Rez de chaussée remodelé avec des planchers de vinyle, des comptoirs en granit, des armoires de finition, des plinthes et de la peinture. Chambres et salles de bains mises à jour avec de nouvelles peintures, plinthes et boîtiers !! Tout nouveau canapé de sommeil avec matelas en mousse à mémoire!
Profiter de belles vues sur les montagnes et les arbres de la terrasse surdimensionnée. Le condo a une cuisine complète avec nouvelle gamme, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et cafetière. Il y a un barbecue sur le pont, 4 télévisions dans toute la maison et beaucoup de jeux. Détendez-vous et gardez-vous au chaud près du feu sans allumer le bois toute la nuit avec un poêle à granules contrôlé par thermostat! Le complexe dispose d'un spa extérieur, d'un sauna et d'une table de ping-pong.
Mammoth View Villas est situé hors de Lakeview Blvd et une fois que vous arrivez n'y a aucune raison de revenir dans votre voiture jusqu'à votre départ. Il est à seulement 5 minutes à pied du village où vous pouvez accéder à la télécabine à Canyon Lodge et profitez de tous les commerces, restaurants et activités du village. Si vous ne vous sentez pas comme marcher la navette arrête juste devant le complexe.
Les condos à Mammoth View Villas ne sont pas les condos de style typique de l'hôtel 'comme un grand nombre de complexes. Il y a environ 10 marches pour arriver dans l'unité et il est à trois niveaux à l'intérieur. Il n'y a pas une au-dessus ou ci-dessous et un seul voisin sur le côté. Le condo est très calme et privé et il a une plate-forme plus de taille pour profiter de la vue depuis. Il y a beaucoup d'espace autour de l'appartement où les enfants peuvent jouer dans la neige et la luge!
En bas a deux chambres et une salle de bains. Le niveau principal a la cuisine, salle à manger et salon et a la deuxième salle de bains et mezzanine. Chambre n ° 1 a un lit king, Chambre n ° 2 a une reine et un lit double, il y a un nouveau canapé-lit avec matelas en mousse à mémoire dans le salon et le loft a un lit superposé sur deux lits superposés. This place was the perfect location and it had everything we needed. It has lots of comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. We were coming into town for a mt bike race and were able to store our bikes out on the balcony which worked out great and felt very secure.

Awesome Location, Nice Place!
We had a great stay at this place. Perfect location within walking distance of the village. Didn't have to drive once, we walked everywhere after getting basic groceries. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed. Parking right in front of the unit for us which was awesome! Would definitely recommend.

Great Home Base
Even before we got to the property Erin the property contact responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. We got to the place and it was just what was described.
We cooked one big meal and I was pleased to find basic kitchen tools and even a few good pans I could use.
It had good ventilation with windows all over so it didn’t get stuffy in the summer with 6 adult men inside.
Beds were up to date and comfy with extra bedding for the pullouts.
The directions and rules were easy to follow and the property was a great place to end our long days out and about the eastern sierras. I would definitely stay here again.

Great base for day trips to Yosemite
This was a really great place to stay at for our group. Great location (walking distance to a brew pub and other restaurants). The main level is a great place to hang out, and has a nice open connection between the kitchen, dining and family room areas. Erin was great in being super responsive to my inability to turn on the cable tv (which was my fault as I didn't figure out how to turn on the cable box). We used this as our base to do some Yosemite day trips (beautiful 30 minute drive to the east entrance). Minor criticism that the frying pans were beat up and should be replaced at some point (I appreciate that this is a typical problem due to renters killing non-stick pans with metal spatulas). Definitely would love to go back and enjoy more of Mammoth and Yosemite. Thanks Erin!

Summer in Mammoth
Our family of 5 stayed in this condo comfortably. We had a couple questions during our stay and the owner responded quickly and was helpful and friendly. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed, besides a clothes iron, but we asked ahead of time and brought our own. The kids loved having the loft to themselves and games to play when we came back for the evening. It is an easy walk to the village from the condo and is located in a nice and quiet complex. We will definitely consider staying here on our next trip to Mammoth!

Mammoth Fun
We enjoyed our stay and found the condo to be perfect for us. The kitchen had all we needed to create healthy meals. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. It would have been nice to have had a bathroom on the main floor but having to go down or up stairs helped us get our steps in for the day.. We did have neighbors who were doing some renovations but it wasn’t a problem as the units are so well insulated we hardly heard them working at all. The neighborhood was quiet which made it easy to enjoy the sound of the birds and with the main floor being on the second story you feel like you are living in the trees, very nice!!

Thought the condo worked very well for our needs as 3 guys on a fly fishing trip.
Any suggestions might be to check the mold odor coming from the downstairs bedroom area.

Good experience.
Our family really enjoyed staying here. Erin was so helpful and answered all the questions I had. I love that everything is close by and in walking distance to the village if not there is a shuttle that drives around the area. Definitely considering staying here again in the future.

