We picked the Ibis for the location as it was right near the venue we were visiting. Location was incredible. It was a tuesday night and there was so much going on it was fabulous.

The bed was uncomfortable. Because the window was so small it made the room claustrophobic.

Level 6 - Time the corridor carpet was cleaned, rough white marker arrows pointing to room direction, room was too small for two adults with suitcases and back packs. Curtains were different colours. TV remote was unreliable. Shower is jammed into the corner of the cubicle. Breakfast was expensive.

The location was exactly where we needed to be.

The hotel was ideally located in the centre of Perth

We were situated on the 9th floor. At night, there was a lot of noise presumed to be aircon fans which made it extremely difficult to sleep. On checkout, we mentioned this noise and another worker implied it was fans. This gave us an indication that the staff had received complaints before.

I had no help to get my luggage up to my room on the first day. The air heating doesn’t work & i was cold most of the time even after they changed the rooms for me. TV never worked. There was no microwave! Bit inconvenient if you have leftover food.. i was glad i could use the laundry facilities but it wasn’t even at a discounted price since it was part of IBIS..

Breakfast was great. Room was also good with great room service.

The bed moved away from the wall so couldn’t really sit up in bed

The bathroom facilities were very poor. It was difficult to get in and out of the shower due to the screen door.

A/c did not work in our first room. We were moved to another room still no heating. Curtain blind let all the light in. Fridge kept freezing up.

Perfect location.. easy walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

1st room asked to move as poor water pressure, minimal hot water and shower leaking 2nd room also poor water pressure, to have warm shower could only have warm water running to have water warm and shower base leaked and shower head dripped continuously so that half of bathroom floor covered in water for stay

Location was good

The kettle kept surging out the power outlet to the fridge, they ended up replacing the kettle with a mini coffee machine. After my first night all my power outlets weren't working had to call reception to get it turned back on. My account got double charged, waiting on the reimbursement. One of the days the housekeeper forgot to leave towels in my room. The bathroom is just a poor layout. The shower is questionable.
