Big, clean room. Kitchenette w/ full-size fridge, microwave, and electric stovetop was great. Location right in the middle if tons of restaurant options. Nearby Craig Park is an amazing park / skate park.

After all fees were added (including unpublished dog/pet surcharge) it cost the same as staying on the strip. Was not a "great deal by going off-strip" at all.

Location, great service! In addition, our room was equipped with a full size refrigerator, a 2 burner cook top. Restaurants walking distance. (Texas Roadhouse, Panera, Olive Garden and McDonald’s to bake a few)

Only thing missing was plates and silverware

I didn’t like the coffee served downstairs but overall, the stay was good. The toilet was leaking however, so there was water on the floor occasionally.

The place was great, parking was good, location was great.

housekeeping had rules when we checked in we weren’t warn there wasn’t any housekeeping every day.

We did not have the breakfast

There was NO housekeeping service. We were not told in advance that housekeeping was only provided every 4 days, we only stayed for 3 nights. We had no clean towels. Our reservation was for 3 adults and we had 2 towels, 2 wash cloths, 2 coffee cups, 2 water cups to share. Had we known this in advance we would not have stayed there. $200.00 per night and no clean towels or any housekeeping service etc. is unacceptable.

Did not use.

No hot water. I told the receptionists and her immediate response was "I checked the water heaters and they are working fine". Like right away. Why had she just checked them if there wasn't an issue?

Nice beds, clean room

The “breakfast” that was listed as included consisted of a frozen breakfast meal to heat up and a fruit cup. The property locked the front doors at 6 pm. The area was in a sketchy neighborhood

Perfect if you are going towards Grand Canyon and Monument Valley
