location was great, close to the beach

the property was dirty and in very poor condition. the towels where stained and their is paint peeling off the shower.

it was not clean ( food in bedside table) peeling paint and chipped tiles in bathroom, no door on the toilet. our parking was occupied by another car so had to park some distance from the unit. neighbours had a party until 3 am.

location was perfect! check in was easy! great little complex.

Uncomfortable bed, the kitchen splashback was greasy, I feel the carpets might need replacing as it smells stale in the apartment, the bathroom is tired looking, but functional.

Excellent location - Easy check in and out and the facilities were very good.

It stated a fully equipped kitchen, but there was only a hotplate with no oven. Lights were very hard to work out as one switch operated 2 sets of lights. Door was missing off the toilet.

paint chipping off overpainted bathroom everywhere...gypsum hanging off the ceiling...toilet door missing in bathroom...impossible to lock door from inside properly...whoever knows the 4 digit number can walk in...and as the number is low it would only take about 2 hours to test all combinations to get there. carpark was crazy small...and the description suggested parking at the back while the correct carpark is clearly at the front. Also only a few days before the booked time the owner contacts with threats of 1500 dollars for untidyness etc...things which no one mentioned at booking. Totally riduculous.

There was all equipment needed to cook and relax. Location right across from the beach was wonderful.

Toilet seat was broken and not cleaned properly. Balcony lock was rusted and not easy to open and close.

No reception. No email for auto check in. Lights not working in main room. Rooms Not as advertised. Bed configuration not right. Room dirty and generally poor condition. No room cleaning in between nights. Not enough towels for the amount of guests booked. 2nd worst hotel/room that we ever had. And had a high rating on booking dot com.??????

The proximity to the beach and shops. Also enjoyed the lovely gardens in the complex and the outdoor surfboard shower.

The step up into the bathroom. The room has very outdated decor and is in need of renovation.

The location was fantastic. So close to the beach. The pool was in a good position within the complex too.

The bathroom had a step up which I tripped on 3 times and my son stubbed his toe.

The place is tired and in need of a lift. The stove was antiquated and needs to be changed, the place was not that clean and the price was expensive even for new year

The apartment has everything you could need to be completely self contained. The bbq is gorgeous and parking was always available. We will stay here again!

Was a little outdated in the bathroom and old in other areas of the unit but the price reflects this.

Great location, pool was lovely and the free parking made it very convenient.

It is so noisy being directly on a busy road, even with the windows closed it did not make a difference. We had to sleep with headphones on and in the lounge.

The condition of the room, bathroom tiles needs refurbishing, internet very poor, rooms too noisy as it is near the road.

Brilliant location to the beach. Busy highway behind though.

The highway outside my room. I turned ceiling fan on to block the noise out to sleep but the fan had a terrible continuous squeak so turned it off.
