Great location ,price, size.

Not enough free parking. Had to pay$125 for my grandkids car to park.

The rooms were organized and had everything we need.

The parking garage was so tight and they don’t include breakfast buffet

Easy access to beach!

Check in was promised at 4 pm! Was 5:45 pm before we got into our room! The room was clean except for the furniture! It was filthy! My wife spent 2 days cleaning it! The dishwasher didn't work! I didn't take my wife on vacation to have to hand wash dishes! We were in the pool & a child threw up in the pool & a guy came with a net & scooped some of it up then hosed his net off & left & there was still puke floating in the pool! Never got in another pool after that! We have staying here for several years and had a great experience, but this year was terrible! The 10-digit door code quit working, so they changed it to a 4 digit! why didn't they do that to start with? Also, the bathroom lights quit working for 2 days! I do electrical in 3 states & none of them wire the lights & outlets into the same circuit! I guess SC is different from everywhere else! Also, when we checked out, they wanted the wrist bands back & we had already throne them in the trash & I guess we will be charged for them! Also, the restaurant tried to serve us raw food! Also, every time we sat on the balcony, we smelled either cigarettes, cigars or marijuana!

Family next to us arriving at around 2am. In and out of the door for over 2 hours. Very loud, 2 demanding and unruly young children. Causing the mother to be just as loud. Also, moisture on the floor and everything was damp and wet all the time.

Location was great. Right on the beach and close to a lot of good places. Easy to get to.

Parking garage was awful!!! Trying to load when leaving and unload when we got there was a mess. Getting into our room was frustrating because of check in info.

We enjoyed this property because it is a beachfront property.

It seemed as though there were too many additional fees that were charged in addition to the actual room charge.

Really nothing.

Clean and enjoyed the pools and lazy rivers. Loved the rocking chair on the balcony and great having a washer/dryer.

Parking is awful! Not enough handicapped accessible parking.

One of the balcony coffee table leg was broken. I was on 12th floor and one of the elevator of our building was not working which was causing little inconvenience.

2 different times in a 4 day stay we had fire alarms one was at 330 in am ….bugs in pool …. Tower 1 elevator really slow

The only thing that I didn't like was the shower pressure could have been better...

There was a used straw in the sofa bed and the kitchen chairs looked old and needed paint.

Very substandard needs a overhaul we stayed in a room that was for 1 bed felt like small tin can

Location was good.

Price was high but not clean and laundry machin was not working. Did not dry clothes after reading running 5 hrs dry.

I didn't like the long wait for the elevators every time. Some were not working. I should have been given a parking code before check in. I had to pay for public parking so I could check in then I received the parking code. The place was dingy. Needs painted inside and out. I stayed there 8 years ago and it was nice.

Convenience, and cleanliness

There were a lot of people. I know this was a multi-family location. I’m more of a house rental person.

Miss Alicia, front desk, was awesome! She has been with Baywatch for a while and we were very happy when we saw her behind the counter. All staff members were excellent and polite.

I have stayed at the Baywatch Resort many times. However, this last stay was disappointing because I booked it through Booking.com/Priceline, February 22, 2024 for June 10-21, 2024. They did NOT take into consideration my requests and really skunked us on our condo, which did NOT meet our expectations. We were placed on the 17th floor in the south tower, which did not have a washer and dryer! I requested floors 5-10 (husband afraid of heights) in the CENTRAL Tower, with a washer and dryer. Did NOT get anything I requested. This condo (#1735) was old, lacked major cooking utensils, skillets, extended dishware, drip-drip tub faucet, poor lighting in the front room and bedroom. (one lamp on the ONE and ONLY end table) Hanging ceiling light over the table was of low voltage. Did NOT have a dresser/mirror combo. No chest of drawers, just some lame stands with wicker baskets as drawers. No ceiling fan in the front room or bedroom, furniture was not up to par.............need I go on? NEVER, EVER book through the aforementioned! Two weeks of unhappiness. Side note: since I am retired and have the available time, I called to complain about our room assignment when I got the email notification. I spent 4 hours one night, and 3 hours the next day. I was promised the sun, moon, and stars...............no results. Too late to cancel so we had to take it or lose all that hard-earned money$$$$$

Location was wonderful, room was very clean and nice.

Staff on site couldn't answer our questions about what to do with dirty towels at the end of our stay and no information was left on it or emailed. The staff on site both days we had questions about something simple were extremely rude.

I liked the location on the beach.

I would have loved the view off the balcony facing the ocean…

The view was amazing. The room was good and well furnished. The TV had good channels.

We were three families and if we could get 3 parking for cars, that would have been great! We were in the 3 bedroom condo.

Way overpriced. The facilities were extremely crowded with people who weren’t guests. No armbands. We eventually realized they were family of staff. Thanks to that, we were never even able to swim in the pool due to overcrowding.

The view was nice, the appliances worked, the water got hot quickly.

The carpets were wet (not damp…wet) throughout the unit, making everything else damp, and causing sinus issues. The couch and beds were past saggy, and painfully uncomfortable. The keypad on the door was so temperamental that it often took 6-7 attempts before it worked. The toilet paper holder was missing its spindle, the refrigerator was rusty, and its drawers didn’t work well. the digital clock/timer on the microwave was missing half its dashes, making it unreadable; one of the phones was missing some buttons, and didn’t work. With two nights costing well over $700 (with all those extra fees and taxes), I would reasonably expect better. Last thing…while we liked the fun poolside entertainment , it was so loud we couldn’t visit on our balcony (we heard everything over the tv with the door closed), and it went way past quiet hours..until midnight, I think. Even on vacation, kids need to sleep. Also, while claiming to be a smoke-free place, everywhere we went there was cigarette smoke (and sometimes skunk weed). There seemed to be no enforcement, so the claim of being smoke-free was misleading.
