Very clean, comfortable apartment in a great location & with beautiful views out to sea. The host, Mato, was incredibly helpful with accommodating our stay, offering advice & providing a lift to the airport at the end of our stay too. Five minutes to the main bars & restaurants, with the coast really close by too.

Only minor things would be to have some shampoo / body wash provided & a double mattress rather than two single mattresses on the bed. Minor things that certainly didn't detract from a great stay!

Outstanding apartment and balcony looking over Cavtat. Mato was very helpful and such a gentleman. Apartment was spotless. Would definitely return. Looks exactly like the photos. Very short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. 5 stars!

There was nothing we did not like

A.lovely apartment, well equipped kitchen, great bathroom with a good powerful shower, large comfortable bed. We stayed in apartment 1 which has it's own terrace, with Sun beds provided and an amazing view. Host Mato was a gentleman, helpful and courteous. He allowed us to check in early and also use the apartment for the full day on the day we were leaving. Would highly recommend booking these apartments.

Apartments at top of a steep bank, but we used to walk around the main road to access them. Took a couple of.minutes longer to reach them. A pool would have been a great asset.

Lovely clean apartment, close to the lovely town. Little bit of a hill but a good work out. Staff were great, even gave us a umbrella for the rain and a late check out. Place was spotless and very modern. Thank you

Would be good to have a lamp in the living area and a small coffee table but great anyway.

A really nice place, and the host is friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and it looked just like the pictures. We had an amazing view of Cavtat from our balcony!

The apartment is very well equipped and situated, Fantastic views of cavtat Bay and dubrovnik. Very spacious and comfortable throughout. Mato our host is an absolute gentleman, We will recommend to our family and friends if they visit cavtat to stay here.

Nice and clean fresh apartments. Nothing fancy, but the value is great, the host is super nice gentleman, easy to find, easy to get. Nice and spacious terrace with a gorgeous view. Stable wifi connection, washing machine, fridge, tv, AC. Highly recommend. The only tiny problem is the way up,to Aparts, the stairs whicn connect the lower part of town with the upper runs directly to the apartments and it's a bit exhausting to climb. But it wasn't a problem for us.

Great views from the balcony and lovely hosts. Apartments were clean and tidy. A short walk to Cavtat harbour which is stunning!

We had a very comfortable stay and Mato was an excellent host. The apartment had everything we needed and the sea views over Cavtat were beautiful! Location was perfect - we were a 3 minute walk from the Old Town which has plenty of restaurants and beaches to choose from, as well as the more modern marina, but not too close to the noise of the bars and restaurants. Two small supermarkets and a pharmacy were just at the bottom of the hill also. Special thanks to Mato for the bottle of his family's organic wine and the airport pick up. We would happily stay again :)

The views were stunning. Our host was there when we needed him and when we left behind my husband's medication, he kindly delivered it to us. The apartment was attractive and modern. The bed was very comfortable.

the views from the balcony and location, near the centre for restaurants and walks around the harbour. it is also near bus station to Dubrovnik. The host Mato always around to answer questions and help.

Apartment was clean, bed was super and there was everything we needed on our holiday Location is great, littlebit walking uphill from the centre. And ofcourse, the host was a great gentleman!

It was very clean, modern and well-located. The host Mato was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Apartments finished to a very high specification. Immaculate both inside and out. Most comfortable and large beds and pillows. Huge rooms from the bedrooms to the kitchen/dining area to the bathroom. Having a spare separate toilet useful too. Unusual in an apartment that bins were emptied and clean towels provided half way through our stay. Best view in Cavtat as up a slight hill. Proximity to the centre of the town took less than 5 minutes to walk down the hill a little longer back up but not a problem and worth it for the fabulous view over Cavtat. The host Mato was excellent. Very reliable, great driver in the transfer to and from the airport in a great air conditioned spacious car. Good sense of humour and very personable.

the apartment was clean and fresh towels were provided when required. Mato the owner was very helpful. there was a dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine and super air conditioning which was very welcome in the 32 degree heat.

we liked everything about it although some may find the walk up to the apartment quite challenging. the views from the apartment are worth it though.

The owner Mato was such a genuine and exceptional host. From the moment we arrived the stunning view and standard of the property left us speechless. We could not have wished for more from this owner or property and after two years of Covid feel very fortunate to have come across it. Two minute walk down to Centre of Cavtat. Having a washing macine in the apartment was an added bonus. We loved everything about this Apartment.

Incredible view from the top floor apartment in this superbly located accommodation. You could spend hours on the balcony watching the world go by. When you have to drag yourself away from the view, the beautiful harbour of Cavtat is a 2 minute walk downhill. Very clean apartment and excellent, quiet air conditioning. Mato, the owner, is a lovely man and is always available to give good advice and answer any questions. This has to be one of the best places to stay in this wonderful town.

The place had everything a traveler needs - clean sheets, daily cleaning, a great and always available host, etc…It was on a hill, but only a few steps away from the town center and fun restaurants. The gem of the apartment was a large balcony with a beautiful view.
