The room carpets are pretty old & causes a bad odor. Beds are not comfortable. Not a good value for the high price paid.

Place was clean. Housekeeping failed to provide clean towels on day 2 but took the dirty ones when they made the bed. Ohone did mot connect to the front desk so I had to go down to request clean towels. Wasn't impressed.

The rooms were clean and spacious.
The front desk was rude. Doesn't know how to create rapport with customers, very ungreatful. I greated them good morning and said thank after checked out and no response at all not even a smile from the front desk. Also extra $20/ hour + tax charge for early check in on top of your room charge was a rip off. I won't recommend this place for people coming to Missauga with early flights coming in to town.
The place was nice but having bad experienced with staffs makes alot of disappointment and unpleasant stay. It becomes un-comfort inn.

i booked the room from booking. com and when i reach in the hotel they not saying the amount what i got from the site and they charging extra $300 for security deposit . i said , we booked the room from booking.com and in the site nothing showing about the security deposit. but they said its there policy and we have to pay the security deposit

The facilities were on point for a quick stay. Pool was relaxing and breakfast was good.
The manager left me standing around for awhile before checking in. Didn't seem like he wanted to help me. Eventually he started but another worker took over.

In 4 nights, room was cleaned only once, and I had to fetch coffee and towels from front desk otherwise. Staff were helpful with moving luggage as I'm disabled, and building was accomodating.
