Plafond cathédrale sur deux niveaux salon, salle à manger et la salle familiale acclimatés par des ventilateurs de plafond, une salle de poudre. 3 chambres spacieuses, chacune avec salle de bains, dressing / dressing et onduleur multi-split a / c (Un roi 2 lits jumeaux / + 1 futon / 2 lits doubles). cuisine et buanderie et lave-vaisselle et refroidisseur de vin entièrement équipée. Deux grandes terrasses avec vue sur le parcours de golf. 2 places de parking à la porte d'entrée. TV LCD, câble, lecteur DVD et WiFi.

We loved the villa and property, great for a large family gathering. Highly recommend a rental car which you can get at the airport or the Wyndham Rio Mar hotel.

This place far exceeded our expectations. The e villa is absolutely beautiful and the views were breathtaking!! The attention to detail and everything we needed for our beach vacation provided by our host Lydia was fantastic. We all had a blast and exploring this side of the island. None of us wanted to leave and look forward to our next visit some day.

There are not enough superlatives to describe this villa. The location on the golf course was wonderful. A 15 minute walk to a beautiful beach that was made for boogie boarding. The hotel pools were fantastic for the five adults and two 6- and 7-year olds.
The house itself had every amenity we could possibly ask for - plenty of comfortable beds for 7 of us, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards. The kitchen was nicely equipped with every appliance/utensil we needed. And it was beautifully furnished.
And Lydia, the owner, was responsive to our every question and need. Example: coffeemaker stopped working - another was delivered before the end of the day!
I can't say enough good things about this rental - no regrets at all — other than we wish we had booked a longer stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this home. So well appointed. Everything we needed for a day by the pool or the beach was at the house. The house had enough space for everyone. We loved our trip to PR and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed in this property with 5 of my friends and we were very happy with this villa. It was clean and looked exactly as in the pictures I saw in the listing. The person in charge of the property was always available the few times I called her for anything. We did not have time to use the pool but went to the beach which as nice. The master bedroom had AC issues te first night but magically it started working properly by the 2nd night. Also, on last night f our stay, after pulling down the screen in the master bedroom window I was not able to lift it up again (either it got stuck or did not know the "trick" to put it back as it was so ended up sleeping with open window but at least screen was down and mosquitos did not get in. It was not a big deal was it was not too hot at night.

Their where 3 familys in the Villa with 4 young children. Each family had their own room with plenty of space. It was perfect for them.

The only thing that did not exceed our expectations was the FAA….. The Puerto Rico people and culture are very welcoming. Great visit!

Had a great time away with my family in Rio Mar. The Villa is super nice. The place was quite and we were able to relax for a couple of days. Lydia was a super host. She stayed in touch and responded immediately to any questions I had. All the process ran very smoothly. We will definitely be back!!!!

My family and I came to Puerto Rico to And could not imagine staying anywhere else. Lydia was very friendly and responsive. She responded to all our calls and messages. Everything was as described. Will definitely stay again. Very close to most landmarks in PR!

Th property was wonderful and our agent Lydia Romero went above and beyond. We stayed for Christmas vacation and there was even a Christmas tree up, which was such an added surprise! Would definitely recommend this property.

Rio Mar Left Me Wanting Rio “More”
A great condo! Convenient to the clubhouse, hotel, and town. Clean and well-supplied. We sat on the back patio each day and enjoyed the golf course views and the weather! Rent a car (you get two parking spots and a gate opener) and go explore the town and its fabulous restaurants. We all enjoyed our stay. Our only wish was that it was a longer stay (maybe all winter)!

Great Location!!
Love the house, it was very spacious , the easy access to the beach and the hotel were unbeatable, we all have a great time in the Casino. Rooms were big and nicely decorated.

We were at the Wyndham for a convention and decided to rent the villa. Excellent location.
For those golf players, excellent location and beautiful views of the golf course. The villa has big, spacious rooms. Lydia was excellent with the check in/check out process.

Absolutely amazing
Our stay was absolutely amazing! It was myself and 7 of my friends traveling to celebrate my 40th birthday and this Villa was so comfortable and accommodating. Everyone of us was able to sleep comfortably. The Villa was also conveniently located to every thing we did. I would definitely stay again. Lydia was so nice and easily available. Thanks for hosting us.

Spring break
Visited Puerto Rico for one week. Spent 4 nights at this villa and it was my favorite part of the week. Very comfortable everything worked beautifully landscaped area. Had a blast at the beach club. The margaritaville area was gorgeous. Lydia eas very professional and accommodating. Loved it. Will be back.

Great Villa, Super Quiet, well maintain
We had a great Thanksgiving with my family (including Kids). Recommendation: Rent a Golf Cart to go to the beach & the club house. You can visit the hotel amenities too, including a water slide very fun for small kids.

Relaxing Stay
We had a great time during our stay. The villa is very spacious and we had family over and everyone was very comfortable with space to spread out. The views are beautiful and the Rio Mar resort grounds are well kept. We will definitely stay again!

This is a well equipped, comfortable villa. Kitchen has all the essentials, they have beach towels, and everything you may need including pretty candles. We had a group of nine people and everyone had their space. One night I had family members visit and had a family meal. Amazing!!! Lydia the property manager was friendly and offered excellent customer service. This was a last minute booking and she made it happen. She made herself available when I contacted her and helped us identify restaurants and things to do while there. We would definitely rent again when visiting PR. Great place to create memories.
