It is a nice hotel. Great location, nice and clean rooms. My only complaint, the hot tub was gross and the pool was full of very young kids, 14 at a time that all looked under 10 yrs old, one told me she was 3, with no parents anywhere and the staff refused to do anything about it. So it was rather difficult to enjoy the beautiful pool area with our family and 2 yr old grandson. Also 8am and a pool side room was very loud with several young kids and pool toys. Staff allowed kids to ride scooters in the pool area around all the rooms. Maybe it was a “off” weekend- but I wish the staff wouldn’t put up with that because it’s such a beautiful pool area. I’d stay again 1x, but never again if the pool and spa are just a free for all for kids. I had a baby and a 2 yr old, the kids at the pool were so wild we couldn’t take our kids in the pool. I’ve never seen a hotel pool that wild. And it was ok with the hotel staff.

My first room shower was broke off the wall the first night and it still wasnt fixed after the second day with absolutely no communication from staff about progress so had to switch rooms at night with two little girls. Not fun. All staff could definitely use hospitality training. No one acknowledges visitors or even smiles

Pool side room was in a good location

The jets in the hot tub didn't work. Pretty gross sitting in a hot tub with no filtration

Every time we stay in great falls Montana, we stay at the Heritage Inn . The staff are always very friendly, rooms are always clean. The pool is nice and warm, I can bring my baby in there. The location is somewhat central. It is a bit of a stretch to target, and the outdoor waterpark, otherwise it’s close to Walmart, the gas station etc.

Only one time I had asked the beds to be made and the towels replaced, and they made the beds but didn’t replace the towels. I think the ladies must have forgot, and that’s ok, there are a ton of rooms in this hotel. I also don’t love how far the walk is to the rooms but I LOVE the fact there is an outdoor entrance on every hallway so you can park your vehicle close to your room.

The location was good

No A/C, when we checked in. Went to front desk and they said sorry we have no other rooms available tonight but here is a fan. It was 86 F in our room. Terrible night sleep. The hot tub jets did not work and the water looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. Our room was not cleaned even tough we requested, all they did was provide some clean towels. No shampoo and the bed was not made. The second night we insisted they move use to a room with working A/C and while at the front desk there was 5 others who did not have A/C in their rooms and 2 people who were requesting towels and shampoo as their rooms were not cleaned. For the price we paid it was very poor value. At check out they said their is nothing to be done as we booked through Booking.com. If you like to pay lots of money to stay in a hotel that does not provide you anything they offer on their web site then this is the place for you. If not save your self some frustration and stay some place else.

I liked having a balcony room.

Central air was hot, hot, hot. Uncomfortable. Restaurant ignored us, so we left and went out for breakfast elsewhere.
