kitchen. Many good things to mention as the rainshower, TV and wifi with all options you can ask for. If you wish you can be in bed and look at the sunrise.Wonderful view from the balcony (and the whole apartment). Great stay!!!

This is a fantastic apartment in a great location and has everything needed for a short or long stay.The view over the promenade and ocean is wonderful.The town centre is only a 10 minute walk away and lots of bars and restaurants are close to the apartment.Everything is to a high standard and comes highly recommended.

Majestic
This apartment and it's location is without doubt the best that my wife and I have ever stayed in, it was such a pity that we only booked for 1 week, we could not say what was the best part of our stay, the apartment fantastic, the 5 yards to the beach fantastic, the proximity to the centre of town fantastic, the moonlight shimmering off the Med fantastic or watching the sunrise on the Med fantastic, from landing in Malaga, Jose picking us up from the airport and returning us to the airport at such an early time in the morning it all went so quickly, words do not do this place justice, it is a special place, thank you Jose this is a special place to stay and we will be back.

Excellent Location, Excellent Property
We were let down by Thomas Cook, so decided to head to Torremolinos and flew in to Malaga.
This property has previous good reviews and was available. Booking was instant. Great comms by Jose.
The property is about 20 mins from the airport and Google found it no problem. We had a car for a week for €15!
The building was a firmer resort and converted in 1993 to private apartments.
Carmen and Jose have updated the apartment and is well appointed. Comfortable bed, light and airy room with high speed Wifi and IPTV.
The apartment has unobstructed sea view and you get to see sun rise. Is a stunning location and very easy access to the beach and coastal walkway. Binoculars were handy when spotting the passing ships.
I kept in touch with Jose on What's App and communication was great. You will not be disappointed with this apartment.

Brilliant location, open the bifold doors and imagine you are on a cruise ship. Apartment has everything to make the stay an experience.
Josè was very welcoming meeting us at airport and giving us a full tour of the apartment and facilities. Have already booked for next year.

Fabulous location and excellent service
This apartment is very well appointed with everything you could possibly want for a holiday in the sun. The location is perfect, on the headland between the 2 main beaches of Torremolinos and with the most incredible aspect, looking straight out over the Mediterranean Sea with only a footpath in front of the property. The owners have made the best of this view by opening up the whole apartment to the view via bifold doors which open right up.
The space is beautifully designed and has quality appliances and fixtures and fittings. You even have Apple TV, a Sonos speaker and UK satellite channels.
Jose couldn’t have been more helpful. He transported us from and to the airport and gave us a guided tour of the apartment block to make sure we had our bearings.
We had a lovely week’s holiday and will definitely look to return if we can.

Amazing
WOW WOW WOW
We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights and definitely will return. The location is fantastic, walking distance to lots of places including the train station which means no real need to rent a car. The property itself is second to none with all the mod cons every TV Chanel you could wish for and a SONOS sound system just to
name a few. However the view from the apartment over looking the ocean really stole the show for us. From the minute you walk through the door there is a sense of calm and relaxation. Also Jose the owner made our stay very welcoming and easy. What an amazing 4 days can’t wait to return.

A nice apartment with a wonderful view
We enjoyed our stay. The view is as wonderful as the pictures indicate - actually, the pictures don't do it justice. The amazing thing is the glass wall that separates the living room from the balcony. Jose showed us how to completely open up the wall and the feeling is wonderful to have the sea air coming in while we relaxed in the living room. There is also an awning that can be lowered when the sunlight gets too bright. We found the whole experience of relaxing in the apartment to be excellent. It is a small apartment, but it is comfortable and feels bigger than it is.
The bathroom was also good. It was clean, and the shower worked well (better than anywhere else we stayed on our trip).
We used the washer/dryer to do a load of laundry, but could have used an instruction manual. We got the laundry done, but couldn't get the washer to turn off. But it was the last day of our stay, so it wasn't a problem.
The only problem we had was with the bed. The mattress was a little too firm for our tastes, but wasn't terrible. But there was one long pillow that went the entire width of the bed. We didn't like that design - it prevented us from adjusting the pillow to our sleeping position. This may not be a problem for some people, but it was for us. The whole situation could be improved with some extra pillows stored somewhere.
However, we still consider our stay there to have been excellent. The view and location is top-notch. Jose was a good host - he spent a lot of time making sure we knew how everything worked. The check-in process was easy, and it was nice being able to park for free in the building.
We highly recommend staying here.
