Conveniently located with all the major attractions just a short distance away on public transportation, staffs were very lovely and helpful.

Il y a seulement une cour entre notre chambre et celle d’en face. C’est inconfortable d’avoir un vis-à-vis si proche.

Gute Lage in der Nähe der Sagrada. Große Zimmer, ein schöner Rooftop Pool. Exzellentes Frühstück.

Wir sind keine Fans von offenen Badezimmern mit Milchglasscheiben. Hotelschuhe auf dem Zimmer wären ganz gut gewesen. Zimmer war etwas dunkel.

Leider herrschte Unsicherheit beim Personal, ob wir am Abreisetag ein Frühstück inbegriffen haben (was mitgebucht und bezahlt war), wir sollten eine Rückmeldung bekommen - leider kam diese nicht und die Abreise erfolgte ohne Frühstück.

То как со мной общались и вели себя люди работающие в отеле. Они переговариваются, уводят внимание от проблем с которыми ты сталкиваешься в ходе проживания и местами даже агрессивно вели себя по отношению ко мне. я чувствовал себя максимально неудобно. плюс все время манипулировали на счет куррения в гостинице, якобы что заставят платить меня штраф, хотя я там не курил

Really good hotel with nice location It was mesmerising experience, even if you just enter hotel building you can smell awesome fragrances, that was included in every toilet facilities, bed shifts, which made my stay so much comfortable and luxurious Breakfast was good, especially bakery Staff so friendly and supportive, my mom doesn’t know English, but was helped as well

They didnt clean the room for two days and the person at front desk forgets about everything because we stayed extra night saw her three tami and reminded her sbout the extra night and ahw checked us out she forgot

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la beauté de l'hôtel et de sa terrasse ! L'emplacement également, à deux pas de la Sagrada Familia et à quelques minutes à pieds de plusieurs stations de métro.

Nous avons un peu regretté le manque d'informations, à notre arrivée, le personnel d'accueil ne nous a pas précisé qu'il y avait une terrasse ou une piscine et ne nous a pas non plus donné les horaires du petit déjeuner. Cela n'aurait pas été gênant si nous avions retrouvé ces informations dans la chambre mais ce n'était pas le cas.

The decor was beautiful and fresh with a nice large lobby sitting area. We had an inside room which was clean and comfortable and the rooftop loungers were great at the end of the day. The staff were helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet had a good selection.

The free drink voucher for choosing green cleaning is only for a soft drink. The hand soap dispenser is not a great design, if you’re not careful it can squirt onto your clothes.

Parking was terrible, full of ramps and curbs to get in. DO NOT park here if you have a low car, i scraped really badly to get in and out of it.

Breakfast and friendly and kind reception staff

Clean, stylish, comfortable, not too far from sights (10 min walk).

Everything was great! We arrived late at night and we’re clearly exhausted, hot etc. I felt like the person at the desk could’ve got us a drink or something, as she asked if we were tired. Then told us our room number and sent us off again. That’s my only complaint, the rest was lovely. Thank you Radisson.
