We had a great stay and we enjoyed everything about the location. Condo was clean and fully stocked with everything. We had a few problems with the door key pad needing new batteries and a clogged drain shower but was taken care of immediately. Nothing could of been done to prevent it and got in contact with owner quickly. The beach was gorgeous and pool was clean. The private stairwell was very convenient and kept condo cleaner. Would definitely come back

Great stay and property, had a great experience. A few things id change, condo was quite dark, could use some better lighting, and possibly some fans since ac is set to a specific temp that cant be changed. Spiral stairs were wooden and could probably use sime attention but seemed sound enough.other than that id def stay again.

the views were fantastic! the rooms were large, with a spiral steps done to the pool area! the owner was very nice, and timely on fixing the sliding door! the parking was tight with a van, but if a space in the visitor section was open.

The condo is great. Spacious, clean and everything is fresh. Provided all bedding and plenty of towels, all necessary cooking accessories. Having two extra convertible bad's in the master closet. Pool was also great.We highly recommended this for a family vacation.

Property is a great place with the beach at your doorstep. Had issues with getting in the condo but quickly remedied by the owner with a phone call. The only downfall was the noise. The quiet time was not adhered to and the noise from the slamming stairwell door carried through the unit. Otherwise a beautiful place and great unit!

The view from the balcony was beautiful. We loved the spiral stair access. The condo was well supplied to enjoy our stay. We really like this property as this is our 3rd year in a row at the Beach Palms. Indian Shores is a fantastic vacation spot that is not too touristy!

4th year staying in this well cared for building but first time in this unit . We like the spiral staircase going down since we only had one set of keys . Dining set, washer dryer seemed brand new . Loved our view

Great property located in a great spot. First floor living with a view to the pool area and beach. Floors were dirty and had lots of cob webs/ dust buildup on fan and vents. Dishes were not very clean. I would recommend this place to others, we enjoyed it.

Overall it was nice. Weather was freezing for 3/4 of the trip but that was not their fault. Our biggest concern was the age and condition of pillows, towels, sheets and the one blanket in the unit. The bedspreads were very old and thin also. In addition we had to wash the utensils, which were sparce, only one butter knife, the plates and glasses had a film on them and were sticky and both coffee pots had to be scrubbed before we could even use them. The unit itself was clean but the amenities were terrible. It truly looked like the owners had just walked out and not prepped the unit. A 1000.00 invest in new towels, linens, pillows, etc would have given the place a much needed face-lift. In addition the outside seating needed new cushions, they are completely worn out. Bathrooms were adequate. There was wear but that is somewhat to be expected. Water pressure was not good from sink faucets. One lamp in king room needed to be replaced. Could not use because you could not turn it on. I plugged and unplugged as needed. The view was very pretty and the pool warm and clean. Once the weather improved the beach was wonderful. Only because of the above mentioned problems would I give this an ok rating

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Communication with the owner was perfect. The condo is as pictured. The beds were all comfortable. The full size washer and dryer were fantastic to have. We had everything we could have needed, furnished in the condo. I really loved how you could walk right off the pool patio to the sandy beach🙂 I would definitely rent again from them😊

We had a great time. Beach was not too busy. House has good view of beach, not far to walk to beach, and close to pool. Condo was spacious and clean, had sufficient kitchen supplies for meals.

Beautiful location our 1st time to the area. Beautiful weather & good eating places around. Highly recommend. Would suggest a 2nd pool key as people go to the beach & pool at different time. Make sure all keys are in lock box & we told him of couple of things to address. Otherwise we look forward to staying here again.

Condo is wonderful rented numerous years in a row!

The condo was just as described and in good condition. Location was excellent with a nice sized pool and gate to the beach and a pier easily in walking distance. We had a hiccup with the door code when we arrived, but a quick call to the host (answered on 2nd ring) and sorted out in about 15 seconds. Could not have asked for anything more! Even met and talked to other residents and vacationers of the complex and everyone was friendly that we encountered.

enjoyed condo location & ocean views...directly on beach...plenty space for our family of seven. condo furniture was updated & pleasantly decorated. the only issue we experienced...was cleanliness of bathroom & couple chairs broken.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation. The heated pool is wonderful- good temperature and the surrounding palm trees and neighboring beach make it a tropical oasis. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. The condo is spacious and well appointed; pictures are accurate. Thanks for a great stay!

Our Family spent a wonderful Christmas in Florida at this property. The owner has done a fantastic job renovating and maximizing the efficiency of each space in this condo. The rooms and common space are well used with plenty of space for family and friends. Our family greatly enjoyed the beach and heated pool. The weather was in the 70s and the beach was just a few steps out the back door. Nearly every aspect of this location is tremendous and i would highly recommend the property and location to any family. As i thought about making this post it came down to whether there was 5 stars or a higher rating? The only 2 items that would have been nicer are the master bed mattress and some curtains to drown out the exterior lights. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommend this property and location.

Great location, The condo was beautiful had everything you needed. My granddaughters were excited that the pool was right outside the condo. Spent many hours at the pool and beach. Would recommend to anyone looking in the Clearwater/St. Pete area. The owner was every nice he answered any question you had. N. Salsbury from Illinois

This place was absolutely beautiful!! Joe was very easy to communicate with. The condo was wonderful, plenty of room for the 5 of us!! The view from the balcony was breathtaking!! The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach!! The 2nd day we were there we watched dolphins jumping from our balcony!! Will definitely stay here again!! Best vacation EVER!!

The hosts were great, very responsive! Location was quiet, had a ton of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Property had beach chairs, boogie board, sand toys and all types of stuff left behind (even fishing poles!). The back balcony overlooked the pool and had a great view of the ocean (very accurate picture). Honestly, it was great because you had your own personal access to the pool rather than using the stairs or elevator. Mattress wasn't great, but was seriously the ONLY downfall. 10/10 would go again

Our family had a great time staying here - especially with the beach and the pool right out the back deck. Condo was nice and clean. The spiral staircase on the back deck made it easy to get to the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants at Johns Pass and close to other beaches (like Madeira) that had many large sea shells for the kids to find. The owner, Joe, was very responsive and helpful. And we met one of the cleaning guys on our way out and he was very friendly.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Pros: Location convenient and spacious. Overall the place was clean and description was accurate. The ability to sit down and watch a movie on Netflix when weather outside was stormy was a plus. There were no issues during our stay that warranted a complaint. Cons: Additional lighting would have been beneficial...many bulbs were blown in bathrooms and a lamp in master bedroom didn't even have a bulb. However we managed and it didn't majorly interfere with our stay. Thanks for sharing your home.

The overall cleanliness of the room was below average. I had to clean the kitchen as there was food in all cabinets and drawers. There was a shard of glass on the floor, several rooms had light bulbs that were out. And two beds had the smell of urine. When I addressed it with the owner he stated they were new mattresses but my husband smelled them too and he said they smelled like urine as well. Overall beautiful place but probably wouldn’t stay in that room again.
