As an honors member I always stay at an HGI.

Nothing to dislike...all good.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean.

The bed was super hard. For a beautiful motel they should make sure everything is perfect. Tub/ shower needs to be caulked before mold sets in in walls.

FrOnt desk staff excellent.

Breakfast too expensive for offering. Most hotels offer continental at least with room. Dishes were dirty in buffet line.

The hotel was able to accommodate the stay that was expected although booking.com did not have accurate information and the hotel was not able to follow through with the original booking.

The breakfast closed early.

very clean, nice amenities, staff was very nice and welcoming. the facilities are updated and well kept up. nice bar and outside fire pit.

the pool was really cold but the maintenance man got right on that and warmed it up for us. he was very nice.

Well when I had booked the room it was supposed to be a king room with a spa bath in the bathroom but I got in the room and there was no spa bath like I had booked.

Our bed was broken in our first room so we were moved to a different room and the bed was all sunk in. The front desk attendant in the morning fixed our price for our room. The woman working in the morning of our last day was extremely rude and acted as if I was lying about the bed. She was rude and needs more customer service training especially for native american peiple.

Failed to follow CDC guidelines as stated in an email I received on Monday September 20th prior to arrival date of September 23rd. Upon arrival on Thursday September 23rd the front desk was not masked and seemed inconvenienced to check us in. The behavior of the front desk was very unwelcoming throughout our entire stay, 3 nights. Never acknowledged us, actually looked down to avoid eye contact. After arriving went to bar for cocktail at 4:40pm. Wa told that the bar opened at 4:30pm. Bartender was just setting up, acknowledged us after several minutes and said she was still opening bar and it would be a few minutes. At 5:00pm finally asked for our order, 2 gin and tonics. Told us she didn’t have any limes, would we like lemons! We asked for lime juice, she had that. Drink delivered amber colored and flat! We told her our drinks had too much lime and the tonic was flat. Her response was, “Hmm it just got replaced. I’ll use bottled tonic next.” Like there would be a nice time!! The drinks should have been remade. When ready to leave we asked for tab. She was too busy watching the tv to bring it to our table so I had to go up to bar. Seriously hire someone that knows what they’re doing!! I would expect better from Hilton Hotels. We arrived on Thursday September 23rd, had to ask housekeeping to bring fresh towels and more toilet paper on Saturday, September 25th because our room was not serviced at all on Friday the 24th. All sanitizer dispensers had no sanitizer! Sunday morning, September 26th, there was no breakfast available. Just a little sign saying sorry for inconvenience. I will NEVER stay at this hotel in Great Falls, MT again. I will be very hesitant about staying at a Hilton Hotel in the future. What a huge disappointment our stay was.

You have to pay extra for the breakfast, so we went to the nice cafe next door and spent the same amount of money for a really nice breakfast, compared to the bulk cereal options the hotel gave us.

Didn’t give us the right room, but did give us a discount to make up for it. The hot tub smelt like mildew and feet, beds weren’t comfortable. Overall pretty dissatisfied.

It was cooked to my specifications and staff used proper procedures. The location was clean, tables were well spaced, and the area was quiet.

The in-room information for breakfast offerings was incomplete. Snags in the carpeting needed repair.

Room exceeded our expectations. Clean and comfortable. Easily accessible--good location for our needs. Close to restaurants and shopping center.

Staff was not as responsive as some other Hilton's. Laundry is stuck in a far corner of the hotel in a creepy little room. The hair dryer quit working the first day of a four-night stay and was never replaced.
