Notre confortable chalet suisse est situé à seulement 250 mètres de la célèbre montagne de ski Ski Bromont (qui est le plus grand domaine skiable éclairé en Amérique avec ses 1 200 canons à neige et ses conditions garanties jour et nuit) à seulement 3 minutes du parc équestre olympique de Bromont et des marches loin du parcours de golf de championnat! Séjour minimum de 31 nuits .

L'emplacement privilégié de notre chalet le rend parfait pour les skieurs et tous ceux qui aiment la nature puisqu'il surplombe les sentiers de raquette et/ou de ski de fond.
La chambre attenante au dernier étage a un plafond cathédrale, un lit queen et une salle de bain complète avec douche et baignoire romantique.
1 des 3 chambres au rez-inférieur a un lit queen, la deuxième a un lit double et la troisième a des lits superposés que les enfants et les enfants vont adorer! La salle de bain a une douche et une baignoire, la salle de jeux/TV a un canapé-lit (double).
Au rez-de-chaussée, cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoir déjeuner, salle d'eau avec laveuse et sécheuse, une chambre fermée avec divan-lit (queen) salle à manger avec armoir artisanal et table pouvant accueillir 10 personnes, salon ouvert avec divan confortable intégré à l'avant d'une cheminée en pierre naturelle et TV.
Se détendre dans le bain à remous extérieur est le moyen idéal de terminer une journée en se sentant bien avec toutes les activités à proximité appréciées.
Le chalet est une merveilleuse évasion bien qu'il soit idéalement situé à proximité d'Amerispa - Château Bromont (à distance de marche), des épiceries, des restaurants et du spa Balnéa.
Notre chalet est parfait pour les réunions de famille (pas de fêtes s'il vous plaît), les couples ou tout simplement pour les personnes qui veulent avoir un endroit doux pour tomber.

Great property with a 2 min. Bike ride to the main lift at Bromont. It had everything we needed. It would have been nice if the hot tub was bigger

Love This Place
We have stayed here before and have returned! It is a fantastic location, can accommodate a lot of us, has a lot of space, both indoors and out. Checking in was easy. You have all the amenities you need, right at your fingertips, and the hosts consider everything, you will need for your visit.

Nice spot for winter break
We were four adults and two children taking advantage of a week off from school for spring break. We really enjoyed the house; it was perfect for our group, and we could easily have had another couple join us since there was an extra bedroom we never used.
The house is in a nice spot: just a minute away from Bromont ski centre, which was perfect for the Alpine skiers in the family, but also very close to some great cross-country/snowshoeing/walking paths for the rest of us.
The house itself was clean and comfortable. We took full advantage of the hot tub and the fireplace (although we did have to buy some firewood)
We hope to return for some more winter fun next year.

Building was old and needed lots of work. Kitchen and one bathroom were upgraded but hot tub not working, lots of light fixtures and bulbs not working. Beds were ok but were musty. Fireplace had no wood and it took us two days to find some to buy because of covid lockdown. It wasn’t perfect but it suited our needs under the circumstances.

The best rental experience
This group of family has been renting cottages for summers and ski seasons for over15 years. Our experience in the Gingerbread House was the best of all them!!
The location was perfect to the ski hills. There is a walking path right behind the property in beautiful wooded area that the non skiers enjoyed a lot. The space was comfortable for our big family. The house was equipped with absolutely everything we nedded. Kitchen is not only loaded with dishes, cups, and glasses, but also spices, oil, vinigar etc. We had wonderful time cooking together and had great dinners in the spacious dinning room. There was plenty of rooms and beds for all of us. The Internet connection was probkem free. Tvs and the stereo system was working flowlessly. The weights and yoga mats were extra treats since we don't see those often in a rental space. We did put them in good use.
We found the walk out mud/ski/furnace room was very convenient to get geared up for skiing/snowboarding, then store and dry our stuff after the day on the slopes.
We also appreciated that we could bring our dogs with us.
Jean-Phillip was very easy to communicate with. He was prompt with answering questions and extremely helpful to make our stay problem free.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Also I'm hoping for our group can come back again.

Very cozy spot
Jean-Philippe's house was super cozy! The house is well appointed with everything you might need and more. Lovely hot tub and charming sunken living room were our favorites. The house is located walking/skiing distance to the Bromont slopes and sentiers - it wasn't quite ski season during our stay, but I have no doubt that this would be the perfect house for a family ski trip. JP was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Great Winter House
Location was fantastic. Walking distance to ski hill. The main trail system for hiking, snow shoeing etc right in backyard. House was clean and well equipped. Owner super responsive and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Wow!!! PERFECT winter getaway ski house!!!
We came from Boston (4.5 hours... super easy to find...) and stayed for 4 days! The house is incredible...3 levels keeps everyone nicely close yet separated.. if you come with kids (like we did) it gets you a nice peace of mind... and great space to hang out! Huge fire place! Tvs everywhere... perfect fully functional kitchen... great bathrooms... and a cherry on top a huge jacuzzi with lower level walk out to soak after a day of skiing... the house is 5 min walk from the ski lift... I end up driving kids up to it ... dripping equipment off and then parking back at the house... not a big deal ... the views from all windows are breathtaking... can’t wait to come back!!!

