Location, kitchen, almost everything was good, very pleasant place

wrong door code=managed by calling office. A/C controler was out of battery=managed easily by calling office again. A/C is noisy, location is on top of the bedroom window, even closed it’s still noisy cause the neighbours A/C is side by side with ours.

Ideally located, a beautiful setting and close to activities like the water park and zoo. It was very clean and well equipped. There was a dedicated parking space. Access was easy. Guidance to the condo was well thought out and very helpful.

There was a problem with temperature control since there is only one AC. The first night was particularly uncomfortable trying to keep all three sleeping areas cool.

These condos never let down, we've been using them since they were built and absolutely love staying there.

Very close to the mountain. It had a great view of the mountain. Apartment was comfortable.

Great location, ski in/out, well-equipped kitchen, clean.

The beds were uncomfortable (mattresses too soft and saggy). Washroom didn't have a toilet cleaner.

We arrived in the evening to our condo. We had no blankets or comforter for one of the beds. Unacceptable. The next day, I had to call 3 times to get the proper bedding. Never once the employee acknowledged or apologized. Again unacceptable

Cute and cozy condo with the view of the slopes. With a short walk we could get into our skis so very convenient for us as we took turns baby sitting and skiing.

The bed could be more comfortable. It was a double bed and the pillows weren't great. That was my only complaints.

Fantastic location right next to the mountain, gondola and water park.

Furniture dated or broken. Fireplace not working. Directions not clear. No accessible options.

the pull out couch was broken, I have pictures. making the bed terrible in the living room for the kids. I would not recommend this unit for a family, especially if someone is sleeping in the living room. way too expensive for only one bed.

The view of the mountains. A short walk to the hotel and balcony restarant and bar. Staff at the hotel were very polite and friendly.

View of wave center and park park, there was nothing really personal in the apartment. e.g. a welcome basket or local tourist guides.The rubbish from the previous occupants and their travel details were left in the apartment when we arrived. The sofa bed was broken at the base. The second sofa bed was worn. I requested a 2nd flr apartment but got a ground floor instead. The apartment was functionally OK, but looked a bit worn out - there was a stain on the carpet, the towel rail was crudely repaired.

Location was great for the ski resort/water park. Close to stores as well Was nice to have full kitchen with everything provided. Was nice to have the loft and a separate bedroom. Condo was very big and spacious. Was very nice to be able to just go to room without having to wait at a front desk upon arrival.

It wasn't very clean. The place was very dusty ( picture frames, lamps, tvs, cabinets in baathroom etc), not vaccumed very well,had food left under couch which you notice as soon as you use the pullout couch which also had popcorn inside the bed, looked like someone had just been in it. Sheets weren't changed good thing I brought my own in case. The beds were very uncomfortable and lumpy!

Location, layout (loft for kids with two beds) design, bed comfort, view, proximity to ski hill, fireplace, kitchen equipment, dishwasher, laundry, ski rack.

To make it a 10 / 10 : add ski boot / glove dryer, laundry detergent, bar soap in bathroom, a pizza cutter :)
