Cette propriété est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme sur la côte ouest de l'île, à quelques minutes à pied des magasins, restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarchés, station-service, centre médical ouvert 24h / 24, station de taxis, transports en commun et les meilleures plages de l'île. Il est également proche de l'Institut de recherche Bellairs.
Récemment rénové et entièrement autonome, l'appartement dispose d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain (attenante). Il est moderne, spacieux et équipé avec des moustiquaires et des grilles de sécurité sur toutes les fenêtres, des comptoirs en granit, une unité de climatisation dans la chambre à coucher, des carreaux de céramique et des placards et des armoires encastrés. L'appartement a été conçu avec goût, avec un mobilier moderne et confortable, de nouveaux appareils et de nombreux comptoirs / placards. La cuisine est bien équipée avec de petits et grands appareils ménagers, de la vaisselle, des couverts, des casseroles et des ustensiles de cuisson. L'appartement a sa propre entrée privée et des espaces de vie extérieurs (patio) où il est possible de dîner en plein air. Le patio a des moustiquaires (MOSQUITO MESH), des barres de sécurité et un portail verrouillable. Il est bien entretenu et méticuleusement propre.
Vous aurez accès à des chaises longues et des jardins magnifiquement entretenus et pelouse. Il y a un éclairage de sécurité automatisé, la propriété est entièrement clôturée, avec des caméras de sécurité autour des paramètres extérieurs et une entrée GATED avec accès clé uniquement pour votre sécurité accrue. Cet appartement a sa propre allée privée. Internet haut débit GRATUIT, télévision par câble, parking sécurisé sur place, laverie GRATUITE et accès GRATUIT au «Beach House» où vous pourrez profiter de la piscine, des chaises longues, de la table et des chaises, de la salle de bain, des casiers et des vestiaires , douche extérieure, restaurant / bar (nourriture et boissons à l'achat). L'unité de climatisation est dans la chambre et l'appartement a des ventilateurs de plafond et debout.

Lavern, was helpful from beginning to end, her hospitality is second to none! We had a fantastic stay and hope to come back soon, everything is within walking distance, it's the best place to stay in Barbados, especially if you don't intend on hiring a car :)

Lavern was a fantastic host checking in with us to be sure we were enjoying our vacation to the max and even took us to a Rum Factory tour and the Boat Yard! She suggested places to visit based on our likes and all of this made our trip even better than expected! From arranging to have a cab for us at the airport to returning us at the hour os 3:30 AM every thing was spot on! The location is fantastic with the grocery store so close as well as bus stop, beach and watering holes! The apartment itself is adorable and well equipped with anything you need. This was the most memorable vacation I have ever been on! We will for sure return to Holetown and the sweet Ms. Lavern!! Miss it already .

Our too short stay in this wonderful setting was highlighted by our gracious, helpful host Lavern. She provided an informative tour at the beginning of the stay and remained in touch with helpful recommendations. The apartment is spotless and located close to the beach and shopping. It is tranquil and a welcome reprieve from the Canadian winter.

We stayed at Laverns 1 bedroomed place for 10 days at the end of November and couldn’t have hoped for a better holiday. The apartment is very clean with everything you could need, the bed is very comfortable, we had no issues at all. When we arrived Lavern showed us around and then took us for a mini tour to show us where everything was, including the marine park, restaurants and the beach house. Everything is close by, the beach is a slow 5 minute walk with the supermarket even closer. We decided to go to Carlisle Bay and Lavern kindly drove us there so we didn’t need to wait for the bus and then showed us how to get back from Bridgetown. Lavern also offered to sort out any tours for us and booked a taxi from the airport. Can’t wait to come back and can’t recommend it enough. We also had a tour of the two bedroom apartment which is very big and roomy enough for 6 people.

If you choose to stay at an apartment in Palm Cresent you will not be disappointed. We opted for the one bedroom modern apartment at the front of the property which was spacious enough for us clean and centrally located for all amenities. We were met by our host Lavern who is a hive of knowledge of the local area and Barbados itself. In fact Lavern is best described as your very own destination service provider a phone call away should you need her to arrange car hire a supermarket run of just a change of linen. Lavern is the epitome of customer service. The Palm Cresent apartments in Holetown are well located for the Beach; Supermarket; Chattle Villages; Limegrove and all the eateries in First and Second Street all situated within 5min walk. Bus services into either Bridgetown or Speightstown are also readily available. Having been to Barbados several times for our next trip this will certainly be our first choice of apartment.

My trip to Barbados was a difficult one as I was taking my daughter to join the University at Cave Hill. Settling her in was a task and not knowing my surroundings would have made it even more difficult. I remember wondering how will I ever do this but it was made possible with our Angel Lavern, who absolutely extended herself in every way possible. Lavern took the time to explain where we could go to shop for items and even took us along with her where possible to get the best deals. When we were stranded at night as UWI in the rain without being able to get a cab, Lavern came to the rescue. Lavern's place is a home away from home, it actually makes you feel like you can live there - clean, crisp, well decorated absolutely homely and most important it is situated in close proximity of a number restaurants from fast food to fine dining, beaches in walking distance, access to a beautiful pool area, stone throw away from the supermarket and gas station. Lavern's place is so comfortable fitted with everything possible, things that I would not even think of like sewing essentials. There are not enough stars to rate Lavern's hospitality she arranged transport to and from airport, she arranged car rental, she drew maps, led the way to various places so that I can find it easily, always checking in to make sure I returned safely and not too mention even with my flight being delayed she was there waiting at 11:45pm in the night to greet me and show me through the apartment, leaving water, coffee and tea for in morning until I can get to the supermarket - just awesome value for the price!!!!! One thing I know is that I will be returning to Lavern's place from now on and encourage anyone else to do the same. Lavern thank you ever so much for all your help until we meet again.    Roberta

Fantastic Apartment, spotless and clean, located in the most convenient part of Holetown, close to bars, restaurants, beaches, shops, and medical centre. The apartment is outfitted with everything you need, is well maintained, and has a lovely patio which is screened in to prevent mosquito invasion. There was also free, secure parking, as we rented a vehicle for a few days, and had our own private drive-way, and security gates within a fenced property; we felt very safe here. Palm Crest Apartments has the perfect combination of clean, spacious and updated accommodation, perfect location (within 5 minutes or less walk to all amenities), and the best host you can wish for. Lavern is kind, patient, helpful and efficient as the owner and property manager. Communication was excellent before we arrived, during our stay, and even after we departed. I could not have asked for a better hosts, who looked after us well, recommended activities and was always available throughout our stay. This is the best place on the West Coast, without a doubt, and we will definitely be returning for our annual holiday to Palm Crest Apartments.