Bromont Gingerbread House
A nice open concept house with a beautiful view of Shefford mountain. It includes a nice large deck with a firepit. We had family come from across Canada for our Dad's memorial service. 3 nights we had about 30 people over for bbqs...there was plenty of room for everyone.
We had 12 people staying at the house and did not feel crowded at all. Everyone was comfortable except for for bed on the main floor.
The owner is excellent to communicate with.
It was a great place for us to rent!

Very relaxing!
We found our perfect vacation with this cabin! It was perfect for our family! We walked to the waterpark which was only 5 mins away. We enjoyed the balcony and the stunning view of the mountain. It had everything we needed and our kids loved it. Many walking trails around for a nice afternoon walk. Would definitely consider it again for future vacation!

The chalet was spotless, with a perfect location next to the hill.
Our group had an amazing time staying at the gingerbread house. Plenty of beds and rooms with plenty of privacy. The hot tub was in perfect condition and plenty warm ! Will definitely be returning for another trip.

Clean, cozy home very close to the ski hill
Our stay at Jean-Phillipe and Sophie’s “gingerbread house” was fantastic. It is very close to the ski hill. The house is clean and cozy. There was plenty of room for 10 of us. We enjoyed the hot tub. Jean-Phillipe and Sophie left us a lovely welcome card and bottle of champagne!

great chalet in Bromont...
We rented this place for our girl soccer tournament in Granby with 3 other families; total of 13 person in this magnificent estate. We loved the space we all had, the open area, the wifi, the SPA, great terrace, etc.
This is a great set up for a bunch of people looking to cook, enjoy each other's company and still have space for teenagers to have some privacy and fun too.
We would certainly look for it again for another opportunity!!

Super chalet
What a great chalet. We loved the location, being a few steps to the trails & water-park. Shopping less than 5 minutes away. Lovely view from the deck or hot tub. Courteous & attentive owner. Would return.

Summer or winter, lots to do!
The chalet was very clean and had everything we needed. This house was actually owned by my parents 1968-1997, so it was really special to be able to rent it. Lots of updates since then, but it still feels the same. We particularly enjoyed the extra sleeping space in the basement, especially since we visited during a heat wave and it was nice and cool down there. We enjoyed lots of mountain biking and water park time, and sitting on the deck in the shade. We hope to be back for skiing this winter!

Comfortable spot for a group to enjoy.l
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home while participating in a carriage driving competition at the nearby equestrian park. The proximity to the park made it very convenient for us.
The house is set back into some trees and this makes it feel very private. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and we really appreciated this feature as well.
The house itself had lots of room and accommodated our party of 5 and three dogs easily. My husband and I had the master bedroom on the upstairs level and we found this to be quite comfortable. My daughter and son in law and a friend had a selection of rooms on the lower level and she also reported that it was very comfortable.
The kitchen was well equipped with a roomy refrigerator and a cook top on the center island. There appeared to be many pots, pans, and even a salad spinner! We cooked in while we were there so all this was most appreciated.
The large deck has a beautiful view and would have been a great place to hang out, but the weather was not very cooperative during our stay.
The owners were always quick to respond to any questions and requests. I really appreciated this The barbecue grill has a rather unorthodox method to start it and Jean-Philippe stayed on the phone with us until we had it started. The one inconvenience we had was the master bathroom lighting. Of the two lights over the sink only one was working. Replacing the bulb did not resolve the problem. I forgot to mention this while we were there, but I am sure it will be attended to as the owners seemed very conscientious.
We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Gingerbread House Bromont
We love this house! This was the second time we have stayed there.....The accommodations are very comfortable and clean. Hope to go again when visiting Bromont! Location fantastic ! The owner is very easy to work with. When I needed to add a day he was most accommodating.

Very comfortable , homey stay!
My family of four and brother-in-laws family of five just got back from spending a week feb 18 to 24th. Thank goodness we had a great place to stay with lots to do as the hill was actually closed due to pouring rain (very unfortunate ) on the tues and wed. We binged on Netflix, walked to the local brew pub, kids were in hot tub, and we enjoyed a crackling fire. Place is well equipped with lots of room...just like being at home.....Art

We had a great time at this property. Located 5 mins from everything in Bromont, it was cozy, comfortable and suited our needs very well. The owners were very nice, accessible and accommodating. The chalet was clean, and in great condition when we arrived and we enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely book this house again for future trips to Bromont!

Lots of room for 6 adults and 4 kids.
We would mountain bike in the morning and hit the water park in the afternoon.
Dinner on the deck with a fire was amazing.

Charming vacation cottage with well stocked kitchen, welcoming hosts, easy location off highway 10.
Eight family members enjoyed the comfortable beds, bathrooms, relaxing deck, fire pit and view. We enjoyed movies on Netflix, the free Wifi, great local restaurants and the quiet residential neighborhood. The Eastern Townships has quaint towns, friendly people and great vineyards. We would come again. Great value!
