Wonderful place in an exceptional location. Walking distance to the beach and so many local restaurants. Really enjoyed the pool and steps to the Gulf. Didn't even need a car with all the nearby places and free shuttles! Itrip is always so responsive and helpful. Just a text away if we needed anything! Thanks for a great vacation!

Nice unit, close to beach and many restaurants. Issue with air conditioner took several calls/text to resolve, but rest of stay was comfortable with no issues once resolved.

We had a great stay in St. Pete at Gulf Winds! Great location with beach across the street of the unit! iTrip customer service was phenomenal too! They were so helpful for us when one of our guests had to have their ID expressed mailed!

Perfect for couple, a little tight for 3 adults and child. Older rental .7Agency was excellent to work with, answering questions quickly and making repairs swiftly. Bonus was enclosed patio. Perfect for beach drop offs.

A pleasure to be there. The long kitchen table was a nice gathering place after a day at the beach. Comfortable beds.

The property was in walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach which was great. The unit was clean and had a nice little private patio area with some shade. The one downfall was that the AC in the unit didn't really work. We had a 1 year old with us and he really struggled with the heat. It never got below 77 in the unit no mater what you set the thermostat at, which was cooler than it was outside, but we were pretty hot and sweaty the whole time.

This was a PERFECT condo for our trip. The location was great, we could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. Minutes from the beach, restaurants, live music, shopping. The condo was super clean and comfortable. Host was attentive, helpful and easy to communicate with. Two of the girls had never been to St. Pete beach and LOVED it. I highly recommend this area and especially this condo. Perfect trip!

We had a wonderful stay

Very quite property and only a minutes walk to the beach. The outdoor space was great for early morning coffee and afternoon wine. Wonderful location with lots of restaurants/ beach bars within a few minutes walk and a Publix within a very short drive. Enjoyed the peacefulness so much I ended up extending my stay one extra evening.

Loved our place but there were several things that were not clean upon our arrival. Coffee pot was dirty with grinds, dirty spatula with food particles in drawer, a few stained throw pillows on the couch, dirty tissues under bathroom sink. The property manager was very attentive and responded immediately to my concerns with resolution. Overall the unit was very nice, spacious and the beds, shower very clean. Loved the huge granite island in the kitchen. No issues with parking, always found a spot.

I did not enjoy working with the management for this property. Our parking permit was not ready for us when we arrived and the management did not seem think it was something that needed addressed urgently. We had to call the municipal building ourselves to set up parking. The management company did not reach out until the end of the week to state they got the permit when we had already taken care of it. The unit was clean but overall it would benefit from a thorough deep clean. The comforter on our bed was dirty. Overall the only benefit of staying here was the proximity to the beach.

Self check-in, very responsive host, nice location right across the street from the beach and you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream. The condo is very spacious with an outdoor gated patio and has everything you would need for your beach vacation.

The property itself is largely as depicted in the listing. It's very close to a nice beach. However it’s misleading for the listing to say this property comes with parking. You're given a parking pass that allows you to fight with the public for parking--this is comparable to giving you quarters for the meter but not reserving you a spot. On weekends, it's incredibly difficult to find parking if you leave during daylight hours. This isn't an exaggeration -- we took 25 min on the first day, and then found a spot only because we spotted someone leaving before the many others looking, too. The owner uses a management company (that prefers texting, not calls) and had little advise or sympathy regarding this issue. Otherwise, this was a pleasant enough property and was as described. The building layout is odd, but okay once you understand it. The complex is well maintained, and the unit was clean. And I will give credit where it's due: we had asked it if was possible to enter early, and were texted when the cleaners were done, allowing us to get in an hour or two earlier than normal checkin time. Sadly, because of the parking headaches on multiple days I will not return to this rental and would caution others to be aware of this factor when renting.

This condo is in a great location close to everything you need. It is furnished well and has a great outdoor patio space. The neighborhood is safe and relatively quiet. I highly recommend staying here!

My family of 4 came from Nebraska and stayed the week of Thanksgiving. We had a great time! This condo is as described on the website. Super close to the beach(walking distance), really nice kitchen, separate room for the kids, laundry close and heated pool. This was my kids first time seeing the ocean so most of our time was spent at the beach. Pack a bag and a small cooler of drinks and snacks and you are good for the day! Condo is close enough to come back to use the restroom or replenish snacks. Laundry is about half a block of way but worth it to decrease the load you will have to do when you get home. In the evening when it was cool in November, my kids enjoyed the heated pool. Parking pass came in handy because we had a rental car. We always got a very close parking spot. If we come back, which I really hope we do, we would stay at this exact same condo again. For the price compared to some in the area, this is unbeatable!

This is a great location. The general neighborhood isn't fancy but the beach is what we came for. The condo was pretty clean except for the patio which I swept - it was pretty bad. The outdoor table was pretty dirty and sandy also. Someone else mentioned there were no lounge chairs on the patio and that's true. The outdoor table is different also. The pictures should be updated! It was mentioned the master bedroom is dark (there are no windows!) This didn't bother me at all because it allowed me to sleep in. Not sure that's up to code but this place is older so it's probably grandfathered. The "kids" bedroom is VERY small. Not a lot of room for suitcases or walking around. We were able to put one suitcase in the closet. Kids didn't complain though. It looks like that bedroom has a sliding glass door but it doesn't open. I think it's just a big window. My teenagers were in there and one of the suitcases was blocking my access to it so I never checked it out. The kitchen is cute as pictured. I love the island as it became a catch-all for everything. We didn't have a car - which was good because the parking pass was missing. We made sure the contact person knew about this so we weren't charged for it. There's a McDonald's super close as well as Rick's Reef, restaurant and bar with lots of outside seating. We were told there is a grocery store within a 1/2 mile. This is not true unless you count the cramped convenience/liquor store. We walked to Walgreens one day to pick up some things. We Ubered for dinner every night. Since we mainly went here for the beach, having no car worked out ok and saved us lots of money considering someone mentioned parking is about $40 per day. Overall this was a decent place to stay but not fancy. I think the hallway to get to the condo gives a bad impression (weird smell) but once you get into the unit it's fine.

Property was as described. Patio was a bonus. Anyone looking for a clean place to spend a few days that is almost on the beach I recommend this place.

I was disappointed in this property. The pictures posted online are not a true representation of the property. The court yard did not have a comfortable seating area, was dirty and the gate was in bad shape. Parking was not included even though parking was listed as part of the ammenities. No laundry with this unit. I felt like I was in a cement cell- very dark and lacks natural light

Location is excellent! Comfortable space. Enjoyed the patio although the lounge chairs were not present as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked. Host responds quickly to questions. The only negative is we had to pay approx $40/day for parking. I must not have read the listing closely enough as I thought one parking pass was included. We had some difficulty finding the entry to the unit upon arrival. We would stay here again.

We were super close to the beach and loved that there was a pool available as well. There were also several ice cream shops and restaurants that you could walk to as well. The only draw back is that a parking pass isn't provided and you have to pay for metered parking Monday through Sunday from 8am to 8pm. With that being said, parking wasn't hard to find. There are meters right in front of the building and there was always an open spot.
