Dans l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la vue imprenable sur la plage de Ventnor Bay. L'appartement fait face au sud sur une route privée calme, avec son propre parking, donnant sur la plage et à 5 minutes à pied de la ville.
L'appartement est situé dans la ville côtière victorienne de Ventnor sur l'île de Wight. Célèbre pour son microclimat méditerranéen doux, il a le plus grand nombre d'heures d'ensoleillement au Royaume-Uni.
Avec une plage familiale, bordée de jolies cabines de plage victoriennes et de fantastiques paysages côtiers, elle est parfaite pour les familles ou les couples et attire souvent les promeneurs, les écrivains et les artistes qui viennent à la recherche de vues préservées. Son mélange original de petites boutiques vintage et de nombreux restaurants populaires offre quelque chose pour tout le monde. Certains de nos appartements acceptent également les chiens.
L'appartement au 2ème étage possède son propre parking et un accès indépendant et dispose d'une chambre familiale (double et superposés), d'une salle de bains, d'un salon séparé (avec lit double rabattable) et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée. L'appartement a une vue fantastique sur la mer depuis le salon et la chambre, parfait pour s'allonger dans son lit et écouter les vagues!
L'appartement est décoré avec un thème côtier et dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit, d'une télévision connectée, d'un lecteur DVD et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle. Du linge de lit et des serviettes d'un blanc éclatant sont également fournis.
Nous avons une buanderie, proposons une sélection de jeux, livres et DVD et il y a aussi un petit jardin à la disposition des clients.
Veuillez noter que Ventnor est vallonné et qu'il y a des marches pour tous les appartements, il n'est donc pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

We stayed at salty holidays for 3 nights. The property was everything we expected, clean, well equipped with lovely views. Lots of lovely walking around the area and a lovely beach to enjoy to.

Lovely property, clean, well furnished and equipped. Close to the beach and other amenities but in very hilly surroundings. We had a nice relaxing break.

We loved the apartment. It was perfect for the two of us and the dogs. The seaview from the lounge was great. The kitchen was was well equiped and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property for a stay on IoW.

Lovely location, excellent views. Had to get used to all the steps, but did not spoil the holiday.
All i would say is the apartment could do with a lick of paint.
Would not hesitate to stay again.
Bonus was able to take the dogs.

A really lovely flat . Spotlessly clean . Both double beds really comfortable. Ingenious pull down double bed in lounge.
Very large rooms with stunning views . You do need to be able to walk well as a lot of steps and a steep hill but would definitely come back if Dawn would have us !!

We were both very pleased with the property and the communications with the owner. They made us feel very welcome and are clearly enthusiastic about creating a great environment for their guests. We would happily re visit in the future- hopefully not too distant.

Lovely apartment with panoramic views of the sea. Location was fantastic, just a few steps from the beach. Lots of nice restaurants and tea shops in Shanklin nearby. The apartment had everything we needed an was clean and bright.
As there were quite a few steps leading up to the apartment it would be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues.

Lovely little apartment which is well equipped. Ideal for what we needed. Listing should make it clear on the amount of steps as anyone less mobile would struggle to carry luggage to the top floor apartments.
I did contact the owner to look to change my ferry time for my return and have yet to receive a response.

This property is located in road that has an incline, and maneuvering with a car around the permanently parked car was a bit tricky. Add the walk up the stairs with bags got your heart rate up, BUT it was all worth it for the view that you wake up to and the sounds of the ocean at night. My one moan was the bed wasn't comfy, but then we didn't go to Ventnor to sleep.

Delightful and comfortable
The property was better than expected. Easy to park and all the amenities we needed. The views out to sea were spectacular. Super clean. Comfortable beds. DVDs, toys and games in the shared ground floor area was a nice touch. Solid value for money. The town itself is nice and simple. It's very hilly so you need to be in relatively good shape to get around. Would come again!

Great location-fantastic views
Perfect location with great views of the sea and a really short work to cafes and restaurants. Flat is as described. Access to dvds and books a nice touch.

