Large detached house in Bude, garden and space for the extended family
Notre grande maison de famille donne son court de tennis en gazon dimensionné aire de jeu, et de beaux jardins des principales fenêtres orientées au sud et deux terrasses, l'ouest parfait pour les barbecues du soir d'été. Si jamais il ya un jour de pluie, la salle de jeux offre amplement divertissement, avec billard, aux fléchettes et tennis de table, et stocke quelques vélos à la disposition des clients. Au rez de chaussée, Sunnymeade a une famille cuisine / salle à manger, un grand et un petit salon, une douche et deux toilettes. A l'étage il y a une salle de bains familiale, deux grandes chambres avec salle de bains douches, et une autre chambre. La prochaine escalier mène à trois chambres, offrant une vue sur la ville à la mer. Summerleaze plage, visible de l'étage, se trouve à moins d'un kilomètre, et ensemble avec plage Crooklets est lifeguarded en été. La maison a été dans la famille pendant plus de 30 ans, et il a été à la maison pour que notre famille grandisse dedans. C'est loin d'être une maison "moderne-contemporaine" et beaucoup plus d'une retraite familiale. La beauté sauvage Chemin Côte nord des Cornouailles conduit les marcheurs à l'écart des deux plages principales. Bude est amplement équipé, avec des supermarchés, des magasins indépendants, pubs restaurants à emporter, piscine de la mer et la piscine intérieure de goulotte.

The house was exactly as describe and the whole family enjoyed staying there. The garden was great for the children to run around in and the kitchen was a lovely place where we could all socialise.
Another bonus was the proximity to Summerleaze Beach, the shops and several restaurants, which were all within walking distance.
Thank you Rachel and family for allowing us to enjoy your home.

We loved the space, the games room was a huge bonus with our large family. The kitchen is really well equipped and the living room comfortable, we were lucky with the weather so enjoyed the garden and patio area. Walking distance to the shops, bars etc and also the beach. We would definitely stay again for a large family gathering - the house was everything we needed

Lovely home for our family of 12. The property is very spacious, the pictures do not do it justice. Lots to keep you entertained on rainy days. Welcome package was well received. The property is in a great location, walking distance to the canal, beach and town.
Rachel and Ryan are excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble.
We had a super holiday in Bude.

This lovely house was very spacious for our group of 11. We were grateful for enough seating for our group at the table and in the lounge.The games room had plenty of use.
We enjoyed the easy walk to the town centre for food, drinks and browsing. We did park one car with all our beach paraphernalia at Summerleaze Beach with everyone else walking - again an easy walk. The parking spots are quite tight if you have an SUV type vehicle.
Would highly recommend this property and we would definitely seek out this property on our return .

A perfect holiday home for all the family.
Beautiful home with everything you need. Comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms, gorgeous kitchen. A fantastic games room and a lovely garden.
Something for everyone (even great for games of hide and seek)
All set in this lovely Cornish location. Perfect for beaches, walks, food and drink.
We also visited Bodmin Jail; well worth a visit..

We were a family of 11 (8 adults, 3 kids) & stayed at Sunnymeade for one week in August. The property was great for us all with lots of space to enjoy ourselves during the stay.
The games room was a big hit & we appreciated the extra fridge/freezer facilities which are always needed for a large group.
The house is in a great location and is ideally situated to walk to the town or local beaches. Excellent house to choose for a lovely week in Bude.

A quiet house!…..floor boards etc!
Easy walk to Coop store……and town.
Kitchen equipment could be better….bigger pans, sharper knives.
Not much space for food storage….lots of half used packets and jars in cupboard!?!?!?!
More wardrobe hangers would be good too.

Wonderful place very relaxing lots of room for our 5 grandchildren. This is not a criticism because our holiday was perfect but a mop and bucket and dustpan and brush would have come in handy with 5 grandchildren. Excellent location 5 star all the way

We arrived to a clean and wonderful house and met host who was friendly and very helpful. The house is in an excellent location a few minutes walk from the beach, pubs and restaurants. Had a totally relaxing week exploring the area, dining out and in the wonderful garden. Highly recommended.

Excelllent location

A beautiful house, with plenty of space for our 2 families. With 5 teenagers, the games room was a big hit, and they enjoyed playing pool and hanging out there in the evenings. The kitchen was very modern and well equipped, and opened out on to a back terrace and large garden, where we enjoyed sitting overlooking Bude, with a glass of wine. The whole house was spotlessly clean and it was very handy to have plenty of bathrooms. We were lucky enough to have the best weather all week and so took advantage of the lovely local beaches. Some great restaurants in the town, but make sure you book well ahead if you’re visiting in the summer. Thank you to Rachel and Ryan for letting us stay in your gorgeous home and for making the whole experience so enjoyable.

A beautiful house, with plenty of space for our 2 families. With 5 teenagers, the games room was a big hit, and they enjoyed playing pool and hanging out there in the evenings. The house was great for our large mixed group. The grandchildren loved it and happily took a stroll down the beach. It didn’t rain but had it done so there was ample entertainment available in the house. Would definitely come again

We have just come back from our week at sunny mead! Only downside to the holiday is it went far to quickly . The children loved the huge garden and massive house! We played hide and seek, hubby lost me in the house many of times we had day trips out... the children just wanted to get back to the house tho!!!..all 12 of us could sit around the table at meal times which was lovely! Evening games of bingo in the kitchen and the main lounge was big enough for us all to sit together at night. Games room was popular and great size too :)

We have just come back from our week at sunny mead! Only downside to the holiday is it went far to quickly 😂. The children loved the huge garden and massive house! This wonderfully large comfortable house was ideal for our family celebration accommodating 3 generations. The garden and outside patio area was ideal for us to enjoy the beautiful weather and when the rain came the games room was a great source of entertainment.

Wonderful family friendly house
We were a family party ranging in age from 68 years to 8 weeks and this was the ideal house for us. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of space for the children to play inside and out. Great patio and barbecue area as well as the Games Room which was a big hit with the grown up boys when they weren't at The Barrel at Bude just round the corner!
Bude has a lot to offer for all ages including two beaches, the sea pool and great walks along the canal and this is the perfect house to stay in.

A very spacious house with plenty of room for three generations.
The well equipped house is in an excellent location, being a short walk to the town centre and to the beach a few minutes further on. It is also within a short driving distance to other interesting locations along the north coast. The large garden was perfect for an Easter egg hunt and many games of football. Great for the children to run off some energy. Everyone loved the games room; many table tennis, pool & darts matches taking place throughout the week. Rachel & Ryan were very helpful, ensuring everything we needed was there for us. The house was ideal for a family gathering and all eleven of us had a very enjoyable holiday.
