Great stay in Late July 2022! AC was fantastic as it was so hot out! Apartment is in a great neighborhood, newly renovated and very clean. Great communication during the whole process. We would stay here again!

Wonderful apartment near the water. Quiet, comfortable. Good wifi connection in living room for working. Centrally located near tons of restaurants, shopping and kids’ world. We hope to return!

The location of the property was excellent with short walks to the esplanade, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. Lorena was very helpful and extremely efficient in respect to any requests for information or help within the confines of the apartment.

We love Alicante and we loved this apartment. We are 3 older women and have been holidaying in Alicante city for 8 years. We like to be central but the downside is nighttime noise. This apartment is the quietest we have stayed in. Two of the bedrooms are on to an internal yard and the night traffic on the wide avenue to the front was surprisingly light. On the ninth floor there is an amazing view. Lorena's welcome was warm and informative. The apartment was spotless and the beds and couches very comfortable. The bedding was cotton and there were plenty towels. The building has mainly permanent residents and we loved the feeling of being part of a community for a short time. It is very secure, with a concierge during working hours. The concierge went above and beyond the call of duty when I locked my phone in. The neighborhood is more 'local' less touristy than around the rambla and seafront but we were only about 3 mins further away from the beach and our favourite restaurants. And we discovered new favourites on our doorstep.

The apartment is very well located for any activities. Beach at 15min walk, shopping 5min and good restaurants nearby. The check-in and check-out processes are very easy. Hosts were really helpfully and proactive. They asked us and then ordered us a cab with a baby sit to go to the airport (before we asked them). The apartment was clean and ready even earlier than the check-in time. A baby bed with stuffed animals was waiting our child. Everything was done to feel at home. Thanks a lot.

Leiligheten er nesten perfekt med topp beliggenhet i sentrum. Balkongen er litt i minste laget. Savnet lys og bedre puter til stolene. Madrassene i sengene kunne vært litt mer komfortable og adkomst til det innerste soverommet har adgang gjennom et annet soverom. Vifta over komfyren var ikke rengjort på lenge. Generellt en stor og meget komfortabel leilighet med topp beliggenhet ved marinaen. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

I can not say enough about this property or the property manager. We arrived early and were welcomed with open arms. The property is huge and was very well maintained. It was located in a ce trail location and provided views of both the marina and the castle. A wonderful time at a wonderful location.

Ideal location for exploring Alicante. We were able to walk everywhere, the beach, the marina, the Museum of Contemporary Art etc. There is an amazing choice of restaurants and cafes. We were only there for 5 days so did not use the kitchen much but it has everything you could need. Lorena was a very obliging host and came to meet us even though we were earlier than expected. We had a lovely time celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary with our two teenagers.

The apartment was very clean, very well equipped. The location was excellent, very convenient for bus station, bars, restaurants and marina.

It was delightful to stay in this apartment. Sitting on the balcony with a morning coffee looking towards the marina was such a pleasure. On every level it deserves 5 stars. It is bright and spacious and in an excellent location. Everything you could possibly require was provided. Ample towels, cleaning materials, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, tea bags, coffee etc etc. I cannot recommend it highly enough and I certainly hope to return ( without the taxi drivers being on strike!)

The layout of this flat is perfect for a group of 5-6 people with several separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. A spacious livingroom to hang and allt the equipment you need. Location is also very good. Would definetly choose the same apartment again!

We were met and shown around the flat. Very friendly. It had everything we needed. Cooked a few meals and all the appliances worked well. Great location!

10 mins from beach and marina. Lovely old city. Lots of Plaza's with great restaurants. Not overpriced. We will be back again next year - if not sooner. Thanks Lorena

Stayed 2 weeks in lovely Alicante and the location could not have been better. We were 10-15 minute walk from all of Old Town Alicante, the Esplanade, the Tram, Renfe train. Two grocery stores right around the corner and tons of little restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment is exactly as shown, great kitchen and super large TV. I plugged in my Apple TV and connected to my Netflix right away. It was great to have a washing machine to do a couple loads of wash. Previous tenants had left lots of spices, teas, coffee rice, that we could use and so we left our extra supplies to continue the favor for the next tenants. Lorena was there to meet us with the keys on time as promised and it was very easy to find. We walked (15minutes) from the bus station and our GPS took us right to the door.

Lovely spacious apartment, close to marina and a short walk to Postiguet beach. Tram stop is a short walk away and is very cheap and easy to use.There are lots of bars, restaurants and cafes nearby as well as supermarkets and various other shops. The apartment had everything that we needed and was a lovely functional family space. Lorena was a wonderful host who met us when we arrived to show us around the apartment and she sent us lots of useful information for our stay in advance. Thoroughly recommend!

I stayed here with my daughter and a friend. It is a lovely big flat, nice decor and very clean. The balcony is comfortable and has great views. It is very central, we could walk everywhere. There are lots of bars and good eating places nearby . We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would love to return to Alicante. Thanks to the owners for making us very welcome and comfortable. Well being the first time to Alicante we didn't know where any where was or what sort of neighbourhood we were going to visit but let me put your head to rest as the property is in an excellent safe position and near to shops, beach and the harbour. The property has most of the things you would look for as a home away from home. We had a very comfortable stay and thank you to the owners any question were answered near enough straight away and were very accommodating to arrivals and dispatch times . Thank you again for a great holiday accommodation.

Great location - 10 min walk to beach. 5 min walk to heart of the old town and all the restaurants etc Owner was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely use again
