Cette beauté historique de Black Mountain est pratique pour Asheville, le centre-ville de Black Mountain et des kilomètres de sentiers de randonnée et de vélo à explorer et à apprécier! Profitez de notre cuisine bien équipée, installez-vous dans le salon spacieux équipé d'une télévision à écran plat et de canapés et chaises confortables, ou détendez-vous dans la véranda. La maison est mise à jour avec des commodités modernes, tout en conservant une beauté historique, avec de hauts plafonds et une exposition abondante à la lumière naturelle du soleil.
Il y a trois chambres, 2 adjacentes avec une porte séparant, avec une salle de bain dans le couloir menant à la 3ème chambre. Il y a 2 chambres queen, avec un jumeau dans la troisième, chacune meublée avec une literie en coton biologique pour votre confort.
La salle de bain a de hauts plafonds et une fenêtre, laissant entrer beaucoup de lumière, avec une grande douche à l'italienne. Gel douche, shampoing / revitalisant sont fournis.
Les clients ont un accès complet à la partie à l'étage du bâtiment, ainsi que le grand terrain pour jouer ou se détendre et profiter! Nous avons un locataire à très long terme qui occupe la moitié inférieure de la maison.
Nous ne vivons pas sur la propriété, mais nous sommes disponibles par SMS 24/7 et vivons à proximité si nos clients ont besoin de quelque chose pendant leur séjour.

Very cute older home top floor! Large kitchen for the unit, nice retro feel. Plenty of seating in the living room. Very close to Highland Farms Retirement Center - nice quiet area to walk every morning. Easy in/out to Black Mountain or Asheville. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family. There is only one bathroom which is tight (a one butt bathroom!), but plenty of cubby holes for your toiletries, and the shower is good size. A/C worked well. Would recommend my favorite breakfast place Blue Ridge Biscuit Co! We will be back...

our stay in black mountain was perfect. we were visiting to see a show at Pisgah Brewery. we picked this location because of the locatio, it was in walking distance to the concert. location was perfect and everything about the condo was great. we will book here when we come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Filling Station of Black Mountain. The diner style booth and table was unique and we enjoyed our meals there. The bed was comfortable and we hope to return for another stay there.

The Filling Station in Black Mountain is an unusual, but charming rental! We enjoyed our short stay very much. Lucy promptly responded to communications. She is very personable and open to the suggestions for property improvements. Thank you Lucy! Hoping to return in the future.

Loved our stay. Other reviews are accurate regarding location & convenience of location. If you’re sensitive to road noise it is noticeable at night while sleeping. The queen/full mattresses are soft, the twin mattresses were a little more firm.

Our family enjoyed a refreshing and relaxing time. We were able to sight see, fish, hike and shop. After each outing we were able to come back to the “filling station”, regroup and head out again.

This place is everything it is described as and more. Such a cozy and welcoming home. The tenant downstairs was very kind as well. We had two small kids which appreciated the blocks to play with while we unpacked. Good proximity to anything you'd want to do in the area for sure.

I loved this place! The 2 screened/walled in porches have screens and comfy seating where I could listen to the rain. I loved the wood floors, big shower, gas stove, and soft & comfy couch. I would definitely stay here again!

It is more than a mile from the center of Black Mountain, but we had a car, so that was okay.
You really cant walk to Black Mountain, as there are no sidewalks. I would definitely go back.

The online photos don’t do it justice - even more charming in person! I very much appreciated the dog bowls as I’d forgotten to bring some. I also brought furniture covers for my little dog but the full basket of provided covers was even better. The location was great, minutes to Black Mountain and Veterans Park was convenient for long doggy walks. Would book again!

Super cute and well stocked kitchen. Close to stores and local restaurants/coffee shops. Clean and loved little nooks and spots to relax. Sheets provided for pets on furniture was a huge plus, thoughtful little touches like toys for children was great too.

We three seniors really enjoyed relaxing in this beautiful historic building, in the comfortable and spacious upstairs apartment. The manager, Lacy, was fabulous and so was the handyman, Sam. It is noisy because it sits right on Old US 70, so you really need earplugs to sleep in the bedroom nearest that street. (Especially when the trains come whistling through every night!). But there are nice grassy areas, and back streets for dog-walking. Also Amazon had no trouble delivering packages to us, even bringing them part way up the stairs! I would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The property is extremely clean. The renovations and decor were done in great taste. Updated but also kept the Historic feel. We loved that the property was pet friendly and they had all of the things for our pup to accommodate. Kitchen was very well stocked. There was plenty of everything that was provided. The property managers were the nicest folks and were working on another portion of the property some days. We really enjoyed meeting them and our stay was just the best! We will be back.

Always love visiting Black Mountain, beautiful little town! The location of the filling station was great. We visited town a little, but ended spending most of time at the house. It was great the have all the convinces of home. We cooked Easter dinner there and enjoyed some games.
Hopefully we'll get the chance to stay here again.

What a quaint place with some history sprinkled in! This was a lovely place conveniently located & close to the cutest little town of Black Mountain for tasty restaurant & coffee options & close to hiking trails. We spent a little time at Lake Tomahawk Park for a couple of laps around the small lake (half mile loop). Very scenic with birds & mountains. Beds were comfortable & the home was cozy. Close to Asheville . . . about 15 minutes into downtown. We would happily stay here again!

The property was nice and a very short drive to Black Mountain. I had a question for the property manager and she responded within minutes.

Loved the screened in porch, & beds very comfortable. Peak traffic hours got a little noisy but only for a brief time. Short hop to Black Mtn & Montreat. Came across a couple of black bear when out for a walk. Louise’s Kitchen always serves a good breakfast, Trailhead’s burger was excellent

Great house
Lacy's house was comfortable and perfect for our hiking vacation. It was in a great location/midpoint for accessing hiking trails in Asheville, Pisgah National Forest and Mt Mitchell. Any time I had a question, Lacy replied within 30 to 60 minutes. The kitchen was well stocked for a cooking family and comfortable beds for peaceful rest.
