location above the shopping mall

Marcia was so helpful and nice. She even allowed us to keep our bags there after checkout as our flight was in the evening.she even bought extra soap n shampoo for the bathroom
The pool was filthy but that is not the condo owners fault.it was too many people in the pool n not much maintainance

Clean and near to the Imago Mall, Suria Mall and the Heritage Market. Easy access to airport, around 9 minutes drive.

Good views, good location, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen, and responsive staff
The unit looks a bit worn out- there were many small details that could be taken care of- water stains on the walls, the door handles were wobbly, no bath mats for each of showers. The washing machine took a very long time to wash a few items. Nothing too serious - just not what I would call luxurious.

Lack of mobile data coverage (even with wifi still weak). I had to put my phone on the balcony to get slightly better reception (2 Bar on 4G Celcom) while working in the living hall

Quiet & peaceful. Cleanliness is excellent. Even at the corridor also clean. Recommended! Owner is helpful and friendly.
Parking is a bit faraway from the apartment where we stay.

Its in Lot C, imago...Superb view in the morning to wake up!!!!....place is near to imago mall. 24 hrs store just around the corner same as for dine in. Near to the bridge for a walk to experience the city.

Best location, best views, super convenient shops nearby, fantastic value, I definitely want to return one day.
Card machine for payment wasn't available at the time (but payment was sorted out well).

Lobby and waiting area is a bit cramped. Not suitable for long waiting

Location is good. Condo size is good.
The decoration and maintenance are not good. Sofa was very old. Wall and furnitures worn out. Bath rooms are out of supplies e.g. shower gel, soap etc. It is far from Luxury, only very basic.

- Good location with easy access to the mall
- Good unit size
- A poorly maintained property with broken dining chair, torn sofa sets & rattan chairs
- A ceiling fan that did not function
- water dripping from a leaking ceiling in the master bathroom (extremely gross)
- dead cockroach was found in the common bathroom
- having to share aircond remote control as there were only 2 controls for 3 bedrooms
