Everything about this stay was perfect. Listing was accurate, the home is in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 min drive from everything, appreciated all the amenities and extras Albert provided, and he was extremely responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect halfway stop on our trip to GA. The property is located right off the freeway. It was very comfortable and decorated well.

Very clean and comfortable and stocked with everything you need. Very nice touches everywhere you look. The two bedrooms are upstairs with two bathrooms, which is nice. Half bath is downstairs. Box fans are available in rooms. Washer and dryer are large capacity. Quick responses each time I messaged with a question to host. Very convenient to Target, KY Horse Park, and restaurants.

Great location for our weekend at the Kentucky Horse Park. Nice property with a lot of hospitality. They thought of everything you could possible need if you forgot something at home, it was there for you to use. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this place because I had a project I needed to supervise, and this apartment was the perfect choice, it was equipped with everything you need, it was clean and spacious.

This was a wonderful first time experience. The house was convenient to the horse park. It was so nice to come back to a cozy place to relax after a day at horse competition. I would highly recommend this house to stay at.

We enjoyed our two night stay. The house was cozy with plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy the big screen tv and the end of the day. The kitchen is roomy and well stocked . Our host provided us with great communication and was very accommodating. We not only recommend this house but will definitely stay again!

Great to have a place to stay that wasn’t a hotel. Room to spread out, make breakfast, watch TV at the end of the night, etc. Host was very responsive to all of our questions and went above and beyond by returning a left behind item. Thanks so much!

We own horses and had a fun time visiting a few of the activities. Also went to Red River Gorge and hiked up to the bridge and took the boat ride in the caves. Went to the burl a couple nights. Great pizza at Goodfella’s and ice cream!! 😋 Also went to several wineries and distilleries. Fun time! And house worked out well with location and was very nice.

My kids really enjoyed playing with the games provided. Clean and well stocked.

easy, convenient location, stayed here multiple times

property was nice. host was nice. the neighbor was rude, allowed her dogs to attack us while we were on the back porch and she refused to clean up her dogs "mess" when they were done using our yard, disgusting!!! thats why you keep your animals on YOUR property. and then we were blamed for it by the host. no cool at all.

could not give a more glowing review of this rental. Everything was better than described. Extra items you might have forgotten were taken into consideration and available, including for us baby soap. Who thinks of baby soap?!? Obviously, this home owner and not his guests. Everything was in nice clean order. Snacks were indeed stocked when we arrived. Ample accommodations for all of us including plenty of pillows, blankets, linens, etc. with plenty of space. Surprisingly nice back yard area for the kids to play and roll down the hill. Friendly neighbor. Tons of movies and books for every taste. Fantastic washer and dryer (so good we are planning on upgrading). Now don’t get me wrong, you can look at the pictures and see that you are not walking into the Ritz, but you are definitely not getting what you paid for either … you are getting way more. We could not recommend staying here more highly – that is, unless you plan on visiting during the same dates we plan on returning, because we DEFINITELY plan on returning!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and really appreciate everything was there that you need but many times forget to bring. It ain't the Ritz but for the price it's a very nice and I appreciate not getting gouged on the service fee. Biggest issue is location. Though we felt very safe, the immediate neighborhood is a little run down and it backs up to New Circle Road which, from the master bedroom, can be very loud.

Nice location close to the interstate, but easy to access Lexington. Place was clean and accommodating. Very affordable.

Albert's home was a perfect overnight stop on our Thanksgiving road trip. Very clean and comfortable with lots of nice little touches...a basket of snacks in the kitchen, toothbrushes and toiletries in bathrooms if you forgot anything, nightlights to use in the bedrooms, and my son enjoyed reading books on the upstairs bookcase. Not far from interstate, which was nice time-wise, but as others have noted, there is some road noise from the interstate being so close. It didn't bother anyone in our family, and we slept fine. We'd definitely stay here again when we pass through Lexington.

This was a very nice townhouse — 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, nice kitchen, laundry, TVs. Highway not far, somewhat noisy if that bothers you— was fine for us. Good value. Would stay again for sure!
