One Ocean Breeze est un appartement au rez-de-chaussée spacieux, le cadre du développement de luxe de l'ancien Ocean Breezes Hôtel. Il est situé à 100 yards de la plage de Porthmeor et à 3 minutes à pied de la Tate. Il ya deux chambres - grande chambre des maîtres avec salle de bains; chambre double, salle de bains familiale, plan ouvert salon / salle à manger avec cuisine bien aménagée et équipée. Quelques minutes à pied de la ville, des restaurants, commerces et du port.

We really appreciated our stay in your lovely apartment. The beds were excellent and we slept very well.
The living room was really cosy and relaxing.
The location is ideal to visit the beautiful city of St Ives and to discover the wonderful landscapes of Cornwall. Having a parking place reserved just opposite the appartment was a treat !
We spent a wonderful week and we really hope to come again soon. I will recommend your apartment to my friends.

Excellent and extremely helpful communication with owners before and during our stay. The property is clean and comfortable, perfect for a couple or for four. There are steep climbs to the property from St Ives centre (which is only minutes away on foot and has everything you'd expect) but that is something that is perfectly clear from a cursory glance at the location. A lovely, relaxing stay.

Everthing required for a comfortable stay is in the apartment.. settee and bed very comfortable, rooms very large, loads of wardrobe/cupboard space and seaview from window. Parking 30 seconds away in carpark opposite.

1 Ocean Breeze is a lovely property in a great location. Liz and David provided excellent communication before, during and after our staff. The property was very clean and well presented with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and more. Just minutes walk from St Ives centre and the nearest beach we could happily have stayed within St Ives, but there is so much more in the area it is a shame not to venture further afield. We highly recommend a stay at 1 Ocean Breeze, we certainly hope to return.

Simply Marvelous!
From booking with Liz who is an excellent communicator and very attentive to details, to parking (the spot could not have been more convenient and was so necessary), to the well appointed kitchen (we went down to southern Cornwall and got fish fresh off the dock one evening and had everything we needed to cook a full dinner), to the location (WOW what a perfect location a stones throw from the beach and minutes to the center of town), it was just an ideal place to stay. Simply marvelous. Thank you Liz!

Absolutely amazing

Couldn’t fault it, absolutely fabulous!
This apartment was spotlessly clean, very homely and comfortable, with everything anyone could need to stay, like a home from home. The beds were very comfy, nd the bedding and towels were so fresh and clean. The kitchen had lots of crockery, pots and pans, cutlery etc. everything we needed. The location is so close to everything in St. Ives, we had a brilliant week, thank you 👍

Great Flat in Perfect Location
Had a great weekend in One Ocean Breeze, good sized flat, well equipped with all we needed in excellent location. Only a short walk into town and to Porthmeor beach, also did the lovely walk to Carbis Bay, perfect weekend and with September sunshine too.

Owners were very welcoming and most helpful with advice of the surrounds. We explored all corners of St Ives and with a great bus and train service we were able to venture further, we had the best time ever. At the end of each day it was just a short walk to one of the many local pubs or restaurants for dinner, so many to choose from.before retiring back to One Ocean Breeze, it was like home away from home. For a break from eating out the lovely kitchen has everything you could possibly want to prepare a meal yourself.We would not hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment.

We explored all corners of St Ives and with a great bus and train service we were able to venture further, we had the best time ever. At the end of each day it was just a short walk to one of the many local pubs or restaurants for dinner, so many to choose from.before retiring back to One Ocean Breeze, it was like home away from home.
For a break from eating out the lovely kitchen has everything you could possibly want to prepare a meal yourself.
We would not hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment.

What a beautiful place! so clean and everything you could wish for! opposite the car park which is a big plus in St Ives, and facing the sea also! walking distance to everything we wanted, will defo return very soon! we have stayed loads of places in St Ives and this is the best, lovely owners as well!

Fantastic New Year Break
A beautiful spacious department. The owners made us feel very welcome and the facilities at the apartment are excellent. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely look at booking again for later in the year.

St Ives Holiday
Family of four adults (2 x parents and 2x teenage sons). Apartment very spacious, enough space for everyone. Facilities excellent, shower in main bedroom en-suite fantastic! Location is perfect, close to the town centre and main beach. Having secured the perfect parking space adjacent to the apartment we didn't move the car all week - which is probably the only negative with St Ives - parking! If you want to use your car during the week be prepared to use a lot of time finding car parking spaces.
Overall we had a great week and would recommend this apartment. The main beach and Tate gallery are a short (downhill) walk away. Restaurants and bars are equally close, again downhill into the town. A good selection of shops including CoOp supermarket are within a five minute walk.
Whilst the apartment is on the ground floor and access is good, St Ives is not friendly if you have a walking disability and find hills difficult - beware!
Given the excellent rail links into St Ives it would be possible to visit without a car and have a great time.
Very pleased with our week!
