Eine unglaubliche Oase mitten im Getümmel von Neapel. Wir konnten die Innenstadt und die besten Pizzabäcker, alles zu Fuß erreichen. Tolles Frühstück, Bad, Design, alles wunderschön. Glaubt man erst gar nicht, wenn man den alten Lift betritt. Und unglaublich nettes Personal. Haben tolle Tipps und kümmern sich wirklich um einen. Danke für alles, Gisella.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights, and our stay was perfect in every way. We booked here because of the excellent reviews, and we were not disappointed. If there are any negative reviews here ignore them! Location is perfect very central and a great base for exploring all the main attractions. The rooms are spectacular, very high specification and spotlessly clean. But what really made our stay was the lovely friendly staff. Gianluca the owner, Gisella the front desk manager, Angela who prepared the most gorgeous breakfasts and Elena the housekeeper were all fantastic. This place really is special, can't wait to come back.

The owner is very responsive via WhatsApp, he provided us with plenty information in advance prior of our arrival. The room is spacious with a balcony, everything is super clean; the amenities are modern. And most importantly, the Aircon works! The breakfast was included in the price, and it was amazing! I asked for a taxi to the train station on the day of departure, the owner immediately called us a taxi and refused to accept any tip. Overdraw it was an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

The most perfect luxurious rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed and amazing decor and bathrooms. Staff were attentive without being over the top. Very easy place to enjoy.

Location is great for walking to all that Naples has to offer in the Historic district. If you are looking for a nice hotel with a lobby in a great looking area, you will be disappointed. With that said, do your research and know what Naples has to offer. This was excellent

Great hospitality and very kind staff. The room was perfect and well thought out with every detail to make it a very comfortable stay.

Location was in a multi use building and occupies one of the upper floors. Once you step inside the rooms, or into the lobby of the property you are in a different world of tasteful luxury and a wonderful oasis from the crazy wonderful chaos that is Naples. Giselle at the front desk was a wonderful host, welcome cocktails were a lovely touch and breakfast was a fine spread with nice coffee service every morning. Rooms were large and tasteful with great AC and a wonderful comfy bed. Communication was excellent and the welcoming briefing on the best of Naples was wonderful. Very close to the historic center of Naples and excellent subway access from an elevator right next door.

Great welcoming of the manager (Gisella) at the reception. Offered us free drinks, was very nice and gave us all necessary tips and info about "must see" places. Very responsive, helpful and even directly offered whatsapp communication.  Even though the free room upgrade (503) we received, was a small single room, but still very clean and with well-equipped amenities. On the contrary, the shower was tiny and the shower head was too big for the small space so you had to stand directly under it-not ideal if you dont want to wet your hair. Furnishings were nice and we had a small balcony with a view on the metro. Even though the room suposed to be soundproof we could hear the morning noise of preparing the breakfast.  Breakfast in general can improve. We stayed for the whole week and on first days the breakfast looked delicious and fresh, but after, you could noticed that particular food that stayed from the previous days were served again. Also the breakfast option could improve - several options to eat, but its the same everyday. Definitely not in favour if you are staying for a longer time. On the other hand, the lady for the breakfast is super kind and is always close by. Even though there is no doubt that Amadomus deserves the name luxury suites, for the price we paid we must say that there is room for improvement and after, we would definitely recommend it even for staying for a longer period of time.

This place was absolutely lovely. Our room was beautiful and had a great view of the city and the harbor! From the outside you would never know just how beautiful the inside is! Breakfast was very nice and has a lot of choices!

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, upgraded us to a wonderful suite for free which was great. The room is big and bathroom is very big with freestanding tab, and T.V mirror Very clean! Breakfast was very nice to start the day with Very kind hosts Had a great stay Location 10

Wish we could have stayed longer! Everything is updated and state of the art in the room and very high tech. We loved the room with the high ceilings and big balcony to enjoy the delicious coffee and pastries that were shared in the room for us. Staff was extremely helpful and made themselves available for us even though we arrived after hours. Wonderful modern hotel!

Front outside door was a little difficult to open initially. Elevator was small and hard to manage with the multiple doors.

