It is a nice apartment with good amenities located near to Piazza Colombo. There are also restaurants nearby.

Communication with the host was chaotic. I got several messages, all with different phone numbers and had to talk to 3 different persons. Also information about parking was not correct.

Very close to the main train station, which proved very comfortable as it is highly suggested to use trains for moving from one side to the other of the Riviera

Locks do not work at all, neither on the front door, nor in a private room! had to prop up the chair! very awful !!! urgently need to change the locks everywhere!

location was very good, close to Brignole railway station and within easy reach by walking or bus of central Genoa. I only met the husband and son of the owners, who were very welcoming.

Unfortunately there was no indication of the property from the outside, so I had to telephone the owners to collect me. I found the key to the apartments very difficult to use, which was a major problem. I also lost internet connection early on in my stay. I would have had to telephone the owners for assistance and I was not sure how much this would cost on my mobile and only the son spoke English. Therefore I had to use wifi in cafes to gain internet access.
