Location good, in residential area but shops nearby. Note it is on a hill so be prepared to walk up or wherever you go.

Staff unable to communicate even basic English, which led to significant misunderstanding at check out, which could easily have been avoided. Finally resolved with help of receptionist from our next hotel, who was also surprised by their lack of professionalism. Mainly only limited Asian breakfast offered, which was fine, but again language issues led to 3 daily attempts to even get a ham and cheese omelette prepared correctly, even with help of Google translate.

Everything was great!! Staff members were super helpful, the hotel is well located and it is so CLEAN! There is parking available for your bike if you decide to rent one, the hotel is also well located and easy to get to places. Breakfast was also good and served on time. Overall, my friends and I had an awesome experience with Minh Chien.

staff can hardly speak english. Room check before departure (have not see this procedure for a long time) discovered that we are missing a towel and a spoon :), so we had to pay for these missing items - this has really spoiled all the impression.

This hotel offered a nice, comfortable bed in a quite compact room with breakfast service included (the menu was changed everyday, different options to choose). While the location is a bit tricky for taxi drivers, it was reachable from the place to the city center by 20-30 mins of walking. The cleaning room services included changing towels, bed sheets, extra tea/ toiletries were provided as per need, with free of charge.

The room was not equipped with neither air conditioning nor heater. It was pretty cold when outside reached 8-9 Celsius degree. There was no way except asking for additional blankets to warm up. The floor was so cold. The windows isolation wasn't working at all due to the spaces between ranks, it can't just hold together firmly (see the pictures). Impolite catering service, the chef was gossiped and backbit about serving customers (either foreigners or locals). Additionally, when customers have been eating and taking more food/tea after the breakfast time (i.e: 09:37 after 09:30), the chef came right behind and talked about that. Well, he could have just show that he's cleaning the plates, clearing the food, instead of making customers feel ashamed for that. Lately, the chef was sorry for his attitude and actions, but this needs to be fixed and observed. The food was either average in some days and could be better in the other days, usually they offer fried eggs/omelette with 1 noodle soup. There were also other fried processed food such as meatballs, fish balls, fried dumplings, salad, grilled pork sticks,... and fresh veggies & fruits.

The breakfast was hidden and miss but the view from restaurant was very nice and breezy because it located in upper floor. Because of this place is in residential area on the hill side, it was not as noisy as other part of town and building looks pretty new. Walking distance to café and restaurants.

I thought we booked garden view but there were no gardens. This place located in residential area maybe looking at the someone else's garden perhaps. Even so we still enjoyed it.

Everything, Rooms, Food, Staff and the Environment of the Hotel are Truly Excellent, we really enjoyed the stay at the hotel, feel at home.....

The room is fit just right and cozy for a couple. Staffs are nice. The location isn’t the best but easy to getting around by personal car/motorbike. Big parking space.
