It was a beautiful property. Walking distance to everything. Very clean and homey. The check in process was easy and painless. It was a overall excellent experience

Over all great location! Would stay again so recommend a little better cleaning or the floors. If a dust pan has been there we would have swept daily to help keep up with Sand. There was an out of order sign on the pull out couch and had to use EZ Bed.

Plenty nice, perfectly equipped for our needs, other than the noisy drug induced belligerent babble coming from the local residents directly across from our balcony, (starting as early as 7am and running as late as 3am) it was perfect. No fault to the rental agency or property owner. Would stay here again without hesitation.

The property was close to everything so it was nice to b able to walk to store, restaurants and the beach. We had an issue with the plumbing so the property manager did get that fixed as quickly as possible. The furniture could use updating but overall the condo was good.

Just a couple blocks to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, and convenience stores. Overall, we enjoyed out stay!

Only time we got in the car was to go to the grocery story. This place is definitely a eat, relax, shop, and beach location. There were some appliance issues with the washer/ dryer and pull out bed we’re broke. Those were some essentials I needed for this trip so I took a star. Other than that it was nice!

I would not recommend this property. Carpet and walls were dirty. Sinks, toilets and showers were fine. No blankets for any of the beds. One of the sliding glass doors does not lock. The pullout sofa was broken and unusable so we had to put the mattress out and sleep on the floor

Time on Tybee
Location was great! Kitchen appliances excellent. Towels and linens good condition and clean. Paper products and dish detergent provided. Dryer was broken, closet door and towel bar needed repair. Carpet was stained and dirty. Underwear and t shirt left under bed so cleaning was sub standard. We had 3 adults a 12 and 15 year old…5 of us. Pictures showed two bedrooms with double beds and one with twin beds. We got three beds. The table in the kitchen seated only 4. They asked us specifically how many and what ages. We feel they could have done a better job matching us with a property.

Dated but workable space
Unit overall size, kitchen and location was great! Porch was nice. Unit was dated and carpets needed to be changed. Paint a little sad. Several drains in hall bath were slow. Furniture and bedding little old. Elevator didn't open on ground level when operated inside. Overall still met the needs of our family and we enjoyed.

Great spacious apartment near the beach
3 large bedrooms and a cozy common area with everything you need. Short walk to the beach and to all the bars and food on the south end of Tybee (which is where all the good stuff is!)

The trip was amazing. Everything was walking distance including walking to the beach.
They customer service was excellent, by letting us know that our room was ready early. Giving great directions for us to get to our room quickly. The trip overall was great.

Great little place to spend some time away from it all. Close to all the south island hot spots - and an ocean view from the front balcony - as well as sunsets from the main balcony.

Don’t waste your money
This place was disgusting. It really needed a good scrub down but none of the cleaning supplies were available to guests. The toaster didn’t work, the couch was nasty and none of the showers drained very well. The 3rd bedroom was so warm and the only one without a ceiling fan. You should’ve seen all the dust on the return of the AC unit. The coffee table was so flimsy I thought it was going to break. It was also covered in nasty sticky stuff. The toilet would come off the wall when you sat on it. The shower curtain was plastic and cheap and the shower curtain bar was installed so poorly. It is NOT worth nearly $400/night. I wish I would’ve read the other reviews. The only light during my trip was how great the rental office was. Other than that, there was nothing good about this place. Horrible stay

IT WASN'T WORTH the price we paid.
I had rented a 3 bedroom for my stay for my family. We paid too much, for a 3 bedroom.
We only had assess to 2 full bedrooms, and in the 3rd bedroom there was a closet , that had a lock on door, no dresser, nor TV. The rooms are smaller than what's advertised on their website. The kitchen and living room is together. When I arrived on Thursday , I called to let owner know of problems, also bathroom door wouldn't lock. The owner was a complete jerk, at no point did he say I'm sorry. I WAS TOLD THE 3RD BEDROOM WAS A OWNER'S CLOSET, SO YOU DON'T HAVE ASSESS TO NO 3RD CLOSET, AN THEY PUT THEIR BELONGINGS IN ONE OF THE OTHER ROOMS. I WOULDN'T ADVISE ANYONE TO RENT FROM THEM.THEY NEED YO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND QUIT FALSE ADVERTISING. IF YOU HAVE A 3 BEDROOM FOR RENT, LET CUSTOMERS KNOW YOU DON'T HAVE A DRESSER, NOR ASSESS TO CLOSET BEFORE RENTING IT OUT.

The online photos of this unit are deceiving and make it appear much nicer and cleaner than it really is. Our check-in process was friendly and flawless, however this specific unit is in need of much attention. Upon arrival we noticed the smell of either cat urine or mold in the air, or maybe a combination of both. We were surprised to find the back main support pieces of one of the couches to be completely broken. The cushions on both couches are whomped out from use and are simply not comfortable pieces of furniture. The couches and carpets throughout the unit are stained terribly and appear to have not been professionally cleaned in a long time. The bathtub drains in both bathrooms were so full of hair that neither tub would drain properly. My wife went and bought rubber gloves and disinfectant so she could clean the drains and the rest of the bathrooms as the mirrors had not been washed, there was pubic and other hair on the floors and in the tubs. Also, we didn't clean these, but also notice the exhaust fan filters in both bathrooms have probably never been cleaned as they are totally full of dust and therefore don't work properly. The outdoor furniture on the balcony is totally worn out, broken, and needs to be thrown away. The chairs are all bent, rusted, and broken, and the three leg table is missing one of the leg ends and does not sit level. I found this out the hard way after it tipped when I set a cup of coffee on it one morning thus spilling the coffee and breaking the ceramic mug. In addition to this, one of the bedside lamps in the master bedroom has a broken lightbulb, so we didn't use it. Additionally, all the doors in this unit squeaked so we returned to the store and bought some household oil so I could lubricate many of the door hinges. Further, one night our smoke detector started chirping (dead battery), upon removing the battery (which didn't stop the chirping) I noticed it expired two months ago. After two calls to the office someone was sent to replace the battery.Again, this is a tired old unit that might be acceptable for some, but for many customers this is not the type of unit one would anticipate walking into for a vacation. If it were just my wife and I traveling we would have insisted on another unit or our money back before unpacking, but since out kids were with us and excited to get to the beach we stuck it out and stayed.
