Very clean, nicely decorated, and you could not get any closer to the ocean. Woke up in the comfy king bed to an ocean view. Check in was easy and the office ladies were kind and helpful. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

We had a relaxing time at the condo. Exactly as pictures showed, peaceful days watching dolphins in the mornings and freighters throughout the day. The host and Tybee Island Rentals are very attentive to the few glitches we had. If we go back to Tybee Island, we'll be sure try and book the condo again!

This place was in the perfect location on Tybee Island. The view from the balcony is spectacular!! The condo has been renovated with a beachy theme. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is exactly as described in photos, and the view is incredible. The property manager is very responsive and professional.

The highlight of this property is the magnificent location with direct ocean views and access. It cannot be beat. The unit itself is in need of a really good cleaning and a few simple upgrades (ie a hair dryer). We were there in off season, the town was very easy to navigate and many bars and restaurants were open. We hope to visit Tybee Island again, loved the whole area.

The condo was nicer & bigger than we expected. Easy access to the beach and good parking. Location is nice because the beach didn't get crowded. My one complaint was that I reached out to the property manager with a couple of questions and they never responded.

Had a family get-together in Florida, so wife & I decided to do a 3-night stay on Tybee on return home to Knoxville. Enjoyed the area, walks and some sun on beach. Property was clean & ready. One minor issue with a broken sink faucet that didn’t affect us, so we waited until leaving to let management know. Place was obviously a bit older, and doors, furnishings and layout showing some wear & tear, but everything was clean & functional. View from deck was very nice, and the sound of surf was nice too. Area was not crowded at all, and the few local restaurants we ate at were pretty good (Bubba Gumbo - very good gumbo, The Crab Shack - very good stuffed crab, and Chamacos - pretty “authentic” and very good tacos/tostadas).

Hubby and I wanted a place by the Ocean that was accessible and quiet. We found both of those at this location. If you are looking for a quiet get away you have found your dream.

As described or better, access to the beach is easy, views are amazing. Place was clean and well taken care of. Check in was a breeze. Loved it! Will come back again

Easy checkin....immediately arrangement made to fix fantastic that would not work...quiet, no loud party people...will definitely be back....Condo was amazing...actually took home some redecorating ideas.

This view from the deck is what it's all about. It is a small deck, being a condo, however, it offers the perfect view of the ocean. We watched the dolphins in the morning while we drank our coffee. It's a very short walk over the dunes to the ocean. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. It's a short drive to the fishing pier, restaurants and shops. Plenty of towels , soap, and dishware. A few of the pans could stand to be replaced, but were serviceable. The carpet in the living room and bedrooms need replaced as well. They were clean, but definitely well worn. The refrigerator needs an upgrade. The deli drawer wouldn't stay in the tracks and when we woke in the morning some of the items in the fridge compartment were frozen, even after turning the temperature down anything on the top shelf would still freeze. It was clean, but, the outside is rusty in some spots. All that being said, it is still a great rental if you can overlook those few shortcomings.

The apartment was was great for a short stay, it was clean, spacious and the best part is the location, just a few steps from the beach.

We have rented many properties over the last 25 yrs. Lack of cleanliness is never OK. The side of the refrigerator had splatter spots all over it, the faucets in the beautiful bathrooms had soap scum and/or hard water build up on the hardware; I spilled some water on the tile floor in the kitchen and when I reached down with a paper towel to wipe it up, the towel was grey from dirt. There is no need to continue to list things. However, I must say that the mattresses were clean and the bedding was clean and very comfortable. However the sliding door to the master bathroom, from the bedroom facing the ocean, would not stay closed; it would slowly slide open.

The outside was in the beginning phases of getting new wood and siding, which is understandable with the salt air. The inside was great! The back deck of the beach is epic. Direct access and quiet. Condo is on the 2nd floor and the two bedrooms are upstairs so be mindful. Will come back for sure!

There is no better place than on the beach, and this property delivers that with a beautiful condo, within walking distance to everything.

My husband and I decided to take a weekend away together and this was the perfect spot. Check in was easy and the condo was beautiful and newly renovated. Would be an awesome condo for a small family as well!

Good price and location, some physical problems like no ceiling fan remote in the bedroom and it was connected to outlets, so in order to use outlets we had to have the ceiling fan on full speed, no control option. The sliding barn doors on the bathrooms were VERY annoying. One bedroom's won't stay shut, slides open on own. The other is super tight you could hardly open or close. I wasn't able to fill out the survey from the rental company because of security issues my computer wouldn't open it. Would be really nice to have stairs from the balcony to the beach and provide some chairs for renters to take down to the beach. A few minor things like broken wine bottle opener, one nasty cook pan, cutting boards were so gross I didn't want to use. Plates and glass wear great, although needed cleaning first. Garbage sacks were too small for garbage bin, always fell down. We weren't made aware of construction going on (siding). Our designated parking spot was taken by equipment, luckily there was one extra. Luckily we were rarely there during the day to hear the noise but that is something that should have been mentioned and possibly compensated for. Nice decor (except downstairs bath needs updating) but the towel hooks and shelves need to be more securely fastened. Nice shower, but water pressure was lacking. Loved the outdoor shower, wonderful idea.

We loved staying in this unit! Very welcoming and comfortable! The view is excellent! You can hear the sounds of the ocean with the sliding glass door open as well as having the master bedroom window open. Loved it! Convenient location where you can walk to restaurants as well. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing that would be nice to have is a hair dryer in the bathroom. Otherwise all needs are met! Management company was very good and easy to work with. Can't wait to get back one day!

The property management was very prompt in fixing the washing machine the day I called. The only down side was that they were remodeling several units inside and out. They just so happened to start working on the outside of our unit the week we arrived which made for a noisy week and the crew took up several parking spots which made it difficult for us to park when we arrived back from our time out. We at least had quiet evenings once they left at 6pm.

We really enjoyed our stay! The views were amazing. Our only frustration was at check-in, GPS sent us on a wild goose chase. It would have been helpful if detailed directions were given to us instead of just an address (since apparently this happens to most everyone who uses GPS on the island). Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay.
