Comfy beds, nice bathroom.

Room was freezing cold upon arrival, and there were some unclean spots in the bathroom (hair in a corner), and the pictures had finger prints on them. Coffee was horrible and only had aspartame as a sugar supplement. Gross! Nice decor though, and the bed was comfy.

Extremely disappointed with this IHG property. Bed sheets and pillows were filthy, shower and sink weren’t cleaned. Public hair all over the bathroom.

Location is ok

The moment you walked through the hallway it’s dirty , we get n to our room me and my family was happy because bed was huge , but the moment I get in to the bathroom it was dirty. I had to used my disinfectant wipes to clean the counter , when I flashed the toilet I had to open the back to let the water run again so I can flush it. The tub has hair and dirt . The floor was not clean properly and also I had to go back to the front disk to asked them to clean our fridge because it was dirty . I wasn’t comfortable because if everything was dirty , what if the bed is not clean and sanitized also? . I will never recommend this place .

Hotel was in a good location but no bar facilities or evening meal. Only breakfast was available. Check in and out took forever. I was not allowed to check in until they confirmed payment. I showed emails and bank statement to prove this.

Hotel is old, staff are not nice...at least of the staff were accommodating the hotel falling apart wont be an issue so much. Already nothing works, the microwave fridge ac system elevator, everything in this place was broken, including the staff attitude

Elevator was broken I had to carry my luggage up six flights of stairs after checking in. No help. I called booking.com at 4:30 am Toronto time on March 8 to book my room for "this evening" and it was booked for March 7th checkin which the hotel approved and did not offer a refund for. Booking.com also did not offer a refund. I ended up having to pay for a booking which was in the past due to mistakes from both parties as it was non-refundable.

fire alarm system not working which is dangerous. food was awful. restaurant in the evening permanently closed. staff not helpful. just avoid this hotel it’s terrible.

`Disappointed with Booking.com and Holiday Inn for not informing swimming pool was closed for repairs. Thanks for ruining the stay for our kids during one of the rare occasions a middle-class family like ours could go out together. I picked this hotel specifically due to the pool. We were put in a room with no view on a floor filled with teenagers smoking Marijuana and doing parties. I will put this up on google as well. Never coming back to this hotel and will avoid Holiday Inn due to their horrible communication strategy.
