The room was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was also very big and clean. The view was amazing in the morning and the place is nearby a market where we went and explored early in the morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly :)
The air conditioner for the single beds room was not cold and the air conditioner for the queen size bed was cold at first but sometimes it would not be cold. I hope the hotel would eventually fix the airconditioner as we would definitely visit Kudat again for our next trip. Other than that, everything was great!

Staffs were so friendly to help carried my wife luggage up to 2 Nd floor room. Room space was big n clean, parking was easy, next door was a mini hypermarket for everything you want. Surrounding by many seafood restaurants, walking distance.
No lift as all room were at 2nd floor, not convenient for oldies or ppl with knee problems

A very strategic location - close to the market (can buy ikan kering/dried fish, bilis/achovies, amplang, kueh cincin etc) eating places/restaurants, supermarket, banks, golf course, seaside, sea view, can sea the sunset etc
Overall it was good place to stay. Rooms are located on the second floor (after ground floor - lobby & 1st floor - conference rooms) with no lift/elevator. But I guess it’s the market that they’re in with the affordable rates being offered.

The place is good.
One of the blanket was yellowish some part of it and it doesn't look good, by the time check in already pass 10pm, very tiring so don't bother it. Hopefully next time they can do better.

location near the town of Kudat
Not clean. First time we stepped into the room smelled cigarette smoke. Toilet is filthy. Bathroom mat is not clean and the entire floor doesn’t has carpet.
