Cet établissement Best Blowing Rock Vacation Rentals est situé à quelques pas de la rue Main dans le centre-ville de Blowing Rock. Lorsque vous séjournez dans notre retraite cachée, vous n'êtes qu'à quelques pas des nombreux magasins, restaurants et parcs du centre-ville de Blowing Rock.
Notre condo comprend 2 suites parentales, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain complète. Et en tant que condo au 1er étage, vous pouvez passer votre temps à parcourir les sentiers à proximité plutôt que de monter et descendre plusieurs volées de marches au fur et à mesure que vous sortez du condo.

The main difficulty was the height of the beds. It was very difficult for a 5’2” person to get in and out of the beds. The bathrooms were very small and hard to get into. As usual, the photos made the rooms look larger than they were. The kitchen was well-equipped, but so small that two people had problems with that. The TV did not work…no information. My daughter brought a device on the second day which helped.
We left on Thursday instead of Saturday. Best part was the beautiful weather. I think this place was more appropriate for young winter skiers! The owner was very pleasant, but not present, of course.

Overall, our stay was very nice. The unit + location is within walking distance to downtown Blowing Rock & very convenient. The unit is equipped with everything you need, i.e., dishes, utensils, appliances, etc., however, there is no ice maker so don't forget to get a bag of ice. I would suggest that the cleaning service clean the outside patio table & seating area and the sheets/linens while clean are very thin; perhaps a refresh is needed. The front glass door will not shut unless you pull on it. The washing machine did not work & was reported to the owner who apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, it met our needs, and we sincerely appreciated the opportunity to stay there.

We enjoyed our weekend in the condo. It was well appointed, extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to downtown yet very private. I highly recommend.

I booked this property based on the reviews and was disappointed upon arrival. Upon entering the condo had a musty smell, poor lighting, very old furniture and you could not use the sliding doors at all. There was an ant infestation in the second bath inside the cabinet and on the sink. Since one bathroom was not usable we stayed one night and relocated. I contacted the owner thru VRBO and a text requesting a refund but did not hear back.

Very clean and pleasant. There was a slight musty air upon arrival but aired out within 15 minutes. It was really wonderful. Host is great!!

This was our second stay in one of Pharis’s properties. Really enjoyed having the patio door for dog walks. Unit is very comfortable and well stocked. We will be back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and the owner was so nice and accommodating. Downtown Blowing Rock was within walking distance and Boone just a short drive. We would definitely stay here again!!

The condo was clean and a nice walk to Blowing Rock. The main bathroom was remodeled and very nice.
Went we got there the TV didn’t work, but the owner got a neighbor to come over get it going.
When you walked in the mildew smell was overwhelming.
The fire place never worked.
I would stay in this condo complex again, not bottom floor with mildew .

The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The decor matched the rich, simple, and old time theme of the town of Blowing Rock. Within short walking distance to downtown where there are one of a kind shops, restaurants, and a huge park. Such a quaint and nice place to stay while visiting the mountains for hiking, fishing, and mountain tourist attractions!

This is our second time renting from this owner and first time in this unit. It was warm, cozy, well-appointed and absolutely spotless. Communication was great and the location was just perfect! Easy walk to town. A bonus was the back door to let the pups out. We are already planning our next visit.

This place was great to stay at. The location is awesome. It was a quick walk to downtown Blowing Rock. The condo has a back patio that opens up into an open area which makes it easy if you have to take a dog outside. The place was very cleaned and well maintained. The owner was very easy to reach and even called a few days before check in to make sure we had all of the j formation and to answer any questions we had. We will be staying here again.

This property was the perfect location to spend time around Blowing Rock and travel to other fun locations. We easily traveled around main street and other great locations around Blowing Rock and main street, and some great restaurants and bars off main street, were easy to walk to.
The deco is just as it appears, very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had most of the items we needed. The bathroom with the walk in shower was very nice; the other bathroom is small but very efficient. The beds were very comfortable. The heat was easy to adjust and made us comfortable throughout the trip. The tv and cable were sufficient for our entertainment; we don't usually use these.
I was very comfortable working with the owner who reached out as soon as I booked and gave me tons of information just prior to our trip. He was also available to me when I had questions while on our trip.

Thanks for a great visit, hope to stay again! The WiFi is a little in and out (need to keep restarting the router) - but otherwise the unit was clean and well appointed, and the owner was great at communication and very friendly and helpful. Thanks again!!

Clean and comfortable
Quiet condo complex nicely located near the main street of restaurants and shops. Very comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath unit on the 1st floor with a little outdoor patio and ample parking. We spent half of our time in Blowing Rock and the other half in Boone, which was close by.

Great place to stay in Blowing Rock. Very quiet off Main Street but within walking distance to shops and dining. Very clean and liked it was on first level. No steps to climb. Great location if you have a pet with you.

Royal Oaks Condos
We had an awesome time. The location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown Blowing Rock. We couldn't have asked for better weather too. Pharis was great to work with.

We saw a rat on the patio. I don’t recommend bringing your dog and letting them out onto the patio.

In the heart of BR
The condo was clean, cozy, and included all the necessities. There was a small patio in the back which was nice to take our dog out as needed. The furniture was comfortable and taken care of. I enjoyed the walk in shower. The kitchen was well stocked. The temperature was easy to manage. It was walkable to restaurants and shops. We got our dog a new sweater at the Pawtique and grabbed dinner at the brewery. Boone, Moses Cone, and Bass Lake were a short drive. The owner was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Great property! We loved our stay there! Only suggestion is if you go during winter (ice and snow) probably need 4 wheel drive for the parking lot. It’s pretty small and gets icy. But the condo was great and I never wanted to leave. Just quiet and relaxing. Owner super with communication. Oh and you have a kid defiantly check out memorial park! Could have spent all day there at the playground!

This condo was the perfect rental for my husband, nearly 2 yr old son and pup and I for our weekend trip to Blowing Rock. It was nicely furnished and cozy on the inside, and a great location near the BR downtown, Tweetsie Railroad and not far from Boone.