Great location. The room is modern, very clean and the bed is comfy. breakfast was great. bathroom was very pretty and the TV had Netflix. Welcome drink was nice and a very well furnished mini bar

The water in the shower was nearly warm which was a torture as the bathroom temperature was quite low. bathtub was pretty big no chance to take a bath with this temperature of water. the room was next to the reception and we could hear every noise (quite a lot) starting early in the morning (not welcome after a very tiresome day of walks and visits). the bedside lamp was not working. overall ok but for the

It is beautiful, it has views, it is luxurious. Gisella, GianLuca, Gabriele, Angela and Loredana looked after us brilliantly. the breakfast was a feast. it is the best place we have stayed in Naples, and probably (for me….my man is Italian) the best in Italy.

The location was great and the hotel was a great oasis from the hustle bustle of the city! Spacious and comfortable rooms, amazing staff, and really good breakfast!

Update to response: 1. I am regularly booking on this site and depend on truthful feedbacks to make my choices, and have benefitted. Therefore, my review must be truthful for the benefit of other travellers like me. What is truly lovely, I mentioned, and what needs to be noted also helps others to make their preferred choice. (For eg, my stay in hotel at Rome was fabulous and my review is it is indeed good!) I shall address to the respond (in asterisk), with photos as well. 1) RECEPTION: The exceptionist , Giselle is very helpful. 2) ROOM: It has a rather cozy living room as the hotel reception cum breakfast area. Room is tastefully decorated (It is NOT a hotel per se. It is more of 1 apartment unit converted into a "hotel"). Large window and high ceiling. * Addition: It has a nice balcony, beautifully ornamented ceiling in the balcony which overlooks a beautiful residence. 3) Air-condition is set at 22 deg C in February, stuffy when window is closed. * Addition: Those who love a cosy setting, elegant setting will like this. 4) Breakfast is decent though not very wide spread (* based on comparison travelling to various hotels in Europe). Would be good for afternoon tea, if available. Beautiful arrangement and staffs are nice.

Update to response.: 1) Apartment vs Hotel: Shocked that it is not a hotel, it is an apartment with 6 rooms only, and a small kitchen or room for staff, and the living room is the reception cum breakfast area. You would thought that the picture in the hotel booking portal means you walk into lobby of a hotel residing in a majestic building. No! You enter through a metal door (see picture1) which leads you to an old passage, to a tiny, dated lift (that can barely fit 2 adults and squeeze in your 2 luggages). * Noted it is a manual lift as explained by Manager. * (not indicated in this platform, but those who prefer boutique hotel will like this). We always prefer high floor as our travelling choice. Since hotel is at 5th floor, I suppose there is no ground floor as a choice, but they do have a lift. 2) Access to "hotel" : If the gate is not closed at top floor or at the ground level, it doesn't work. If you return after office hours, nobody can help you, even when you call. There is no 24 hours reception. The hotel is on the 5th level, you (ie, the guests ) would have to stop at 4th and lug your luggages up a flight of steps. Your hotel is one bedroom in the apartment. I felt mislead. If this is not an issue, this might be your choice. * (Giselle offered to help carry and we let her. My husband is an elderly, therefore, I have been careful to read the information to make sure there is a lift. We are not willing to carry luggages up flights of steps as we are on long distant travel, and our luggages are heavy). 4) Cleaning: They chase you for cleaning, so you could not sleep in, if you need cleaning. They have a lady come in and will do the last at 10am. (correction, you were right, it should be 1pm, my apology) * The cardboard was broken and there is no way to hang it up. However, when we were informed by text, we cooperated and left in 10mins so she could clean. 5) * Location: Duomo Subway is just across the hotel.

Interior design of the suite

Very good location; it couldn't be better. The hotel is not located in the Historical Center proper, where there are noisy, congested, tight streets. but 5 minutes walk from it and 20 to 30 minutes walk from the city's most fascinating sights. The staff is very professional and takes care of even the smallest details to ensure that you have the best possible vacation,

Breakfast relatively basic

Everything was wonderful, more than perfect. Amazing.. I have never been in a hotel as nice. This is more than five stars. The bed is most comfortably firm, most comfortable I’ve slept on in my life. The bathroom is inspirational. The staff is exceptional. Great view. Great location. I was sorry to have to leave, that is how comfortable I was.

The location is very central; the staff is kind, professional, generous, and knowledgeable; the rooms and common areas are clean and beautifully appointed.

Nothing could have been better - it was ideal! I only wish I could have stayed longer, and I look forward to returning.