Perfect location, nice and quiet!
Overall, we had a really nice stay here. The owner Erin was very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had prior to and during our stay. The condo was very well equipped with every convenience you would need like extra towels, toiletries, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, etc. We did notice a funny smell when we checked in, almost like wet dog smell, and the carpets are pretty badly stained and worn down. This rental property is NOT pet friendly, so I'm not sure where the smell came from. The other downside was that there isn't a bathroom on the main living room floor. So if you need to go, you have to either go upstairs or downstairs. Not a big deal, but just something to note. I would definitely consider this condo for our future stays in the area.

Cozy and decorated nice.
We had a great time staying here! Erin took care of us right away when we needed her! The only thing that bothered us was the carpet was a little dirty. But I know that its probably from the winter months. Maybe a little shampooing would make it better. Other then that it was cozy and we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy condo, comfy beds. Plenty of space for 3 couples to stay. Close to everything we needed and walking distance to the village. Condos are a bit hidden so no traffic coming through, area is very quiet.

Great property!
Clean, updated, and plenty of room for 2 families. The kids enjoyed having the loft as their own space to hang out. Very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is good size with plenty of counter space. Only thing that was a bummer to me is the clubhouse does not open until 2pm. I really wanted to get in the sauna in the morning before the kids got up but that wasnt possible. Everyone had a great time.
The owner was great. We had a couple minor issues, but they were handled immediately and did not interrupt or interfere with our trip. Very helpful from the time I booked till the time I checked out.

Great spot
Great location. The place is roomy and would comfortably fit 8 people. We had 6 guys and everyone had their own bed. Owner and on-site manager are very accommodating. We had an issue with the door code keypad, but Erin and the on-site manager were quick to help us out. We will definitely look into staying here again on future trips to Mammoth.

Super cozy! Very easy to work with Erin. She was fast to respond to all of our questions. It's in a great location. We were able to get to mountain in 10 min and walk to the village. I love the beds. They were super comfy in all of the rooms. It's decorated so nice. Will definitely be coming back again as soon as we can!

Great Mammoth Vacation
We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely be back. Erin was available when we needed as well as the manager. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. It was a cold weekend in Mammoth but the place was warm and cozy.

This is the second time we have stayed with at this villa and it won't be our last! The accomedations are charming and recently upgraded. The location could not be better-- an easy walk to the Village for Gondola and restaurant accesss and a short drive to town for groceries and other restaurant/ bar options. Erin is wonderful to rent from and communicates quickly!

We were really happy to find a condo in this area. We always stay with friends that rent here, but when our kids got too big, we needed more room. Now we are across the way from our friends, have plenty of room for the teenagers we have, and love the location as it is in walking distance to the Westin and all of the fun restaurants and shops in the village and the gondola up to Canyon Lodge. The condo is nice, comfortable beds...all of them. Laundry in the master closet was nice since we stayed there so long. The loft upstairs is perfect for kids/teenagers. It's a twin over full bunk bed and there is a bathroom up there for them. It's like they have their own place.
We left the day after all of the big storms started in Mammoth January 2017 and the owner let us have the condo for the whole day in order to get out of there in the snow instead of enforcing a 10AM check out time with no extra charge. We really appreciated that!! There was so much snow that morning, it kept falling all day, and it was great to have the extra time to load up and get out of town. They have a great big shovel to help clear the snow!!
They were readily available by phone, email and text when we needed to get a hold of them. We will be staying there again.
Would love more trash bags and dishwashing tabs for the long stay :-)

Pleasant experience. Our group included 3 adults and 2 kids. The Loft with the bunk beds was perfect. two bathrooms was a plus! Walked to the village twice a day, even used the ping pong table in the rec room. The kitchen was ideal, we were able to make breakfast and didn't have to pack one kitchen item. Took the shuttle up to the lifts and skied all day. If the total price was divided among more adults, I'd go again. Cleaning fee was a little high.

We had a great time. The property had everything we needed to cook. The grill was a nice add on as well. The beds were comfy and the cabin got great air flow. My only concern was the back deck. Don't walk on it with out shoes. The boards need to be replaced. That is my only hang-up.

The location of the property could not be any better! A five minute walk to the village and brewery. The condo was clean and well maintained. It made our vacation be that much more memorable. And the property owner was fantastic, helpful and very quick to respond. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a great stay in beautiful Mammoth Lakes, CA.

We wanted to enter Yosemite from the east gate then take route 120 to the center of the park. Our last stop of the trip was Death Valley so we need a place to stay in between. This property served our purpose. It's about 40 minutes drive to the east gate. Our kids really loved to play in the loft. But if you have small children please be careful with the stairs.
The owner is easy to work with. She is very organized and timely with rental paper work.