Great location in lovely seaside town
Loved the view to the sea from lounge and bedroom. Ventnor is a great spot with some lovely eateries in town if you search them out. Fabulous walks either way along the coast. Falling asleep and waking up hearing the sound of breaking waves was lovely

Lovely Sea View
The apartment was as described and a great base to explore the island. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped and had good heating when needed. It's quiet and peaceful, with a sea view so you can watch the ships passing in the English Channel and, with the windows open, listen to the waves on the beach (very relaxing). We had no problems or issues during our stay and had no need to contact Dawn, the property Manager. The steps up to the apartment from the front car park could make it difficult for some but if you're reasonably fit it shouldn't be a problem. There are plenty of things to see and do near Ventnor, a good choice of restaurants, and you can walk to Shanklin along the Coastal Path, passing some lovely tea rooms along the way. Would happily stay here again!

We enjoyed the property very much, great view out over the sea. Close to the beach and town as long as you don’t mind steps and hills. The whole property was particularly clean and we found it very comfortable. The Owners information was most helpful and we hope to return in the future.

Ventnor holiday Appt 21/06/2019-28/06/2019
The Appartment was part of a complex and from our No 6 we had a lovely sea view from both the bedroom Window and the lounge window. The appt was very quiet and midway between the town and the esplanard (although there was a lot of steps) I would not recomend this if you have trouble climbing stairs. nice welcome of tea, coffee , milk and biscuits on our arrival and the one problem we had (bathroom light bulb blew) during our visit was rectified quickly. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would return again as there is so much to see and do.

Lovely flat in perfect location close to town & beach - already want to come back!
Wonderful flat, very clean and well presented - obviously put together by someone with practical common sense, but also nicely decorated in a bright homely way. Although we did exercise our thighs on all the steps (!), the town centre is 5 minutes uphill and the beach is moments away, so we felt very conveniently located.

We had a lovely weeks break. Its always like stepping into another world when we visit the Island. The flat was just perfect for the two of us. Everything we needed for comfort was there to be found. Just loved the windows looking out on to the sea front, after the storm we were even treated to viewing surfers from them. Many thanks Dawn.

Ok.
We enjoyed our time at Salty Holidays. The apartament was very clean and bright with a lovely view at sea. I wish we would stay in ground floor appartment instead the top one. Our dog did struggle with so many metal steps and taking him for a wee during the night was a bit problematic. Access to property was quite challenging as road was extremely narrow, steep and with very sharp corners. Driving my 4x4 wasn't very easy. Buy generally we liked our time at Ventnor.

Clean bright and comfortable apartment with fabulous views of the bay and beach.
Only downside to our stay were the steep steps and stairs to our apartment, nightmare on arrival with our luggage and shopping, once installed I soon got used to the approx 40 steps from our front door to the beach road, my husband who uses a stick at the moment due to a trapped nerve struggled. The Web description of the property access is not very accurate.
We however thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend the Spyglass Inn and Bonchurch Inn nearby great food and atmosphere in both. All the locals we met in Ventnor were so friendly and welcoming, great place.

Excellent accommodation and location
We stayed at Salty Holidays last week and th apartment was perfect in every way!
The view from multiple windows is beautiful (assuming you like sea views ) - I wasted much time simply staring out of the window!
We were about a minute from the beach itself and there was also a small garden that we could use.
The apartment was scrupulously clean, with a useful information pack. It felt like home as soon as we arrived, with milk and biscuits on hand for a post-travel cuppa!
The location is excellent with lovely eateries and seaside walks available on the doorstep. Ventnor is also a good base for travelling to other parts of the island by car or using public transport (bus).
Since returning home, I have missed our little holiday retreat. I hope we can return again soon!
One word of caution - there are a few tricky steps from the apartment down to the beach.

Lovely property. Amazing views.
Just on our way home following a 2 night stay.
Would highly recommend. We had a few last minutes changes which were dealt with. Nothing was too much hassle.
