Location! Right on the plaza and walkable to downtown. The room cleanliness was pretty good. We are very picky about clean rooms. We also had lovely view of the bay from our balcony.

Room was very small and tight for two people and our belongings. I wish I had checked size better before booking. The cost for two nights didn't seem like great value for the room itself but again location was awesome!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded all my expectations. As a frequent guest who hadn't visited for a year, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms had been renovated. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and to top it off, I was even given a room upgrade. From the 8th floor, I enjoyed a magnificent view that was simply breathtaking. The hotel staff deserves high praise for their exceptional service and attentiveness.

Too single beds. No tea and coffee in the rooms. The night shift staff were not very helpful.

Excellent hotel, just few meters away from the beach, the bus stop, the city center and the restaurants. Breakfast was really good and the buffet offers a lot of choices, the room was big and bright even though mine was on the parking lot side. The staff was super friendly (especially the Kyrgyzstan girl!) and very helpful. I really recommend this place and I may come back in the future for a nice holiday.

The air conditioning system did not always work but it wasn't really a problem since the weather wasn't so hot. The bathroom did not have a fan and the rooms were cleaned up quite early in the morning.

The hotel was in a fabulous location. The room was lovely and had the most amazing view of the sea. The pool area was small but again the pool had a great view.

There was no kettle in the room. The pool was super cold.

Breakfast was very busy

The hotel is next to the sea and the views are spectacular. You can swim at the small beach in front of the hotel, and easily walk to everything in beautiful and charming Cavtat. We took an inexpensive boat ($20 round trip) to Dubrovnik for an afternoon visit, but we all decided Cavtat was a much nicer place to stay. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Dinner at the restaurant was not as good as other restaurants in Cavtat, but the included breakfast buffet was good and generous. The shower and bathroom were just OK.

Beautiful interiors, friendly staff team, lovely breakfast - best in-house massage and beauty team I've ever experienced in a hotel!!

Wish we knew we could've asked for sea view but not a biggie!!
