Don’t waste your money on this !! property was very dirty didn’t seem no were clean but paid for the damn cleaning services almost 100$ just for it to result like that sand on all over the furniture, front glass door knob broken good luck going in, Fridge is a disaster COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE AT NIGHT, ac doesn’t work properly at least fix ther hard a** beds, just not worth it never booming with myrtle beach stations, and you don’t not have access to the pools and the gym got to pay !!

Doesn't look like there has been anything cleaned or upkept in years compared to what they are showing on booking.com. Do not waist your money they will not refund you!!!! Horrible horrible place. Upon arrival the place was not cleaned at all. Broken glass and indoor lamp on patio in the rain, sink full of dirty water, dirty frig, no batteries in any smoke detectors. Crack pipe in kitchen drawer. No handle on refrigerator. Step on the bunk bed is busted. Paid for a linen package and got mismatched sheets with stains and holes and they didnt even fit the beds. Everyone went to bed and I came to the kitchen and there was cockroaches everywhere. I killed 29 and did not get to sleep at all because I can not sleep with bugs. Next day offered me the down stairs unit which was dirty and had a bugs and then couldn't get me into another place until Monday. So they wanted my family to stay with bugs all weekend. We left got a different place. WONT REFUND YOUR MONEY. I contacted the mayor, the bbb, the county commissioner, dhec, and the fire marshal. I will either be taking this to small claims court or I will be opening a class action lawsuit because there are a lot of people they have scammed.

the sinks were full of hair and the showers. the beds and couches full of sand. there was dust all over the fans and vents and dirt all over the walls. spilled orange drinks on the walls. we couldn’t walk barefoot in the floor or shower until we scrubbed with bleach.

i called to report the dirt and was told it was cleaned and the dust on fans and baseboards was deep cleaning. she did inform me she cleaned behind the oven even though the fridge was filthy too! it was my worst experience ever. i will not use booking.com again. i couldn’t get through cause i couldn’t find my pin and the resort kept telling me i couldn’t get a refund. we couldn’t stay here it was gross!!!

When I got there! There was sand in all the beds! The beds itself looked disgusting as if they never been cleaned or washed! There was roaches everywhere which made it hard to sleep
